Why would it take years to file a apeal, just say NO YOUR GUILTY then strap a bomb to his chest and blow him up at half time. He is 20 years old now if you put him in jail at a cost of $155.000.00 a year for 62 years that is $9,610,000.00 over his life time. If you want to save money I’ll do it for free just pay for my flight it would be my pleasure
