The chief sees a weak leader in the PM Justin will be to scared to say no, He will get what he wants and he knows it. Wonder of this made the INVISIBLE WOMAN ENERGY MINISTERS DESK? First she would have to find fort mac on a map, then someone would have to explain whats going on up there, you know oil production, def a learning experience for her no doubt. The sad part about most of this is taxpayers will be on the hook for the cost in the end. Of that there is no doubt. But I cannot fault the chief for taking advantage of a weak PM.

The same B.S. re “traditional hunting grounds” is evident in British Columbia in that aboriginal land claims overlap each other to the the extent of 110 per cent!… Some of our “Red Brothers” are evidently vague on their cultural history or, indeed, “speak with forked tongue”?…

Its the same old story, repeated time and time again. Poor natives suffering under White Man, yet traditions and “environmental concerns” are out the window then it comes to evil money.

How much of the federal funds Canada gives them gets distributed within the tribes? How much goes into the pockets of tribe leaders? When oversight or proper accounting is demanded, they get on their high moral outrage. Not all tribes; some actually do use the money for their people, but not all tribes do that. Then we see substandard housing, no water, starvation, and no heat – except for the leaders.
