4 dumbest things about Catherine McKenna’s NS wind turbine tweet

Rebel Staff

Last week, Catherine McKenna, the Liberal environment minister, was jetting around again and she published this short comment on Twitter:

Flew over some wind turbines in Nova Scotia. I'm taking it as a good sign #CANClimateAction

Four things jumped to mind.

First — you’re flying. In an airplane. Again. She wants the rest of us to have a smaller carbon footprint. But not her.

The second is, her plane isn’t powered by wind turbines. You can't make planes in a factory made from wind turbines. Heck, you can’t make wind turbines in a factory powered by wind turbines.

Think about it...

Third: those wind turbines in Nova Scotia? They don’t actually produce power most of the time. They all need back-up generators.

So now Nova Scotia has two power systems. One for showing off, and one that does the work.

WATCH while I tell you what the fourth thing — my favourite thing — reveals about McKenna and Justin's Liberals...

Indeed, Leviticus, indeed. The sum of intelligence in the world is a constant. Only the population is increasing.

@robock, whom wrote;
She flys to do her job. Just like Harper and all his ministers did. So rebel is pointing out nothing but how it’s a hypocrite. 2. Her plane could be in the future powered by just electricity. One electric plane just finished flying around the world on its own power. 3. We have always had base load and free load. Now the wind power the free load and recuses the amount of base load over all. 4. With tesla batteries coming out. and being sold to homeowners. How long do you think things won’t change?

1. Harper and TheRebel are not hypocrites, ‘cause they don’t subscribe to the religion of Eco-nuts, but McKenna does – so we expect her to act accordingly stupid!!
2. But it’s NOT powered by electricity – get your fucking head out of the clouds!!
3. It reduces it so little it isn’t worth it. When you add in all the negatives, from huge pollution to build, the environment hazards to birds and people alike, it’s SO not worth it stupid!!
4. Tesla? Figures! There have been batteries for home storage for decades called “deep cell” or “marine” batteries. Tesla will make no difference you ignoramus!!

Sorry, Ezra, but Liberals seem to have a vacuum where their brains are supposed to be – everything gets sucked into a “black hole”, and nothing makes any impact on their reasoning skills. They seem incapable of using Bloom’s Taxonomy: It categorizes thinking skills from the concrete to the abstract—
*knowledge
*comprehension
*application
*analysis
*synthesis
*evaluation
As Hillary Clinton said: “I short-circuited.” Perhaps it was flying over all that electrical current being generated by the wind mills that caused Ms. McKenna to short-circuit!

You nailed it Bill Elder as you always do..
Just by the numbers there are more dumb people on the planet than there are smart ones and having said that the dumb people are easier to convince and persuade through ideology as opposed to real science followed by hard facts and that’s how the Liberals (dumb people) maintain power and controll over the smart people..
It’s lonely at the top…

I have one word for Minister McKenna, HAIRSTYLIST. This broad looks the activist part, as most give off the impression, that if they weren’t doing important activist work to save the nation, they would just be homeless and not doing anything. I find the fact that these Liberal Politicians are clueless about everything, even that they think we are dumb enough to believe their lies is comical at best and downright scary at the worst. If anyone of them suddenly was transported into the world of reality, their mouths would be locked wide open in a state of shock. The sooner these next few years pass giving us another try at electing the right government the better. We have a Federal Government that needs to be replaced and a few Provincial Governments that also need to be tossed out. That’s all assuming that when that time comes we still have the right to vote.

Glenn Craig… When it comes to “plastics” in Nova Scotia you are on to something that has more than “energy source” implications… The fact is that from its once lofty place in Canada’s founding economy, rural Nova Scotia has become a land of disenchanted old folks living alone in big old family homes, with the younger generations having moving West to seek jobs… The bitterness of such reality manifests itself with people having a massive “don’t give a damn” attitude towards the land… So Nova Scotia’s tidal beaches, such as East Sandy Cove, and the ditches of every rural highway, are a dumping ground of plastic bottles, garbage, empty beer cans, booze bottles; and on the waters, old netting and whole garbage bags thrown from boats… Along the 35 kms. of Highway 219, from Digby to East Ferry, there are a few well known families who make their daily livelihood from picking up the plastics and garbage!… Recyclers?… I guess they are, but what does it say about where provincial governments plunk their precious tax dollars… More bird/bat killing and pixie dust wind farms?,,,

Much like Baby Doc Trudeau (the Prince of Dumb) she is such a vacuous fool. At least he has Gerald Butts and his Arabist brother Sasha pulling his strings and moving his mouth (with their words coming out). She has who? Winging it mostly on her own or is it that she has people not looking out for her as her staff?

Can we get a refund for her pay?

Judging by the responses here low IQ politicians and low IQ solutions seem to attract low IQ supporters.

DC powered motors cannot provide the thrust needed to get commercial payload airborne or the tourqe needed for commercial transport – comparing an ultralight unmanned drone kept aloft with solar powered Super conductive servo motors with the requirements of commercial aviation or land transport is like pounding a square peg into a round hole.

Green tech is energy deficient, requires intensive mining of the most toxic raw materials on earth. and dirty energy intensive manufacturing which is more unsustainable than traditional energy and transport technologies.

The only reason green tech survives at all is because they have breached demand market dynamics by forming corporate alliances with kleptocratic political regimes.

Of course if your IQ level allows you feel good about 3rd rate tech at premium costs and the crony-corporatism which is bankrupting your children’s future, facts are less important than feeling good about being dumb.

She is happy that only well off elites like her will be able to afford electricity when they change it over , the rest of us will have to go without.

Cameron i offer my rare earth challenge to you, i will go stand in a tailings pond in Ft Mac if you stand in one where the magnet materials come from, the rare earth mines. I will be fine , WILL YOU?

It’s OK , any price is worth it to make a liberal feel better about themselves. They are what counts.

Just BTW,,,the coal that is being burned has so much uranium in it that the emissions of those stacks would warrent shutting down a nuclear power plant many times over. If technology were developed to scrub stacks just a little more efficiently Nova Scotia produces more than enough plastic waste to burn for this purpose and this is far above and beyond any actual demand for recycling. They are dumping it down old mine shafts.

I challenge the Rebel researchers to find a record of the IQ scores of this donkey minister and the current Libtard cabinet – I’ll lay the cost of an Ezra bobble-head doll that there is no one above 80.

Bill – I think you are being too generous. I think they have IQ’s that match their shoe sizes.

@camron rob…or whatever…
Sorry I didn’t remember all the letters in your name… It is so forgettable.
I’m sure that you are only kidding because nobody could have a slanted view to the point where people are losing their jobs… Harper got jobs he made jobs.
He unlike Trudeau or any of Trudeau’s ministers , he did not hold the Canadian people in contempt and looked at them only as a resource base. Stephen Harper was not perfect but he was a damn sight better than this traitorous communist
wannabe celebrity pseudo leader..

McKenna just appointed her environmental review panel stacked with 3 enviro-lefties and 1 corporate shill. Gee, I wonder how many pipelines and oil/gas projects are going to be approved?
The new (to be announced) minister, Elizabeth May, will certainly take things even further into enviro-extremist territory.

Justin needs to appoint people dumber than him in order to seem smarter. Lucky for him there are a lot of potential candidates in the Liberal Party that fit the bill.

ROBOCK you fucking fool. Read Lawrence O’Byrne’s post and let it sink in. I hope your brainiac McKenna does jump on one of those electric airplanes. What did that flight take, a year or something quick like that? Why are many around the world abandoning your green push?? Not working so well? Generally when something is based on a lie it doesn’t work. Cameron you seem somewhat of a child, you should live long enough to see what I mean. Enjoy the mess.
