Good for the union…at least he is getting his money’s worth for his union dues…and I can recall winning grievances when all I had to work with was examples of what others did and management condoned .

Something tells me there is much more to this than meets the eye….or ear….

Something tells me that this is all rationalization for Evan becoming a liability for some other reason…..this simply does not seem like reason enough to fire him….it’s just some card they have been holding for convenience just in case they needed to put the brakes on him……

I could speculate as to what the other possibilities might be……but I will reserve judgement
