One day to go before BREXIT vote. The recount will be exciting when they declare that the postal votes fraudulently tipped the balance for the Remain campaign, mostly coming from unverifiable people in Pakistan.
So the real BREXIT results are probably months away.
No one can accuse Obama of failing to reverse the policies of G. W. Bush...
KABUL, June 22 (Reuters) - Afghanistan faces the risk of a new spiral in violence following a series of attacks on civilians in the last few months but on the battlefield, security forces have been holding their ground, the top U.N. official in the country said.
The assessment by Nicholas Haysom, the U.N. Secretary General's Special Representative for Afghanistan, painted a mixed picture of the security situation some 18 months after international forces ended their main combat operations.
While the bomb attacks that killed at least 22 people in Kabul and the northern province of Badakhshan on Monday underlined how dangerous Afghanistan remains, fears that the Taliban would overwhelm security forces have not been realised. [...]
The Taliban, whose former leader, Mullah Akhtar Mansour, was killed in a U.S. drone strike last month, control more territory than at any time since they were ousted in 2001, including large areas of the strategic southern province of Helmand.
Loretta Lynch would have to work full time making up reasons why American conservatives are to blame for these "homophobic bigots" in Turkey. Lucky for her, few people read foreign news.
TWIN FALLS | Fawnbrook Apartments is evicting the families of the three boys implicated in a sexual assault against a 5-year-old girl there on June 2.
"With the police investigation now largely complete, acting in our capacity as property managers, we have served the legally required notifications to terminate the tenancy of those households who the police have identified as responsible for the criminal acts," Jeffrey Passadore, president of Cambridge Real Estate Services, wrote in a letter to the complex's tenants.
Passadore wrote that "events of recent days have focused our collective attention on the complexities of living in a culturally diverse society. When management was first notified in broad terms of the truly horrific events of earlier this month, we immediately offered our full support and cooperation to local law enforcement."
The complexities of living in a culturally diverse society? There are none. Either you have values or you do not.
Do little girls get to play without being raped and pissed on, or do Muslims have the right to treat unbelievers as they are taught they should? It's not a complexity. It's a decision.
On 2 June, 2016 a five-year old girl with special needs was playing outside her home at the Fawnbrook Apartments in Twin Falls, Idaho when she was taken by knife point to the shared laundry facilities on the premises by three boys from two refugee families, ages 13, 9, and 8 years old who sexually assaulted and urinated on her. The eight year old is also reported to have cut another young child’s arm with his knife a week before school was adjourned.
According to the victim’s mother, a trusted neighbor discovered her daughter with the three boys. Her clothes had been stripped off by the boys who were also naked and the 13 year old had a phone which allegedly held video of the incident. The mother and father of the victim promptly arrived on the scene after being alerted by the neighbor.
According to Sam Solomon's excellent book, "The Hidden Trojan Horse", the term, "Hijra" means two things. The one many are now familiar with, which is a migration of Muslims to non-Muslim lands to take those lands for Islam, and to increase the degree of adherence to Islamic principles of an area that is Islamic already. A journey, as it were, to an evermore strict adherence to sharia.
This is why people point at some countries and say that a moderate Islam can exist. It is because of where that country is at that moment.
Muslims will of course accept domination of Islam by increments. You can see how that works in the average school cafeteria over the last 10 years in many Western countries for example.
In this example, factions in Morocco, already an Islamic country, agitate for stricter punishments for those who are not conspicuously adherent. Similar kinds of hijra are taking place in moderate Indonesia where sharia crime and punishments are implemented more and more often in more and more locations.
Intelligence and security forces in Tetouan, near Tangier, were on heightened alert over the widespread placement of radical religious posters calling explicitly to consider non-praying people and those who insult God and religion as infidels.
According to the online newspaper Alyaoum24, posters calling for the excommunication of those who do not perform their prayers were anonymously hung in different locations in the northern city of Tetouan and on its “Vitalis” city buses.
“Warning. This is the judgment of those who insult God, religion, or abandon prayer,” state the posters. Under these phrases written in bold, the poster displays a verse of the holy Quran about praying.
It also says the word “Kafir,” or infidel, in stark white letters on a background of a pool of blood.
