Before these next 3 1/2 years are up you will see the NDP bring back MSP premiums and a provincial sales tax. Since there is no one in caucus who has ever run a hot dog cart let alone made a payroll their business acumen will result in killing the golden goose to get all the gold eggs. When the oil & gas industry is on it’s knees and leaving Alberta for greener investment pastures these fools will realize that the only source of revenue left is to start slapping a tax on Starbucks lattes that their leftist supporters slurp every morning while lamenting the mysterious loss of jobs in the province.
Mark it on a calendar – return of MSP premiums and a provincial sales tax . They shout that it is the lowest sales tax in the country and Albertans should be proud of that . You heard it here first !

AB is going down fast under Notley, because she has been taking advice on how to kill off capitalism, by Wynnie the crook in ON. Once you have the blueprint for destruction, all it takes is a lunatic like Notley to reduce the economy to nothing.

It is absolutely vital that the old PC Party in Alberta be relegated to the dust bin of history and that conservatives unite under the Wild Rose banner, to rid Alberta of the most deluded, destructive premier ever elected in Canada, Notley.

Rick, if what you said is true, I can truthfully say I am quite happy that they voted themselves out of a 180K+ job for a limited low EI cheque. Karma is a bitch sometimes. I think the young (18 to 30) had an influence on the election results too.

My opinion: If the election of the Notely wrecking crew was not a fraud, then it could have been brought on by the importation of all those eastern workers (coincidentally going home to sit on welfare having lost their jobs) who drank the Socialist Kool Aid and voted in the disaster underway in Alberta!

Ron Christiansen said, “PETER NETTERVILLE Are you a pundant? I think not.”

Ron, do you mean “pundit”? If you are going to insult someone, then you should at least spell the insult correctly. Just saying.

I do not need to be an “expert on the media” (pundit) to see that they are not reporting what they should and that what they do report about the NDP is most times quite favorable, bias for the NDP. A basic understanding of the English language will tell you that … and some common sense … a lack of which might explain why you cannot see the same bias.

sorry ron .I should be quiet and admit that Rachel knows better than I how to run my life.maybe I can get a nice union job and just wait to be told what to warming is the biggest concern in the world and the ndp won a clear majority and have the mandate to correct our social engineering.sorry I said anything inflammatory how politically incorrect of me.if only my parents could have sent me to university so I would have the right education to accept what the media tells me.

The media has been bought and paid for by the unions, who have been taking money from the UN, and they will do whatever it takes to keep padding their own pockets, because they have no integrity! They are now just useful idiots, who are on the take, and they will write whatever lies that will keep the voters fooled. They have sold their souls to the devil, for their own selfish gain, and I think they enjoy watching those who don’t believe as they do, suffer for holding on to their integrity. After all misery does love company, and their goal is to reduce humanity, to the lowest common denominator.

AB Patriot said, "WR will present themselves as peacemakers, but they will be viciously attacked by every means. "

Especially by the left wing main stream media who seem more than happy to see a socialist government take down Alberta.

Well, not to post a ray of hope too sunny here, but when I look at Saskatchewan and the fact that Brad Wall is bringing that province back from their NDP hell, I can only hope that when we boot out these NDP idealistic socialist thieves in 3 years 6 months that the next Conservative government will be able to bring back the province to prosperity and reverse … I guess the term is repeal … the damaging legislation that the NDP have and will cause.

There. I tried to be a sunny and upbeat as I can.

It is inevitable that the NDP will increase the number of urban ridings before the next election. Arguing that rural votes have a greater advantage, the number of ridings in Calgary and Edmonton will be doubled, resulting in a greatly expanded voting base for the NDP/progressives. Of course, this will mean more NDP MLAs in the Leg suckering on what little is left of the public purse. But they will go ahead – nothing appeals to them more than to create a job that does nothing, except spend more money. Times will be that desperate come the next election: wealth will have migrated elsewhere, jobs disappeared, unemployment rises to levels never seen before, government assistance pay-outs and programs ruin the finances, and growing conflict will be in every quarter of the province. WR will present themselves as peacemakers, but they will be viciously attacked by every means. There will be gerrymandering of ridings, violence, and election rigging – Alberta will be operating like a third-world mess by then.

Our once great province has been hijacked by socialists who infiltrated the pc party and every level of education and healthcare.we must force a new election and soon before they change ridings or other means to grow there base in edmonton and calgary .they will grow provincial unions so that the kickback from union dues can increase party coffers as i am sure cnrl and suncor did to buy sole possesion of the oilsands.the taxpayers must act soon to reclaim our province

NDP = Highway men, they will rob Alberta for everything they can, then they will drag you down to their level of Dhimmi Bull Crap.
