CBC Facebook page goes fully biased, says Donald Trump shouldn't have a Twitter account

Rebel Staff

The state broadcaster/MSNBC North/CBC has gone fully off the rails.

Yesterday, when mocking Republican presidential candidate for eating KFC with a knife and fork, the official CBC News Facebook page posted “Another day, another reason why Donald Trump shouldn't have a Twitter account.”

State broadcaster fans even began calling out the post, writing “Why don't you tell us a little about Clinton?. Julian Assange says "1,700 emails in Hillary Clinton's collection" proves she sold weapons to ISIS in Syria . Or Trump eating chicken is more important news to report?”

Another wrote, “So trump eating kfc with a fork and knife is a headline.. While Clinton's lies and more lies.. Scandals and more scandals are not.. Good non bias journalism cbc.. Perfect example of why there should not be state funded media and also one of the many reasons that main stream media is dying..”

About two hours after the insulting post, which came as a result of your tax dollars, the CBC edited the comment to “The slogan isn't "utensil lickin' good" for a reason.”

It's just as unfunny and just as much of a waste of our tax dollars. And yet another reason to sell the CBC.

Michael Mann:
The CBC website is about entertainment and sports too, not just news. TheRebel is mostly just news and commentary.
BTW, CBC News has fewer youtube subscribers than theRebel.

Did we not see something like this mocking Rob Ford when the media had a frenzy feast over him spotted at a KFC?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Trump can’t beat Hillary. She will be the next President and he knows it. He is already trying to find excuses to either bow out or claim that the election is rigged.

The CBC is among the most popular websites in Canada. Millions of people go to the CBC website every single say as opposed to the fuck all that come here by comparison.

The CBC don’t owe Donald Trump anything. He’s an American politician and like any other news source – he is being vetted so to speak.

I realize you would be happy if the CBC was sucking on Trump’s balls, like The Rebel is doing, but this is clearly just tongue in cheek commentary.

Why are conservatives so fucking uptight?

Trump has the left running around like their hair is on fire, twisting themselves into pretzels to support the felon Clinton, and all the other coined phrases applied to people who try defend the indefensible. Great comedy!

I would love to post on their site, but putting out my full time could have repercussions with my employment. The CBC just lacks class. I recall on the 10th anniversary of 911 the CBC ran programs from 911 truthers. During Christmas I recall them running shows questioning the belief in Jesus.

What would happen if all MSM outlets were inundated with people protesting against their bullcrap. # turn off the lies. Would that scare this government? Once tyrants lose their media arm they lose control of their propaganda. If you can’t fight city hall then turn off the microphone.

Why sell it…just scrap it… totally irresponsible for a govrnment owned corporation to show biase …worse than that they can’t conceal their malice for Trump….a U S presidential candidate should be treated with a little more dignity and respect… especially if they would prefer Canadian oil over Saudi oil

The CBC is useless in the internet age and are only trying to drive viewers to their site. Two techies and a monkey could grab more viewers at a lot less cost. If they changed their name to the Cute Boisterous Cat Network they would immediately double their audience.

Trump is worrying the Dems, Reps, Pundits, Media and now the 1%. If he should win, as he is “rogue” and not politician. They are worried he will represent the people and reveal all the internal secrets(corruption) of the US. Yes, he is one of the 1%, maybe that is why. He knows the 1% is destroying “democracy”. Look at what BREXIT did to the stock markets. It was a ripple. If he is elected. The stock markets will see a hurricane! Election eve, Trump will become independent. Please

If the CBC keeps up it’s anti Trump/pro Hillary campaign I am willing to bet that not one person in Canada will vote for Trump and everybody in Canada will vote for Hillary……why they even said yesterday that Hillary will win by a landslide because of the Canadian vote…….:-)

What I am finding even more absurd is the recent efforts by the CBC to make veganism a policy issue. When I first moved into my old Selkirk salt box farmhouse in PEI, the neighbouring fields were row cropped vegetables. My neighbour has stopped doing that…any agriculture that you can’t make money at simply is not “sustainable”….it is just too labour intensive and you can’t get the labour unless you contract a crew of Mexicans…..millenials will not work the fields.

Even Mao ended up sending the mob of students who spontaneously erupted in “the Cultural Revolution” out to the country side to do farm labour. To me….none of the millenials who advocate veganism as public policy have any credibility until they do some “post graduate” work weeding row crops and harvesting kale.

Donald, you need to ignore all the stupid insults thrown at you by the MSM, Facebook and Twitter.

Start hitting hard on Clinton and Obama, get them below the belt and twist hard.

Ignore all the other BS.

Insanity! Contempt for the Canadian public! This is “no-holds barred” journalism? Rubbish! Hogwash! Balderdash! Irrefutable evidence of “main-stream media” madness! Well, Canadians, you are getting a good bang for your buck! Keep on subsidizing them with our tax dollar!

The true enemies are the media throughout the continent. Media is the source vector that spreads all the diseases and viruses that we call news today. The old adage “don’t shoot the messenger” needs to be updated to " shoot the messenger quickly" , and I mean figuratively lest some idiot think I am advocating violence.
Everything we are seeing, hearing and reading has either been altered , filtered ,ignored or distorted by the leftist media which is the entrenched heart of this socialist/Marxist body politic.
Affectionate and euphemistic words and phrases like “The Media Party” , The Drive by Media " , "The Mainstream Media "simply do not capture the diololical nature and pernicious effect they are having on our culture , our lives and eventually our freedoms and liberties.
Irrespective of what people think of Trump, he is correct. The entire system is rigged and corrupt. And perhaps he should start shooting down some of the messengers, starting with the disgusting Wolf Blitzer , who was caught joyously swilling down wine in celebration of Hillary’s coronation .

The CBC is dying because it is being propped up by the government with our tax dollars.

The CBC was publicly offered additional funding by Trudeau during the last election campaign. This undeniably corrupt action was, of course, lauded by them and their supporters. They have clearly become little more than an arm of Canada’s left. Its time for our 99 seat opposition to make a very public appeal for neutrality and accurate reporting. How much longer can Canadians endure this corruption?

Another day, another reason to defund and sell the CBC.
commented 2016-08-03 12:21:18 -0400
I find that almost everything the CBC promotes/broadcasts/reports seems suspect. What is their motive? How does this reinforce the Trudeau agenda or the Republican agenda? Why is this news item noteworthy and others excluded? Why is this “Special” yet dated Feature suddenly a current offering and important for the public? Why has the CBC decided that this piece of news is something I ought to know about, and that others are of no value? How does sarcasm and childish rudeness fit in with a News Broadcaster’s role?
Of course this behavior just reaffirms the CBC as biased, unprofessional, poorly managed starting at the top, and absolutely not to be trusted. It’s a shame, partly because there are some reputable professionals still working there who get tarred with this same brush.
Interestingly, there is one health benefit to the CBC. Ignoring all of its broadcasts (radio and TV) does help to decrease blood pressure and anxiety.

First of all it’s normal etiquette to eat chicken with a knife and fork in classy surroundings. Trumps jet is pretty classy. Fingers are fine at the KFC restaurant or at home or at a picnic.
You’d think CBC (PMO publicity arm) would go after Trump on policies and other important matters. (I didn’t mention going after Clinton because we know CBC/JT blatantly supports her). CBC and objective news is an oxymoron.
