“Donald Trump just gave the best foreign policy speech in America in 15 years” — WATCH these highlights

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Before I saw Donald Trump give a political speech, I laughed at his chances, because I thought he was unserious, if not an outright huckster. But then I watched his campaign kick-off speech.

And as each minute passed I thought, "Hey, that makes sense. And so does that."

And just his tone, being proud of America in a way that you could tell he meant. I became a bit of a convert that first day.

Yesterday, Trump gave a major speech on radical Islam, immigration and foreign policy that was so clear, principled and forceful, I’ve never heard anything like it from a politician of any magnitude. It would never have been approved by a professional political campaign manager.

Here’s just one excerpt:

We cannot continue to allow thousands upon thousands of people to pour into our country many of whom have the same thought process as this savage killer. Many of the principles of radical Islam are incompatible with Western values and institutions. Remember this, radical Islam is anti-woman, anti-gay and anti-American. I refuse to allow America to become a place where gay people, Christian people, Jewish people are targets of persecution and intimation by radical Islamic preachers of hate and violence.

After you watch the speech along with me, ask yourself:

Is Donald Trump really “crazy”, as the liberal media says?

Or is it crazy to keep doing what we’ve been doing, simply hoping that Muslim terrorists will stop killing us on their own?

NEXT: Our own Tiffany Gabbay is an American who understands why Trump's comments on radical Islam appeal to so many voters.

THEN: Renowned gun law expert John Lott explains why guns are not the problem. His fact-based, statistical analysis is so enlightening -- Lott debunks the usual anti-gun talking points like no one else.

FINALLY: Messages about my report on the Orlando terror attack, including viewers who accuse me of fear mongering.

So Tiffany since you live in the states, can you please ask the correct people if we can borrow Trump on weekends. We are your soon to be Third World residents to the north. We desperately need somebody to put our truedope, nutley, and old windy on a leash. He cannot continue to pat them on the head and tell them how good they are and how good they’re doing, like their main critics cbc.

We can pay you 10% of the savings we will get. This will still make us one of the richest nations on earth.

your desperately needy neighbors to the north

All joking aside Ezra (maybe I’m not joking), it is good to hear someone say the obvious, I have to agree, not sure if I heard that before.

The left is starting to sound scared. Have you listened to Obama lately? They are all running scared, afraid that that reality is that Trump is gaining unstoppable momentum and will in fact be the next president of the United States. Trump is talking sense and saying what has to be said in order to keep the free world free.

Trump is starting to sound presidential… While Clinton is going to indicted or the head of the FBI will tender his resignation…

Trump is starting to sound desperate. He knows he is falling rapidly behind Clinton.

Thanks for that Ezra and Tiffany, Goood show!
I like those Trump clips, I like Trump, I’ve been waiting about 6 years to hear any
Politician/wanna-be talk like that about “Radical Islam”. I agree with you and The Donald, he mentioned Canada and he’s pro Keystone II, we must face reality, and it’s not according to the CBC.

On a personal level, Trump has the sort of personality that would prevent me from ever “liking” him; however, it is the message that matters. Voting for a nice guy with great smiles landed the US with Carter, and Canada with Trudeau. Trump is a goofball but if he can stop the two pronged invasion (Mexican invasion, and ISIS invasion) of America, I’m all for it.

Jay Kelly the left is using this tragedy dishonestly , Trump is being honest, how is it bad that would get him more votes? Are you sane???
commented 2016-06-15 14:05:12 -0400
like trudeau said liberal Canada is back…I want to leave now. I don’t see my Canada ever coming back, .our best hope is Trump gets in and I will legally immigrate to U.S.A. Helps to be married to a American. it took us 3 years to get his landed immigrant status and a lot of money.

Trump is politically incorrect & he’s a fighter. This is why people are flocking to him. The policies driven by political correctness are destroying Western Civilization. I’m hoping what Trump is doing becomes standard practice.

Hillary’s past shows that she’s all about money & power & she has no trouble committing treason to get it.

Empty headed celebrities want to disarm law abiding citizens – but not their own security people. They want open borders – but don’t you dare step foot on one of their estates. They live in their own world – cut off from reality.

Jay Kelly: Perhaps you would prefer he played a round on the golf course with Obama and then attend a fashion show.

Jay Kelly: If Trump looks “Haggard” Perhaps it’s because he cares. You wonder if he has any useful tools left. Of course. he has the Democrats.

Good points and post Bullwinkle Moose but allow me to underscore something in your comment that some may have missed.
For years I have taken issue with the use if the definite article " the " by people that are not Muslims when they refer to Mohammed . I am not a Muslim so I refer to Mohammed with the pronoun “their”. He is "their " prophet , not mine. I don’t acknowledge him as anything other than another human being that roamed the earth. Nothing more, nothing less.
The left has done everything to denigrate Christianity for decades now. Obama himself denigrated people of faith with his famous ‘clinging to guns and bibles" quote. Yet here he is ,the prime defender of Islam? Christians are being persecuted all over the planet and he tells us we have to respect Islam. Americans have the First and Second Amendments and they are both under assault to protect Muslims. Speak no evil about Islam is violating the right to free speech. Blaming atrocities like Orlando on guns to hide the fact that it is Islamists that committed them in the name of allah is an assault on right to bear arms.
I don’t think in Canada we have the protections that the United States Constitution provides. America is the last nation standing when it comes to freedom and liberty and God help us if we lose them.
I can see a day when Trudea will be sending us to jail for spelling the reference to mohammed as “their” “profit”.

Dan Zorgel: I too would like to see so greater exposure for the (many) great shows that are behind a paywall, but that said, do we want to see the Rebel go the way of SNN? Of course not. I believe Ezra and his colleagues are building up the Rebel slowly and carefully, and their approach seems to be working, so far. They’re also not afraid to tinker with the formula, in order to improve it. So perhaps at some point they will remove that paywall. Or perhaps not. I just personally want to see the Rebel succeed: it is absolutely crucial (even for non-conservatives, though most don’t recognize this fact) that there be at least one strong conservative voice in the media to oppose the likes of the CBC, the Toronto Star – pretty well every Canadian media voice out there. And don’t forget, the Rebel is not the only tool in Ezra’s conservative kit bag (check out his re-building the right videos, if you haven’t already). His and others’ efforts to promote young conservative journalists is starting to pay off with the likes of smart, talented (conservative-leaning!) people like Lauren Southern appearing on the scene; we need much more of this.

Ezra, I love your commentary and I have been a fan for a few years now since I discovered you on the old Sun News network. Unfortunately I feel that charging for the premium content is going to diminish your web site rather than spread the news. I used to share your shows on facebook and now I can’t. People tell me that they wanted to watch what you had to say but the clips are for paying users only. This will not increase your popularity. I think you should “rethink” the premium content. You are thinking small here. Getting subscribers will make you a few bucks but it will not cause your message to grow the way it could if you unlocked the content.

After reading through this site for hours tonight, I compiled the annual numbers they have reported on violence initiated by radical Islam…

they have been around and documented and linked news reports since 9/11 breaking this down even further by individual event… my crude summary…

countries attacks killed wounded
2010 48 2023 9233 17461
2011 58 1986 9086 16921
2012 58 2480 11546 20254
2013 50 2822 15775 29577
2014 50 3001 32863 27522
2015 53 2865 27626 26149
2016 48 1049 9961 12010
totals 16226 116090 149894
So since 2010 almost 266k people have been attacked, wounded or killed by Islamic extremists…

The counter argument some left thinking individual might put up will be that there have been more or similar numbers of dead from civilians killed by drones attacks, friendly fire, and American foreign policy over the last decade or more…

Okay, that’s still not addressing the problem here… how do you sit in a room with leaders that entire religious belief system is uncompromising and its okay to lie, steal, assault, rape, behead, and basically say anything and be held to nothing you’ve committed to because its okay to do this if it gives you the chance to go in for the kill?

I’m sure there are many, and I know a number of good people who are Muslim, Jewish, Christian, etc…and many have never really read the books at the center of their belief or faith. Muslims who are open minded might want to go read up on their “profit” and what he’s really preaching and advocating in their good book…and then explain how that works in its entirety in a place where we advocate freedoms and open society. I know how this works for Christians, understand how it works for Jews, Buddhists, Hindu and even atheist or agnostic non believers… Can’t seem to fit it together though for Muslim so I’m going to do more research and would encourage others to as well as Im comfortable with who i am.

There’s no simple answer… Perspective outside your safe spoon fed western open society free speech without the penalty of death, no bully’s allowed, be who you are in a politically correct world is a bitch!
price of that freedom = vigilance and resolve

Jay Kelly… It is indeed “sad” but which part of Americans waking up to current day reality don’t you “get”???
commented 2016-06-15 02:53:46 -0400
Edward – Clinton had proposed getting a dog to bark every time a republican lied. She then barked herself. Trump turned that clip into a commercial.
commented 2016-06-15 01:44:29 -0400
Drew, it would be sad to think that such a violent shooting would bring people to Trump.

Is that how he builds up his voter base?
commented 2016-06-15 01:29:38 -0400
Jay he is just getting started, it is Hillary who has been running from the FBI and her own BS. It will be funny when other attacks happen because Obama does nothing, each one brings more people to Trump.
commented 2016-06-15 01:23:45 -0400
Trump, he looks haggard and distressed. The hairpiece he paid big bucks for looks like the lawn mower went over it. He is tired out.
commented 2016-06-15 01:14:20 -0400
“haggard and distressed”?… Jay, I presume you are talking about that chubby lady in the pant’s suit??
commented 2016-06-15 00:59:52 -0400
He looks haggard and distressed, and no wonder. He knows the numbers, this guy, and he knows the numbers are against him.

What tools does he have left?

I like Trumps common sense approach to things. Politicians don’t like that of course, because their used to making speeches and promising the world to get elected, and then following through on honouring none. Voters, are sick and tired of the political correctness and lies being constantly handed to them in order to get elected. We’re saddled with another one now that only sees and hears what he wants, and is prepared to stop at nothing to advance his socialist utopian agenda. Then when chastised, they try to rely on the same old worn out argument that, this is what the people voted for, when it never is. People need to wake up to the fact that politicians of all stripes have never, as long as I can remember anyway, governed for the people or the will of the people, but for their own personal agenda’s. Harper was the only one, that seemed to care in recent years, but even he had his faults. Voters, just keep on picking some one else, hoping that the next one will really be the one that will govern for the people and the will of the people. One thing though, that Trudeau has accomplished, is to shine the light, on the fact, that this country is in desperate need of recall and impeachment legislation in order to hold governments to account. Every four years is not acceptable any longer. Voters need the ability to hold our governments noses to the grind stone constantly.

Ruth, I think you mean politically incorrect.
Its nice that you people have seen the video as it isn’t available for me; it says "error loading player ". Its not my computer as I get everything else. Anyone else have a problem?
commented 2016-06-14 23:20:49 -0400
I think I have the best idea ever. Any debate between Trump and Clinton should require both of them wearing a lie detector with the polygraph sounding a buzzer when b,s line is breached. The ratings would skyrocket and it would probably be the most revealing and humorous event ever witnessed, Just refusing to participate would speak volumes.
commented 2016-06-14 23:12:55 -0400
I think I heard that from Harper at one point
commented 2016-06-14 23:10:14 -0400
With regard to the US dictator Obama. To revoke the 2nd amendment would start s landslide. Next the 13th amendment. Where does it end before America is erased? Trumps statements are not unconstitutional

It’s good to hear the truth and not be afraid of being politically correct . It’s time to put politically correct where it belongs ( In the garbage ).
