"Freedom of speech is an act of faith" -Prof. Jordan B. Peterson

Victor LaszloRebel Commentator

This November 2 interview with the U of T free speech hero is profoundly insightful and informative.

This is required watching for anyone who needs to understand the relationship between communism and collectivization, and today's gender pronouns and university speech codes.

"The anti-misgendering laws which have been put in place in New York City where it's now a crime punishable by a fine of up to $250,000.00 for refusing to refer to someone, or FAILING to refer to someone by their so-called preferred pronoun, and where New York State has now declared 31 different gender identities worthy of protection by that sort of draconian law".

Prof. Peterson in this interview at about the seven minute mark.

Ron Voss:
Disappointing but expected news.
Bit by bit the foundation is crumbling.

I spent over 40 years in the secular environment and adopted these secular views and all that time I was in such conflict with my true self. That’s why I ended up going back to the Catholic Church with my tail between my legs and humbled, because I was dead wrong.
Prof. Peterson is not saying anything that the Catholic Church hasn’t been saying. The truth.
“…don’t get pushed over by the weak kneed mobs of cowards who use compassion as a mask for their resentment and desire to destroy”. This is what Pope St. John Paul II meant when he called it the culture of death. Assisted suicide, euthanasia, contracepting, abortion….this is what the PC agenda is. It is to destroy what GOD has made. It is the ultimate battle between the evil one and God, only its given different names now.
Prof. Peterson is the quintessential threat because he speaks of the truth known as God.
Evil versus good.
great interview

Noteworthy the voting record for the second hearing of Bill C-16 in the House of Commons:
https://openparliament.ca/votes/42-1/126/
The bill passed with 248 Yes and 40 No votes. All of the No votes were by Conservatives. Except for those who did not vote, EVERY Liberal and EVERY NDP M.P. voted for the bill. Almost as many Conservatives, 38, voted for the bill, as against the bill, including interim leader, Rona Ambrose, Michelle Rempel, Tony Clement and Ron Liepert. Of the current CPC leadership candidates, voting in favor were Maxime Bernier, Michael Chong, Lisa Raitt, Steven Blaney, and Deepak Obhrai. Kelly Leitch and Erin O’Toole didn’t vote. Voting against were Andrew Scheer and Brad Trost.

WHAT IS GOING ON !!!!?? A decent, intelligent, logical, articulate, REAL MAN in academia? If we let this go we will soon be on the slippery slope towards universities becoming places of inquiry and learning…….who would want THAT !!!

Yup that vid is a good one. I wish we had political leaders with a fraction of the integrity of Jordan Peterson. Pretty impressive and inspirational. It gives me strength and encouragement to listen to him. That is a gift to all of us because maybe more people will be willing to speak to the truth. There is only one way to deal with a bully, and that is what these thought and speech police SJW’s are, bullies.

Living by God’s laws was perfect.. under mans rule we suffer and lose freedoms.

Ron Voss – I am a big fan of that adage, it applies to so many issues at present time.
People just hide for fear of someone looking down their nose at them, they forget that true freedom is not free at all, and this is where we are at today, just imagine what tomorrow will bring if left as is.

I’m going back through Prof. Peterson’s video series and picking up a lot of historical and philosophical references I missed – absolute mind candy.

One of his recent videos distills the political/ideological/subversion techniques of the political tyrannies of the last 200 years into a distinct set of rules which have been employed by PC acolytes (yes folks PC IS politicized tyranny) 8 rules to get into the Politically Correct Game:

1. Identify an area of human activity
2. Note the distribution of success (all human success is unevenly distributed as is excellence)
3. Pick winners and losers
4. Make a claim the losers are losing because of oppression by the winners
5. Claim allegiance with the losers
6. Feel smug about your simplified explanation of the world. Revel in your bogus moral superiority
7. Target your resentment towards your newly discovered enemies
8. Repeat. Everywhere. Forever.

Keep up the good fight Jordan – you have more supporters than detractors

Great to see that not all millennials have been intoxicated by cultural Marxism and the ’progressive’s’ so-called political correctness.
