The law is whatever judges decide it to be. If the law doesn’t fit what they want on any given day then they will simply twist it to fit their preferences.

We learn of politicians corruption. We learn of malfeasance in the media, in charities in churches in professional organizations.
BUT somehow we never hear about any corruption in the judiciary. Strange huh? Oh wait! I forgot! It’s just because judges are so superhumanly pure, moral and ethical that they are incapable of bias, error or criminal intent. Yeah right.

It is the worst when the judges refuse to uphold the law they swore to uphold. Here and the SCOC not only refusing to uphold the law where it contradicts their left wing religious beliefs but then use the Charter of Rights and Freedoms incorrectly to justify their decisions.

Judges should be forced to step down should they let their beliefs dictate how they judge rather than the law.

Is there no real justice in the land? No there isn’t. Omar Khadr is a terrorist as has already been proven in court. True justice is being eroded in the western world.

Why are so many of the left so morally inverted?
