Experts: ISIS is targeting Canada, but we're still in denial

Brian LilleyRebel Co-Founder

I talk to talked to terrorism, security and intelligence expert David Harris, formerly of CSIS.

Harris agrees with Dr. Martin Rudner of Carleton University, who recently testified that politicians are more concerned about getting (or losing) votes than about national security.

ISIS and other groups have specifically named Canada as a target, but Harris says that we're lagging behind in our responses.

Maurice, you know, big targets like Geller, Spencer and Wilders draw media attention but the jihadi movement also targets ordinary folks who speak out.

Folks like me.

I made formal complaints about corruption that experts told me was perpetrated by terrorists. They came after me. Set fires at my home, screamed “we are going to kill you and your dog” over and over again, threw poisoned meat into my yard and cut my dog to the bone, through the fence, while she was contained in my yard, delivered over 30 assaults and death threats always using the first person plural pronoun “we” to explain the attacks were on behalf of a specfic lobby and to explain “We don’t have free speech in Canada, you know”, got me wrongly charged, jailed and prosecuted three times – based on false allegations I was eventually able to prove were false (it took some doing to get the court to look at the actual evidence), and threatened and then had me hit with a car and denied health care – just a real mess. They disabled me with that hit. At the trial, I was unable to bear witness because the accused confessed to a lesser charge, the Crown told me his sentence of driving school was not just for hitting me but for hitting others, and when I asked the accused’s father if the accused was injured as I was, he laughed and said that if you use the right kind of car to hit your target, you don’t get hurt yourself. Because of the complicity of the infiltration of our justice system and because of complicity of police and Crown agents, there is no way to get any criminal justice. Lawyers have told me the only way I may be able to make it stop is with a civil suit. I wrote and filed a suit (none of the many lawyers I asked to represent me would agree) but last January, coincident with my serving notice on the federal Attorney General Crown lawyer that I intended to appeal a partial decision to the Court of Appeal, I was again assaulted twice and delivered a very credible, highly personal threat of bodily harm. I have been assaulted/death threatened (none by family or friends, always by strangers or acquaintances) over 30 times. Each attack really takes it out of me, so I haven’t prceeded again although I intend to persist, God willing.

My point in telling you this is to suggest maybe we could start a class-action suit on behalf of Canadians for damages from the terrorist infiltration into and corruption of our system of government, into police, Crown lawyers, civil servants, unions, business, trade, etc. Those responsible for this mess may respond to hits on their pocket books.

Mohammed taught- when weak preach peace, when strong wage war. Winston Churchill was prophetic on the issue.

Groups (and persons!) that seek to dominate ALWAYS start out like a lamb when they are without power, then as their manipulations continue they move forwards until in the end they are like a roaring tiger…you can observe this all the time…Malala noted that the Taliban started out in Pakistan with a mullah and a benign radio show about following the faith more closely…it grew until they had a majority on their side and then they began the terror…she observed this early in her short lifetime…until they shot her for seeking an education…she was such a provocateur ! (no charge for the sarcasm)

Islam here will need a little more time than in Pakistan…it is in the “like a lamb stage”..but their end state is observable all over the world…if you don’t see it you are blind. Dr. Rudner obviously is not blind, nor was the young Churchill: “How dreadful are the curses which Mohammedanism lays on its votaries! Besides the fanatical frenzy, which is as dangerous in a man as hydrophobia in a dog, there is this fearful fatalistic apathy… The fact that in Mohammedan law every woman must belong to some man as his absolute property – either as a child, a wife, or a concubine – must delay the final extinction of slavery until the faith of Islam has ceased to be a great power among men. …No stronger retrograde force exists in the world…”…Winston Churchill 1899.

When they have finished their mandate of universal hatred for all, “he” will lie down and die in an empty world, devoid of art, people and joy…

But God…

Maurice Potvin about what can be done to address Islamic extremism. The main thing we can do is to let people know our concerns in general conversation when the opportunity arises. Most people don’t care and don’t want to hear anything about the subject. One of the Canadian values is tolerance and that usually precludes people from wanting to think bad about other groups. I fear we are past the point of no return unless their is a Christian revival that sweeps the nation.

Joan, Ron, everything you’ve stated is absolutely true. It’s abundantly clear, however, that Politician, Law Enforcement, the Courts, MSM and the general public don’t take the threat seriously. I think it then behooves us to take whatever action we can to stand against the threat. I’m not sure what we can do, but we have to put our heads together somehow and figure something out, and then face the threat head on, on a broad front. It seems no one else will, at least not publicly. Like Joan says, Bill C-51won’t do much if the police and the courts won’t enforce it. Earlier in another post I sent a list for Ron Zager of the areas that we need to address re: Islamic extremism. As I said, I probably missed some. Please read the list and add to it whatever you think I missed, and also perhaps add any sugestions for actions you and I may take. Here’s the list:

" if we were to “slow down immigration from muslim countries” that would only plug one hole. I think problems are multi-layered. I’ll try to articulate them as best I can, but I’m sure I’ll forget some, but here goes….

1) Immigration policy, as you point out.
2) 2nd and 3rd generation Muslim youth: Often Muslims whose parents came to Canada fleeing genuine oppression and persecution, become apathetic and begin a search for meaning to their lives. As G.K. Chesterton said, “Meaninglessness does not come from being weary of pain. Meaninglessness comes from being weary of pleasure.” Too often they find that meaning in radical Islam.
3) Radical Imams in the mosques, teaching radical jihad to impressionable youth: What they’re saying in the mosques needs to be monitored and documented.
4) Internet radicalization.
5) The comparative birth rate of Muslims to the rest of the population: In one or two more generations, they will have the numbers to impose their ideology through the ballot box.
6) Law enforcement that turns a blind eye to hate speech from Muslims, but pounces on anyone who say anything considered to be “Islamaphobic”.
7) Ditto for the Judicial system.
8) MSM: need I say more?
9) Liberals and NDP who would sell their soul to the Devil to get votes. In the case of Islam, that’s exactly what they’re doing.
10) The apathy of the general public who don’t recognize the threat, not to just their way of life, but to their very lives!

Those are the threats to our freedom as I see them. I’m sure I missed some. They must be challenged and confronted head on, on a broad front. Abraham Lincoln said we must not be deterred from our pursuit of liberty by “fear of dungeons to ourselves”. I fear that to fight the good fight for our freedom, some of us might very well have to submit to “dungeons to ourselves”. I hope it isn’t me, but the fight is worth it."

That’s what I see. Please add to it any threats you see that I may have missed, along with your suggestions on how to confront them. Thanks.

Why is it Canadian’s don’t take the word of these Islamic beasts . They have declared war on us their actions in the field with the cutting off of heads the sale of sex slaves have shown us they are animals. Then why do Canadian’s deny this reality it’s because most Canadian don’t read the news they are content but will they be content when a truely large terrorist attack happens. They have tried before if you can remmember them trying to blow up the train over Niagara. They were unsuccessful then But could they derail a train in mid town Calgary Toronto Montreal or Sarnia. Would Torontonians like a surprise at their Gay Pride Parade. Unfortunately most Canadian’s are fat stoned and happy.
Contribute to the THEREBEL.MEDIA campaign to raise $50,000 to fund their office in Alberta they have raiesed over $25-K so all they need is 500 people to donate $50 from their pay pal account. We helped before and look like they done

Joan Abernethy right now the terrorist war with the jihadists is in the first stage. They have inflicted few casualties here so far as they are concentrating on radicalization and training the minds of the new recruits. The real nightmare starts when the intimidation of their demographic base begins. You are looking for a night of the long knives. That will happen but not just yet.

Joan, enough Muslim numbers and directions from a Mosque. Chilling, but true.
commented 2015-05-07 12:33:45 -0400
Ron Zager – our intelligence is actually doing quite a good job addressing potential big threats. But more needs to be done about stealth jihad incursions into communities. Because once there are enough numbers, all it would take would be a direction from local mosques or local Muslim gang leaders for their followers to kill their neighbours and that would be it.

LaLaLaLaLa, Justin is too busy trolling for votes in Mosques to pay attention. And Tom and the NDP? Well, they’re just lefties and the Islamists are misunderstood.
commented 2015-05-07 11:28:37 -0400
Only a big attack would wake people up. But then what would be the reaction of the politicians? Militarily we are incapable of dealing with terrorists. I would imagine if a big attack happens and the left are in power they would want to negotiate with the terrorists as they would conclude they have grievances. If the current government is in power they would make a lot of noise, pass more legislation and thats about it. Our best chance is that the authorities continue to uncover plots before they are hatched.
commented 2015-05-07 11:13:26 -0400
Now if we can convince the left wings apologists that the threat is absolutely real, then we’ll be able to start taking care of this threat!

Tom, right you are. Brian suggests the Conservatives may hype the issue for votes but in my view, they don’t do enough. I’d like to see more compliance with security needs from the provinces and municipalities but so far, that is where the see-no-evil, speak-no-evil koolaid is being passed out.

Disaster Management is always warning Canadians to prepare for catastrophe but most people don’t hear, heed or care. CSIS has also warned of the danger but nothing changes locally.

Our local police still have a “free marc emery” sticker on their property and until I complained, they had a huge poster of a big Islamic bar code with their name on it hung in the entry lobby.

The Conservative party is the only party taking terrorism seriously.
commented 2015-05-07 08:35:17 -0400
Brian, thanks for bringing David Harris on again. I think he is right that we are in a terrorism crisis but unlike him, no one at all listens to me. So again, thanks to you both.

Just because the latest explicit threat specifically targets the US doesn’t mean there aren’t similar operations here in Canada. We have known for some time that Islamic State is reaching out to disaffected demographics in Ferguson, Baltimore, New York, offering them arms, leadership, and trained fighters in exchange for loyalty to the world caliphate. In Baltimore, we’ve recently seen the gang, Nation of Islam, a caliphate proxy, subdue and organize both the Bloods and the Cripps.

In Canada, similar caliphate outreach is made to disaffected immigrant and First Nations groups.

While high profile targets get covered by media, and protected by security, the more incipient threat is from jihadi organization in all our communities that targets individuals and families with harassment and terrorist tactics. They use the left to promote drug sales by partnering with municipal public health initiatives to decriminalize and serve drug addicts with the works and the fix that rely on a reliable source of illegal drugs. They terrorize ordinary folks by organizing break ins and thefts, they set on fire the homes of people who call them on what they are doing, they kill our dogs, they drive down property values, cleanse communities of those who do not submit and they incentivize city administrations to direct police to turn a blind eye, to blame the victims, to fabricate evidence against victims and to no keep records. Similar to what happened in Brtain, Norway and across Europe.

One of the most urgent security needs in Canada is for training and direction of police in how to stop ignoring legislation for political reasons and to enforce the law. Bill C-51 will do no good whatsoever if police continue to receive direction to blame victims of Islamist oppression and to aid their criminal community coercion tactics. Because targets of this nonsense often simply comply in order to get along and that is deadly.

That is what accounts for the left’s complicity. Carrots and sticks. Islamists have plenty of both.

Since islamic terrorists are partnered with the socialist/communist/liberal pigs of the world, I would expect a Conservative politician/interest to get attacked next.

The socialist/communist/liberal pigs of the world want to end Christianity and are using islamic terrorists to move this agenda forward.
