A recent story at the Rebel's Megaphone blog caught my eye: Sean McCormick, an Alberta writer and photographer, uses his camera to tell "good news" stories about the energy industry that environmentalists and the media don't want you to know.
He'd noticed that local energy companies had beautified his area through public parks, recreational waterfronts and other gorgeous reclamation projects, but they never got any credit for it.
Sean wants to do something about this, and I talked to him about his new project.
Don't miss this selection of his stunning landscape photos!
I hope folks in the coal, oil and gas industries are watching; if they'd like to contact Sean McCormick about telling their stories, too, he's at firstname.lastname@example.org
