Brian Jean: “Telus should stick with providing more bandwidth across the province”

Holly NicholasRebel Commentator

Telus made a big mistake publicly endorsing Liberals Catherine McKenna and Justin Trudeau on implementing a carbon tax that will hit Canadians with thousands of dollars in added costs for a cause that hasn’t even been proven. And consumers have sounded off.

We gained thousands of signatures on our petition at CancelTelus.ca, but what do our politicians think of this tax?

The Rebel had a chance to speak with Wildrose opposition leader Brian Jean to get his thoughts on corporations wading into partisan politics.

In this interview he explains how corporations are demonstrating hypocrisy and pushes them to stick to what they’re best at.

Watch him take Telus down a notch for supporting this carbon tax that will negatively affect Albertans and all Canadians.

Have you had a chance to sign my petition yet? If not, please sign and share our petition at www.CancelTelus.ca to send Telus a message that you don’t support their hypocrisy.

Jimmy Reece thinks he is a man when he joked about that attack on the female Trump supporter like a pathetic gutless worm.
commented 2016-10-09 22:22:36 -0400
Jimmy Reece you are not a man. You support woman beaters loser. I am smarter than you will ever be loser. And i am listed , anytime you are in Edmonton , just stop by. And sorry but we do not need you left wing clowns to prosper.

Reece – you’ll die of chronic mastrubation before yer granny.
commented 2016-10-09 16:48:57 -0400
Drew,

You are actually the dumbest person on The Rebel per your posts and that says a lot. I would be happy to meet up with you though to see who the real man is.

Gordo, i mean Jimmy , my life is quite good without left wing fools, we do not need you for anything. You need us though , and that really bugs you LMAO!
commented 2016-10-09 15:58:13 -0400
Gordo is so pathetic. He still thinks he has us fooled, i remember his pathetic posting in the Edmonton Sun, using aliases to agree with himself. When called on his lies he would never admit it.

Jimmy Reece i am smarter than you will ever be. Now go vote for a white man from Quebec like a good liberal. Life experience means a lot. And idiots like you have been in control for a while , and the world is turning to shit. Anyways who will pay for everything when we are gone? LMAO! I am probably older than you and i could still outwork you, outsmart you, get more women than you, and actually please those same women unlike you, and would waste you in physical combat.

Thanks, Ron. Rogers has an office in the next town over, about an hour’s drive (Smithers). Next time I’m there I’ll see if they service my area.

Don’t bother with Jimmy, he is just another alias from Gordon Steele, like gay jay jelly Kelly, Sean pension, duh DH, Ron Christensen, etc; he is just a lying paid lieberal troll who never can refute or challenge the truth!
commented 2016-10-09 11:27:28 -0400
Jimmy….here’s an observation from an old ignorant white man. You are an idiot!
commented 2016-10-09 06:52:27 -0400
I think it’s rather telling that the majority of Rebel supporters are old ignorant white men. It’s not surprising that the younger generation say that they can’t wait for the older generation to die, so they can finally be in control.

I wonder if Telus has ever considered that some people may have to give up luxuries like a smartphone when they have to pay for the damn carbon taxes?
commented 2016-10-09 00:46:00 -0400
Maurice, I am not a big cell phone user, but I asked because you may consider the following from Rogers: http://www.rogers.com/consumer/wireless/wireless-home-phone
I don’t work for and have no vested interest in Rogers. Compared with the cost of an equivalent plan I currently have with Telus it was about half the monthly cost, appealing to a senior like me.

My choice, Ron. But then it wasn’t really a choice I had to make. I’ve never had one and I saw no need to get one just because everybody else did. I’m 69 years old and a land line has served me just fine all these years. I ain’t real big on chatting on the phone anyway. And I’m not so important that I need to be immediately available when people want to contact me. They know my home phone number, if I’m not there they can leave a message.

Corporations are globalist so they engage in globalist politics – carbon taxing is one of these globalist agendas that transfers mon to compliant corporate interests – why wouldn’t they take this taxpayer funded subsidy?
commented 2016-10-08 17:46:29 -0400
Maurice, you say that you don’t have a cellphone. Is that you choose not to have one or you can’t get cell phone service where you live?

I used to enjoy escaping from the current events and politics and tuning into a large market sports radio station which covers NHL,NFL and Major League baseball . Then the entire Colin Kaepernick kneeling protest started and all they could talk about was racism and oppresion and First Amendment Rights. I tuned the station out after the two knucklehead sportscasters started to talk like Sean Hannity. I wasn’t the only one. Thousands have tuned out of NFL . they are sick of being fed political correctness and politics.
And the same goes for TELUS. They should have minded their own business instead of endorsing a policy which will rob Canadians of their personal property, their salary and wages. I told Telus to drop dead and others should . Irrespctive of the issue, I don’t want Telus or anybody else feeding this crap down my throat 24/7.
commented 2016-10-08 16:55:40 -0400
Yah, that’s the same for me, Egil. I don’t have a cell phone… just a land line and internet, but Telus is the only game in town for those services.
commented 2016-10-08 16:15:42 -0400
I would cancel but Telus has a monopoly in our town.
