Donald Trump’s smart Vice Presidential pick skips NY and LA in appeal to “fly-over country”

Brian LilleyRebel Co-Founder

While his name is not widely known, Trump’s choice of Indiana Governor Mike Pence was a smart Vice Presidential pick.

A one-time talk radio host turned politician, Pence will be able to help Trump with certain parts of the Republican base that he might be having a bit of trouble with.

Watch as I outline qualities that Pence brings to the ticket that both compliment and enhance Trump’s strengths for those in the Republican party base that may still need convincing.

In his comments, Trump focused on Pence’s strong fiscal record which makes sense for a man whose biggest selling point is that he can turn the economy around and make America great again.

Whether Keith Richards is calling NDP or Michael Mann is kinda a moot point. If that is the extent of his contribution to an item like this he clearly puts himself in the category of “troll” and should give some thought to bowing out.

Hey Mikey

You better get used to the taste of crow. You might want to start with soup as those feathers can be hard to swallow. Mikey, do you know how low the maggot Hillary can go. She lied to the mother of one of the Benghazi victims and then she called the mother a liar. That is the type of maggot you support. Doesn’t say much for you, does it Mikey.

Keith,

If you think I am a troll – then please ignore me. You would be doing me a favor as well – no longer reading your retarded posts addressed to me.

NDP,

Again, you are so fucking delusional and I can’t wait to laugh at you come November.

Ya fucking Troll!!!!

It is too bad that Pence’s Christianity does not include Catholics or Orthodox.

It wasn’t as “smart VP pick” it was a compromise to the GOP establishment to get the buggers off his back in the campaign – the VP should have been the general.

Mikey. The Republican Convention is on TV right now. What is the entire crowd saying? Lock her up! They are talking about that little maggot Killary Clinton. What you call delusion is in fact reality. That makes you pretty much fucked up and got everything backwards which is typical for a Liberal Retard.

Mikey, Hillary is a fucking maggot and before she goes to hell she has some jail time to do. I hope you enjoy eating crow feathers because President Trump will have the guts to put her where she belongs. Billy Boy Clinton will also be in a lot of hot water and do a slow boil for a few years before he is despatched to hell.

Bottom line is, how safe is Trump? The horror in American politics now, is that an assassination or highly suspicious death is not just a rare event that used to happen decades, if not centuries ago. It now seems to be an increasingly common occurrence (but hidden and media ignored) in a corrupt political society. I hold my breath.

This is a joke in the show in they have character that “doesn’t understand her act is racist”, yet the production crew does not understand that they are being racist by condoning this racist Black LIves Matter group – and this show is watched by impressionable young minds.

I guess they are following the lefty line that racism is only if done by a white person, and I’m sure this will result in a few more Whites becoming self-loathing whites or wiggers, which is what the black civil rights leadership wants from white people today

From CBC: – unfortunately did not allow commenting on this,
“Degrassi: Next Class to feature Black Lives Matter storyline in season 2

The Degrassi franchise is known for its topical storylines and the second season of Next Class kicking off Tuesday re-enforces that reputation.

As headlines swirl over police shootings of black men in the U.S., the season two arc of Degrassi: Next Class focuses on racism and a Black Lives Matter protest.

“There’s a protest happening outside of the school and true to her … nature, Emma wants to join in on that protest,” says Miriam McDonald, who starred as Emma Nelson on Degrassi: The Next Generation and returns for the 500th episode.

“I don’t think we’ve ever really covered racism in this way, especially because it’s not someone blatantly being racist because they know they’re being racist,” adds Sara Waisglass, who plays Frankie Hollingsworth, a politician’s daughter.

Police Shootings-Protests Florida
The acclaimed teen franchise will include a storyline based on real-life Black Lives Matter protests like this one held in Tampa, Fla. July 11, trying to draw attention to violence and police brutality affecting the black community. (The Associated Press)

“My character just doesn’t understand that her act is racist and that’s, I think, a really cool way to tell a story — a villain who doesn’t know she’s a villain. She learns through her best friend, which is also so important, because it shows that whole putting-yourself-in-other-people’s-shoes (idea), which is also a main theme.”

Reiya Downs’s character, Shay Powers, is the one who helps Frankie realize her racist ways.

“I think that’s the way it usually is,” says Downs. "A lot of people have an idea that to be racist, you have to be this racist monster, but that doesn’t generally exist, like, someone who will just blatantly say racist things.

“Usually it’s more undercover and it’s just a bias the person has that they don’t really know about, but being open to learning about it is great and I think Degrassi showed that really well.”

Degrassi: Next Class airs on Family Channel in Canada and streams on Netflix in the U.S."

Obviously I like it that Trump picked Pence.
Maybe over the course of the next few months Pence will be able to share with Trump what Christianity actually looks like. And help show him that you can be your brothers keeper without being a socialist, and can be a business man without manipulating and abusing others. Who knows maybe Trump will sell his part in Vegas. Not everyone who says Lord Lord, will enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of the father which is in heaven. Trump will have to chose. He claims to be a christian, but I fear he has taken Gods name in vain.
May conservatives don’t like the Trump junk, but would likely vote for him now that Pence adds Christianity to the mix. But they would likely appreciate seeing some Christian character in Trump, some moderation of his big mouth. If he was seen valuing people for more than their vote, that would go a distance.

Trump had the politically incorrect courage to bypass an invitation to speak at the NAACP, which has become a kinder, gentler form of the racist Black Lives Matter, but now “Advancement” means preferential treatment with “Diversity” being the major excuse for doing so today.

Mikey Mann

You should watch your own back and never mind about Trump. Hillary will be going to jail PDQ. Obama will get out of jail free because it would not work but he will be driven out of the USA after January 2017. Hillary is a fucking maggot and is going to prison.

Do you actually think Trump is going to be President?

LOL.

I can’t wait to laugh at you come November.

This is what I like about The Rebel. I just watched Christopher Wilson slam Pence and in this video Brian Lilley lauds Pence. Both addressing the issues relating to the choice of a significant political figure.

If this was the Canadian MSM, they would be arguing whether a tie Baby Doc wore was teal blue or teal green. That would be the extent of disagreement.

So not just the other side of the story, Rebel, but both!

I don’t think it would make all that much difference who Trump picked, although I agree Pence is a good choice. Hillary is toast, either way you look at it.
commented 2016-07-18 18:17:03 -0400
Chris Christie was the obvious choice for VP but he has other fish to fry such as turning around the abortion called the Attorney Generals Office and the decisions and bureaucracy which has turned into a nightmare for the US. Christie will quietly sort out that mess.

In the meantime, Pence is a good choice as Trump needs to now focus on Ohio and the Rust Belt to garner enough support before he turns his attention to swing states such as Florida, Pennsylvania and California.

Trump has more than enough ammo to kill Hillary’s chances but she has all of the crony corruption and illegal foreign money to fight back. Can’t wait for the next false flag to create a diversion when Hillary gets into trouble. Many more will die just to satisfy Hillary and her fucking sleazy career.
