“Craziest story of the year so far”: Green-haired waitress is America’s latest victim-hero

Gavin McInnesRebel Commentator

In 2016, the supply of real bigotry and prejudice can’t possibly meet the demand. For some reason, we all still wish there were “freedom riders” facing off against the Klan, so we could have something to get inspired, outraged and excited about.

(LANGUAGE WARNING:)

That’s why there are so many fake hate crimes — if you’re a “victim” you’re treated like a hero.

This latest stupid “bigotry” story involves hair colour not skin colour.

I can’t believe it even made the news...

“If it was that bothersome, they’d notice the decline in business and address it. They don’t, ergo your objection is probably uncommon.”

Depends on who is running the business and if they are smart enough to adapt. I’ve known business owners who do, and those who don’t. The ones that demand their waiters/waitresses not look like they fell out of a second-rate tattoo parlor always last longer than the ones who don’t. Because they don’t tend to care about much, never mind presenting customers with an attractive looking place to patronize.

You work for your customers. That requires presenting yourself well.

“They have the right to do what they want with their bodies, but I have the right to not to feel sick when I eat. "

You have a right not to patronize that business. If it was that bothersome, they’d notice the decline in business and address it. They don’t, ergo your objection is probably uncommon.

If you want to talk “not feeling sick”, let’s have a chat about people that just came back in from a smoke break. I’d take a tattooed, but pleasantly perfumed, waitress over someone with no tattoos bot who carries the eye-watering reek of tobacco.

to me it is in our subconsciousness , when we see someone with tatoos, piercing, smoker and blue hair it is instinctive I relate it to a lack of hygiene, so me neither I would not like to be served by this woman if I had the choice, but I would not ask for her not to serve me. but PAul Maurice, you did good nmot to engage with the hysterical leftist you met at the doctor office, you should have told him , I’m fine with atheist .

These kids are so completely stupid about the origins of body piercing, tattoos, and above all, the health risks in getting this stuff done to their bodies.
They are unaware, that is, until they get infections, melanoma, hepatitis.

My Fiance sells Avon , their site was having troubles last night, an error message appears with a random models picture explaining that there was an error and to try again later, last night there was a black model with the error message, that has to be racist in some idiots mind.

The millenial generations have been taught nothing but “all about me”.
They really do think about themselves non stop. They live in an insular community of “all about me” people. Most of society have been trained to treat them special simply because they demand it. It’s similar to political correctness except that they have no legitimate complaints such as racism, equality, identity issues. They’re so sad, they feel left out. Poor things.

Paul Maurice, while I doubt you, I would enjoy such a confrontation. The message of Jesus is so pure there is nothing anyone could do to attack it. The message of Jesus has no faults to attack.

How many times have I gone to a restaurant only to feel queasy or become unhungry when the waiter or waitress comes to the table with studs in their tongue, their nose, lips, eyebrow, nose rings, or have massive holes in their earlobes. Then there are the face tattoos,

They have the right to do what they want with their bodies, but I have the right to not to feel sick when I eat.

Why? It seems to be some sort of revenge for being ignored for so long. A good example is the NDP in Alberta

Paul – you should have stood up and thrown a chair at him.

Not long ago, I was in the waiting room of my doctor’s office. There was only one other person. A man about my age…..senior citizen. He went into a tirade because I was wearing a pectoral crucifix. He was not a Christian…….and he went into a tirade against Christianity. I tried to engage him reasonably, but I found that he had not reason to engage with. He was very offensive and aggressive from some sort of neo-Marxist humanist point of view. I let it go. He wasn’t worth it.
Could I have reported him to a human rights commission for verbally abusing me and my religious faith. I doubt it.
Christians are fair and easy game in this politically correct, multiculturalist age.
