INSANE: Wynne wants to make every Ontario family buy an electric car

Rebel Staff

Ontario has the highest electricity prices in North America, driving out industry and making every day life expensive for average citizens.

Kathleen Wynne, like Dalton McGuinty before her, is obsessed by green energy. And when you “go green,” you need TWO power systems: A reliable old fashioned one, and the “green” one you show in government propaganda ads.

You also bring in carbon taxes, and cook up schemes like a $200 million bike lane project. And of course, ring up the largest debt in the world of any place that isn’t a country.

But now Wynne and her madman environment minister Glen Murray are thinking of introducing a requirement to make Ontario families buy 1.7 million electric cars over the next seven years.

NEXT: Our Alberta Bureau Chief Sheila Gunn Reid has done it again. You won't believe what she dug up on social media:

While thousands of Albertans were fighting the Fort McMurray fire and helping evacuees, NDP Premier Rachel Notley and her gang were at a bar, celebrating the one year anniversary of their election! Sheila joins me with the disgraceful story!

THEN: PEGIDA UK leader Tommy Robinson joins me via Skype to talk about the election of London's first Muslim mayor, the mayor's comments about Donald Trump, and a lot more.

FINALLY: Your messages to me, good and bad!

One can only imagine the carnage if the Fort Mac residents had been forced to own only electric cars. Fossil fuels saved the day in the evacuation of an entire city of 90,000 people. Not a single fatality due to the fire and only three in a car/truck crash. Whynns’ plan is to IMMOBILIZE the population so that they’re controllable into the foreseeable future.

@ Jay . . . “Economic downturn” ? ? ?
Economic Illiteracy may be a little more accurate !
Ontario’s woes are Self Inflicted . . . by adopting “Green” insanity !
Alberta’s loonie NDP govt increased regulations and Taxes as oil prices were dropping . . . likely doubling the negative effects of the lower prices !

Now the nutty lefties want 16 year olds to vote . . . after a decade of union indoctrination in public schools . . . with Zero knowledge of economics, history or even their own future !
If Ontario folks have electric cars . . . they can’t escape the Province . . . only 90 km range will keep you close to home paying high taxes !

JAY….DID YOU FORGET TO TAKE YOUR MEDS AGAIN ???

She certainly does seem quite mad. Maybe these people should be tested before they run for positions of power where their madness become a danger to the general public.

Wynn is the perfect director for madland. I almost look forward to the inevitable economic crash which will make a rusted out ghost town of a once productive province and put an abrupt end to these reckless economics.

If I was to venture a guess as to what drives this madness, I’d conclude that this is just the natural extension of a lifetime spent trying to purchase virtue/legitimacy by a very flawed/failed ideology.

Basically the Ontario Liberal Party moved so far left that they replaced the NDP as the party of socialist policy and dogma. Wynne is as whacko far left as any San Francisco “liberal” politician. There is no freedom or escape from Wynne and her social engineers who desire to control every facet of our lives .
They fool people into thinking they are free thinking and open when it comes to these social issues like sexuality and marijuana. This is just a ruse on their part because outside of those so called freedoms we find nothing but order after order , tax after tax , regulation after regulation.
Same thing in Alberta. Union socialist Marxists. But at least they ran under the communist NDP banner.
I don’t buy for one second this effing progressive and democratic socialism crap. Nothing but cover words for stealing our liberty.
Present day liberalism is the antithesis of libertarianism. My motto is L U T F A .
Wynne, leave us the fuck alone . Mind your own GD business , just leave us the fuck alone.

This will not go forward, the government cannot dictate to you what you can or cannot buy in a free market, it’s just puffery on Wynne’s part.

Right. She literally want to ban walking. Thank God we can get the truth from Levant and friends.

She is literally forcing people to buy electric cars.

Wayne and Nut-ly are destroying 2 great provinces. It will take many years and billions to correct. Trudeau is compounding it even more.

I don’t see Whinny and Nutely so much as powerful national leaders, I see them both as localized, lefty destroyers. Nuff said.

Seriously, D Mary, you are on this site as a commenter. Please do not press your luck.

To say you are both male and female does not cut it here. You choose, but then come clean.

The Stop Sign with the glasses is so funny – I love the humour injected into serious situations 😂❤️😂

Jay, are you still under that court order to stay away from schools and play parks?
commented 2016-05-12 03:21:01 -0400
D Mary, you know that you were called out on here because of your ‘personal’ problems.

Don’t you think that you owe it to the others on this site to be a bit up front?

Why not make a clean breast of things.

Honestly, I do not think the readers of this post are judgmental.
commented 2016-05-12 03:11:39 -0400
Apparently they are not judgemental, they don’t go after you for your pedophelia issues Jay.

Yes Jay, go to sleep and don’t come back. You will just embarrass yourself all over again, as usual.
commented 2016-05-12 02:35:39 -0400
Lol, Wynne! I walk everywhere. How is her dumbass going to manage that?
commented 2016-05-12 02:31:52 -0400
Thank you, Hyacinth. I probably do need some sleep.

Ontario and Alberta are seen as the economic power-houses of Canada. The Rebel, for one, considers Wynne and Notley as the two big provincial leaders. Both of them are seen as “left” leaning leaders.

I gather that the Premiers of these two provinces are seen as national leaders. Interesting, n’est pas, that they are such outspoken women.

Ezra Levant seems so small in comparison.
commented 2016-05-12 02:26:26 -0400
Jay, the premiers get blamed because they keep messing up. If they were to do something right, they would be credited for it, but they haven’t done anything right.
commented 2016-05-12 02:15:39 -0400
Jay, again, man you are making the oddest of arguments this evening. You must be tired. Ontario is NOT the economic power-house of Canada. It was once, before the Liberal got hold of it (first McGuinty then Wynne). In the time that Wynne has been at the helm Ontario has been downgraded not once but twice in the credit rating. This is not due to “outside” interference but her actual policies and practices that have made Ontario hostile to many businesses. Add to it her gross mismanagement of the energy sector in the province, the scandal over the gas plant, Orang scandal, so many scandals I can’t think of all of them off the top of my head at the moment (getting late in the day). She should be tossed to the curb with the morning rubbish not celebrated as a heroine of the populace.
commented 2016-05-12 02:08:28 -0400
There’s really no evidence that the Premier is really doing that.

Jay Kelly commented
“Hyacinth, I am pretty sure that the ad “praise to Allah” was on buses in London, England. The people of London chose Sadiq Khan as their mayor because of who he is. A “people person”, Khan was elected because he seemed like us.”

Jay, seems you are confused yet again tonight, overly tired perhaps?
Your comment is rather out in left field considering my response to Bob’s question. Reread both his question and my response, you will see your comment makes no sense in reference to either.
commented 2016-05-12 02:06:05 -0400
Yeah, Ontario and Alberta are seen as the economic power-houses of Canada. Both led by woman Premiers who are seen as ‘left’. Both suffering from an economic downturn, which has led both into deficit.

The Rebel has an idea: Blame the Premiers for everything!
commented 2016-05-12 01:40:14 -0400
Glen Murray stepping down as the mayor of Winnipeg to run in a federal election, only to lose, puts a smile on my face. Ontario, he’s your problem now.
commented 2016-05-12 01:31:52 -0400
The empty cans rattle the most. Notley and Wynne are huge disasters , our country is so f*cked.
commented 2016-05-12 01:19:05 -0400
Jay Kelly the hypocrite says Wynne and Notley are great premiers, so why is Ontario so royally financially screwed, with Alberta following in their footsteps?
commented 2016-05-12 01:18:11 -0400

The Red Star pub is a very appropriate place for Notley to have her party while Fort Mac burns. I wonder if they have the hammer and sickle symbols on the menu. Maybe they could hang a few pictures of Lenin and Stalin on the wall to add some ambience. If you close your eyes and concentrate really hard you can quietly hear the patriotic ballads of the communist musicians as they pay tribute to the glorious accomplishments of their tyrannical dictators. Either that or you go hungry, make your choice. Castro and Che Guevara would be proud of the Notley crew.
