"It's completely silly to say the Koran is violent": France's young media elites more eager to criticize America than Islam

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

After the November 13 terror attacks in Paris, I traveled there to bring you the stories the rest of the media would ignore.

That's why I wanted to talk to people from different walks of life.

Along with asking local Muslims what they thought about terrorism (particularly ISIS), I wanted to talk to some of France's white intellectual elite, too.

My co-reporter,'s Gavin McInnes, set up a meeting with a few up and coming media types.

They dutifully condemned all religions, not just Islam, and insisted that Muslim terrorists were a tiny minority of lunatics.

"It's completely silly to say the Koran is violent," one told me.

They blamed French and US foreign policy for destabilizing Syria and the rest of the region. Disaffected French Muslims, they say, just need jobs and better schools.

Remember: These are the voices who shape French public opinion.

Trudeau's Liberals MUST halt plans to bring in 25,000 Syrian refugees until they can guarantee the safety of the Canadian people.

I don’t think it is a matter of cowardice. I think for the left it is a matter of allying with another force hateful of Christians and hateful of capitalism. They think they can work together to eliminate all vestiges of what built the West, and then the left will bring their allies under control.

france is finished, The mulsim hordes will turn it into what they left behind, death violence and endless bombings nothing can save france now. The lefty crowd are way to cowardly to stand up and fight same everywhere. Canada will be ruined as well, 25 000 reasons why a liberal vote was foolish will arrive. They should be sent to liberal ridings only not forced on people where they are not wanted. This gov (libs) will totally divide this country.

Chronologically the Koran started OK. But when Mecca and Medina Jews didn’t sign up to the moon cult, it got very violent. Look not just to the Koran, but to Islamic culture from 700 AD to today. Islam was really no different an ideology from the Nordic Vikings or the Monguls. A war religion which believed the best way for advancement is by looting other cultures.

MacDonald’s doesn’t sell hamburgers and french fries and Colonel Sanders has nothing to do with fried chicken either. And all this stuff in the Quran about killing or assimilating the infidels really doesn’t mean “kill or assimilate” the infidels. How silly of me to think that . So settle back, order up a Big Mac or a bucket of chicken and forget about being immolated…I mean assimilated. OOPS, Freudian slip there.

the level of immature university lecture hall pap these two dribbled out is mind boggling. I find it instructive these two cite shcools as part of the solution, realizing it is the ‘schools’ that produced these two. Also citing jobs as part of the solution is logically disconnected. France has a socialist government that stifles real job creation while at the same time allowing an influx of low educated, low skilled ‘migrants’ that only become a burden on an already critically stressed economy of France and greater EU

That is exactly why we are in this mess. Debate over rhetoric. What does it take to wake these fools up?
I’m no fan of the French. They are arrogant and hate the English. Rudest people on the planet.
I was accepted to the Sorbonne school of jurisprudence and am I glad I turned it down!
My 1st wife was French and that lasted 10 minutes. Great to look at but not so great to live with.

I guess that they have never read the Koran, or they wouldn’t say that. It’s easy to remain ignorant, if you never look around with your eyes opened, and just accept what someone tells you as being the truth. No wonder it’s so easy to fool these younger generations. They absolutely accept whatever horse manure that they have been given, as being true. It must be the instant communication systems that we have now, there is no time for rational thought, before uttering stupidity, or raging and attacking others, on something that they know nothing about! This is why they are eager to bash America, because this is the response the UN wants, so the people believe that they had it coming. I hope the French people aren’t expecting to be rescued anytime soon. If you lay on the train tracks, you will be sure to be hit, sooner or later.
