Clock-bomb boy Ahmed Mohamed is "a hoaxer and a huckster, just like his kook dad"

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Did you see that story about the 14-year-old kid in Dallas, Ahmed Mohamed, who made a home-made clock, took it to school but because he’s a Muslim, his teacher called the principal and they called the cops who arrested him, interrogated him and suspended him because they thought he was making a bomb?

But what about my take on the story?

That the kid didn’t make a clock at all. He made something look as bomb-like as possible, on purpose, and brought it to school. All his teacher told him was, don’t walk around with it in case it worries people.

But Ahmed did that anyhow. He took it to another class where the alarm went off, making that teacher suspicious, just like he knew it would.

Then he was passive aggressive with the cops, who immediately pegged him as a hoaxer.

What if, just like his dad, a crazy fake sheikh who ran for president of Sudan and who participates in incendiary stunts, he’s a media hound?

Oh — and his sister was suspended for allegedly making bomb threats, too. Did you know that?

No wonder this boy is being invited to the White House. If Obama finds out the whole story, he’ll probably appoint Ahmed as an ambassador.

That’s why leftists love him. Not because of what really happened. But because of what they can say happened, to shame and blame America.

UPDATE: In a funny follow-up video, The Rebel's Gavin McInnes says Ahmed's entire family is pretty dumb -- but everyone who fell for their hoax is even dumber (Language warning:)

The times we are in reflects why this was done to this 14 years old in Dallas, TX. He should have also known that making a device like this would create the attention it did. Think before you make devices like this! The teacher acted appropriately under the situation.

When I first heard about Ahmed being arrested for bringing a clock to school, I was like most people, outraged. I examined the picture of the clock and thought, “are these teachers paranoid or what?” But, it wasn’t until the cops slapped the cuffs on the kid did I start to ask the question, “why”? Certainly the picture of the clock didn’t look very dangerous, yet school officials called the police, and gave their ‘BLESSING’ to having Ahmed arrested.

The media has only shown ONE picture of this clock, and one that I believe was ‘cherry picked’, to sensationalize the story. I have a strong feeling that this picture doesn’t reveal what the clock ORIGINALLY looked like. It looks to me to be a bunch of clock parts that wouldn’t scare anyone.

Soooooo, why would all these teachers be so alarmed by some clock parts in a pencil case?? And would cops REALLY arrest a 14 year old boy for some clock parts!?!? Could the cops not see that these were some HARMLESS clock parts? Answers: NO,NO, and NO! I just don’t believe it folks!!! And I don’t believe it has anything to do with racism. There’s has to be more to this story that the media isn’t letting us in on. I suspect this jumble of parts originally DID look like a bomb, which would make it an illegal offence as a ‘bomb hoax’. Why else would Ahmed’s engineering teacher advise him “not to show it to the other teachers”????

Jay: the problem is that the natural venue for a clock making teenage terrorist would obviously be Switzerland, but they’re SO bloody strict about immigration.

“The more this kind of thing happens, the more afraid everyone is to say anything about an Arab-looking person doing something suspicious.”
Tim, you’ll recall this was precisely the logic used to justify the whole imaginary “Flying Imans” panic ten years ago?

I am not saying that all 14 year-old Americans should be tossed into prison—just the ones who are too clever by half. Why do they have this mindset that all American children should be allowed to finish high school? Even in Canada many people get along just fine without a high school diploma; certainly many readers of the Rebel would agree with me on that. If an American kid wants a clock he can go buy one. If he wants to invent a clock he can go to Europe with all those other eggheads.

It’s a brilliant plan, really. Have a Muslim child bring something to school that looks suspicious-as-hell, but is actually innocuous. The best thing that could happen would be for the kid to get attention for the suspicious item, the more the better, hopefully involving law enforcement. Everyone could then cry Islamaphobia, the story gets national/international attention, and the kid and family get all kinds of benefits.

It would make sense for a group like CAIR to also be involved, though I’m not aware of any evidence of that. The more this kind of thing happens, the more afraid everyone is to say anything about an Arab-looking person doing something suspicious.

Why wouldn’t a school call when a student brings in an IED timing device? Did it also contain a cellphone for remote alarm setting?

Jay; Sorry, but I’m still not clear on why your “hearing” that this kid’s second cousin may or may not have been imprisoned briefly for impaired driving has anything even remotely to do with this story.
“If he is making clocks at 14 years old what might he make when he’s twenty?”
Uh…anything at all? A living?
commented 2015-09-24 01:37:22 -0400
Terry, I should have said “I heard that Ahmed Mohamed’s second cousin was imprisoned briefly for impaired driving.”
In any case, my questions remain. If he is making clocks at 14 years old what might he make when he’s twenty? If he is bright enough to make clocks why is he still in high school at U.S. taxpayers expense? If he is not out working shouldn’t he be tossed in jail?

I find it interesting it’s all White ppl on the Left and Right fighting about this. Did any of you think to ask a Muslim? Do you even know any? I do, and I did. Guess what Lefty’s, she thinks your idiots!! Not only for the reasons I mentioned, but she says she doesn’t want her community saddled with yet another terrorist attack, better to investigate thoroughly, and if that means cuff’m and go downtown for questioning, so be it.
So there you go, the only Muslim opinion on here thinks you stupid Lefty’s are, well – stupid!!!

Jack. Seriously?? Do you hold mainstream to that same standard? Look how wrong they got it compared to Ezra. So tell us why you hold Ezra to a higher standard than them? Ezra is already heads n tails above them, but that’s not good enough, right? Like the other stupid Lefty’s that comment here, you have a double standard and think none of us notice. Right? Do you think you’re “clever” ?? Oh you do don’t you ??? That’s why you wrote it – isn’t it? LOL!!!!

Welcome Matt. Hey looky everyone – we got us another Lefty Redneck!! Good to see you and Jimmy engaged in confirmation bias. Feel better now? If you joke about a bomb in the airport, you get arrested, you bring something that looks like a bomb to school, you get investigated. It’s called vigilance. Why don’t you super-bright imbeciles tell us how to be vigilant without stepping on some toes? Truth is, it’s not possible. Not to mention, you’ll thin-slice it and say, well, they shoulda done this, or they shoulda done that! Yeah but life’s not perfect. Doesn’t work like that. You joke about bombs in an airport, you go down. You bring something that looks like a bomb to school, you go down. Period!! Now, if he was a White kid, would you two imbecile’s be all up in arms?!?!?! Common, admit it, you wouldn’t be, would you? You’re self-loathing stupid left wing socialists that are so stupid, not only did I have to explain it to you above, but you STILL won’t get it. Right? And now you’re going to prove it to me by yelling insults at me, and mentioning Sarah Palin, so’s you return to feeling superior. Right? Of course you are . . . .
Hey Jimmy – how come you never answered any of my questions??
Say, when do you two imbeciles intend to “self-depopulate” and save the planet????

This site is just the remaining clowns from Sun news" A failed station that was harper’s propaganda arm much like fox news is for the republican party in the US, anyone taking anything seriously here is probably stupid, old, or elitist scum..

Dale, all you’re doing is saying you read this you watch that. Classic projection, the right in this country is just as detached from reality as the US, that’s scary…

Where is your source for the sister ‘allegedly’ making bomb threats? Please reference sources if this is to be quality journalism

That’s hilarious coming from you and the absolute idiocy you have spewed on this thread – not to mention the Marco Polo quote that you actually thought was real. Yes – you are stupid.
commented 2015-09-23 12:27:57 -0400
Dale: LOL. To be declared a “non thinker” by a dupe who gets fooled by an fake internet quote is high praise indeed. Thanks.

I am always amuzed by folks like Rudden and Jimmy da Clueless . . . these non-thinkers are actually living and breathing the air today in Canada. This is what happens to your mind if you watch the CBC for decades and read the TO Star.
You get “Dumbed-Down” beyond belief . . . poor Rudden even thinks Wynn knows how to run a province. LOL

Thanks Ezra for getting the real story out to the public. See what can be done when media digs out the truth. Hard work pays off thanks Rebel Media.

Very honest, astute article, Gavin. You have the courage to speak truth and say what millions of us are already thinking. We’ve allowed ourselves to become beaten down by cowardly Lieberal ideology and pandering political correctness. We’re constantly berated as Islamophobic, homophobic, pic-a-phobia which plays to our embedded phony “white” guilt to the extent we sit by like “one” terrified lump and allow this infestation to continue. Each tiny victory emboldens the infestation to up the ante as they know the Lieberal cowardice is a protective shield for their activities. Meanwhile they play on our fears, build their numbers, counting down the days until they can pounce and “legally” destroy, by virtue of those numbers, everything our forefathers and military worked their fingers to the bone to build and defend. If we don’t stand up and say a resounding “NO” to this scourge of hate and violence, we’ll have signed our own death warrant as a society and our freedoms will be the first to go. Hope you’re all happy happy about our little Omar Kahdr’s newfound freedom to fly about the country, visit his terrorist family and basically operate as a free agent. Thanks Canadian gutless judicial system!!

Rudden no suprise you are comming up blank! Such an ass!

I find this Muslim apologist pathetic! As he said, he has given the family legal advice! Can anyone guess what that might be? Ya thought so! LAWSUIT!!! What do we know about this family? What do we know about his father? The child was told not to take this device out of the engineering class. He did anyway. Why? This thing doesn’t look like a clock he made. It looks like pieces of other devices that make no sense and that’s why it still has an electrical cord to operate it. Why did he put it in that case and wrap it with wire? This has nothing to do so much as him being a Muslim but more so with all the school shootings and other crap that has been going on at the schools in America, that this teacher did the right thing by informing the principle and the police. For Christ’s sake police are always blowing up suspicious packages that have been left somewhere because it may be a bomb! How is this any different.
I think this was planned right from he start! This kid is now a celebrity with all sorts of money and gifts!!!!!! Please stop being blinded by your previewed Islamophobia and see what’s really happening here. No wonder we citizens don’t trust the media any more. They have an agenda and do not want to report facts but their own biases. This was a hoax plan and simple and you in the media fell for it!!!!!
commented 2015-09-23 07:19:32 -0400
Um, Token Conservative? I’m trying to relate your point to anything I’ve said, and coming up blank. Are there Islamist extremists in Canada, and do they represent a danger to health and safety? Yep. Is “Islamist” synonymous with “Muslim”? Nope.

Jay Kelly: “Ahmed Mohamed’s second cousin was imprisoned briefly for impaired driving, but the media seems to conveniently ignore that little tidbit.”
Wow. Well, that sure proves…err…hmm. What exactly was your point?

I hope some good Muslims speak out against this.
