Here's how people reacted to Global's Facebook post of celebrity PM Trudeau reviewing Star Wars

Rebel Staff

Global News is the latest culprit of Media Party celebrity worship with their sponsored Facebook post of Justin Trudeau reviewing The Force Awakens.

The video post reads, “We have Justin Trudeau’s review of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. Can you bring your kids? Find out what the PM has to say about the biggest film event of the year...”

Trudeau is a self-confessed Star Wars fan and prides himself on apparently being a 'geek'. He is also said to be the current Prime Minister of Canada.

In short, he says he liked the movie and warns people to see the movie soon to stay clear of spoilers online.

Global continues, “tune into Global National this evening to see some of the answers the Prime Minister had to questions submitted by Canadians. The full interview airs on Dec. 25.”

Not everyone is buying into the Media Party's love affair.

WATCH: CBC’s legal counsel argued AGAINST free speech to protect Trudeau from negative ads

“Trudeau proves himself to be Canada's Big Embarrassment more and more every day and the fawning Liberal media ignore his incompetence,” reads the top comment with over 300 likes.

Another top comment reads, “Not that Harper never went to any hockey games or anything while he was prime minister get a grip people.”

Two others read, “I just watched that interview it was sickening how the Canadian media fawn over him they even had a Syrian refugee there to praise the prince . Please start acting like real reporters shame on global news” and “In other more important news Canadian dollar tumbles to close below 72 cents US Oil slips below $35 US amid continuing strength of U.S. dollar. Thank you Liberals. How about doing some work?”

We'll let this last comment sum it all up. It's quite good.

“A short time ago, in a country very, very near...

Light has entered the galaxy. The Media Party has elected its man onto Parliament Hill, and 24/7 fawning coverage and photo ops begin, even as his predecessor was treated like a Dark Sith Lord.

As the Family Empire and world crumble around him, will anyone notice? Or is there a New Hope that responsible media coverage will occur?

The (Media) Farce Awakens....”

Well done, Paul Chalmers.

The CPC will be back were they belong in the next election cycle because PM “Tommy Hilfinger” keeps breaking election promises every weekand screwing over his electoral base.

I can’t believe that people were fooled by this empty headed clown. The joke is on us Canada, our lives will never be the same under this narcissistic dictator!

Is this really an article based on social media comments?
The Rebel.media can do much better than this.
If it is impossible to hire a journalist than ask for a qualified volunteer. Certainly we can do better than this.

And taxpayers are paying for two nannies so Trudie can go to movies?!

The far left media always treat their chosen leaders like rock stars. An example outside of Canada is easy to find, just look at North Korea.

Michael Sam, the famously gay football player who couldn’t cut it in the NFL or the CFL had this to say about the “star wars” movie.

“So the last time I saw a grown man cry during a movie was when ”tweet-url hashtag" href=“https://twitter.com/#!/search?q=%23Mufasa” title=“#Mufasa”>#Mufasa died in #lionking. RIP #HanSolo."

There you have it HANS SOLO DIES.

Now we can move on with our lives without seeing the movie and avoiding this bread and circuses distraction of.

The libs are making some noise about electoral reforms.

I support electoral reforms, and this is how it needs to be done.

Repeal the “right” to vote for chronic wards of the state. Their insatiable lust for acquiring taxpayer funded “free” stuff has blinded them to the bigger picture.

If they are too stupid to take care of themselves, then they are too stupid to make informed decisions at the ballot box.
The taxpayers are being unfairly dominate by politicians who pander to the clueless taxpayer funded “free” stuff people.

Repealing the “right” to vote for these clueless deadbeats would restore balance to the electoral process.

Anything less is pointless.

Being a ‘geek’ in the modern sense of the term connotes the person referred to as having some intellectual capacity that sets them apart from the average Joe and thus a sort of pariah.
This obviously is not the case for justin…
I prefer the original interpretation as in ‘circus geek’, or ‘sideshow freak’…
“…The Online Etymology Dictionary give the following for “geek”: “sideshow freak,” 1916, U.S. carnival and circus slang, perhaps a variant of geck “a fool, dupe, simpleton” (1510s), apparently from Low Ger. geck, from an imitative verb found in North Sea Germanic and Scandinavian meaning “to croak, cackle,” and also “to mock, cheat.”
The billed performer’s act consisted of a single geek, who stood in center ring to chase live chickens. It ended with the performer biting the chickens’ heads off and swallowing them. The geek shows were often used as openers for what are commonly known as freak shows. It was a matter of pride among circus and carnival professionals not to have traveled with a troupe that included geeks. Geeks were sometimes alcoholics or drug addicts, and could be paid with liquor – especially during Prohibition – or with narcotics…" wiki
Now does this appropriately apply to Justin and the Liberals or what?

A low Canadian dollar, low oil prices, high unemployment, poverty, homelessness, rising food prices, a housing market slump on the horizon, threat of terrorism, a “middle class” now being hit hard by recent government policies, …..our country is suffering, its people are suffering, and what does this man-child do – he engages in endless selfies, photo-ops, going to the movies with children, slams us with his nanny bill, etc. I am personally thanking each and every Liberal voter who brought this about! May the Dark Force be with you for the rest of Eternity!

I’m now convinced that PM Selfie’s stupidity is the result of arrested development – why am I not surprise this spoiled man-boy is a Star Wars Nerd. Anyone over 20 who is not taking children to see this Sci-Fi version of the Harry Potter trilogy is just reveling in juvenile fantasy. - PM Uber-Nerd – not what a free nation needs in a leader fighting Chinese, Russian and ISIS aggression.

The gay boy pm supports racism as he watched a movie full of bad, bad Storm Troopers – white uniformed soldiers killing and raising a ruckus! They are obviously racist as well! ;-)

Who really cares what he thinks, he ranks right up there with brainless movie stars, Already the MSM love in is making me sick, when will they let up, they all try to one up each other in the justin love in. Is there even one real reporter left in the msm or are they all brain dead drones who trip over themselves trying to brainwash the masses into what they have become , pretty much useless to the point that no one even has any respect for them, They cannot be counted on for the truth,

Glad to see the kids got to see Star Wars, however this is proof that Trudeau’s ego is out of control. An aide or even his wife could have taken the kids, but this is Trudeau’s level, that of camp counsellor or cub scout troop leader- he is certainly not PM material.

Isn’t it time that Baby Trudeau stops running for office and begins working in office? Someone please explain to him that the elections are over and photo ops are now not his first priority.

Mr. Harper was criticised by the press for going to hockey games. Apparently he did not earn the down time as PM. Baby Trudeau is already looking for down time.

When George Bush (Jr.) took off time to play golf four times over eight years while President he was roundly castigated by the media; the business of the nation was paramount. Obama, who gets in at least two games minimum a week, every week, and skips morning update meetings for golf gets a free ride. We can safely predict that Baby Trudeau will receive the Obama treatment. I wonder how the media will report Baby Trudeau’s long walks on the beach, watching sunrises and sunsets, scuba diving, hiking, canoe trips and all the other “happy” things he likes doing while the country crumbles around him?

BTW: Jay, what is wrong with Baby Trudeau receiving the same reaction from conservatives that Mr. Harper received from the left? After all, what was good for the goose…

Justin Trudeau, much more than his father, has shown himself adept in media.
Attending the Star Wars film with kids from the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario was a bonanza in terms of public relations.
The Rebel.media demonizes the positive reports as the MSM or “main-stream media” while being obvious about their envy for the positive coverage.
Probably we should just go for it: “The Force is with him.”

Unfortunately the election of Trudeau says a lot about us, as Canadians. What has happened to this country? To paraphrase a great Czech, speaking of our neighbor to the south, his words apply even better here: “The danger to Canada is not Justin Trudeau, but a citizenry capable of making a man like him their Prime Minister. It will be far easier to limit and undo the follies of this Liberal government than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgement to a depraved electorate willing to have such a man as their Prime Minister. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Trudeau, who is a mere symptom of what ails Canada. Blaming the prince of fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. Canada can surely survive a Justin Trudeau, who is, after all, merely a fool. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools, such as those who made him their Prime Minister.”

Justin Bieber Trudeau will go down as the dumbest politician ever elected Prime Minister anywhere. The media will spend the next several years covering up his endless gaffes, his appalling ignorance, his kumbaya fatuity. He will be a Canadian embarrassment for years to come.

Linda Cayler: "I doubt he even knows how to spell geek. " Bloody hell, he even had trouble in Question Period figuring out how to spell TFSA. He figures people can’t afford the extra $5000 so he is taking it away as he considers any money we earn with that $5000 belongs to him. Possibly one of the stupidest string of words ever uttered in Parliament.

Exactly Elton – From CBC 2007 “Ontario’s Liberal government will offer financial assistance Thursday to companies and workers that have been hurt by the slowing U.S. economy, the high Canadian dollar and soaring oil prices, The Canadian Press has learned.”
