Here's why it's time to kick Turkey out of NATO

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Yesterday two Turkish fighter jets shot down a Russian aircraft over Turkey.

Today Sergey Lavrov, the Russian Foreign Minister, acknowledged that the Russian jet had indeed been over Turkish territory — but for a grand total of seventeen seconds.

I do not want to agree with a man who has propped up Iran, or stuck a dagger in Ukraine. But it is hard to dispute his conclusion: this was not an accident.

Barack Obama and Justin Trudeau were asked which side they were on, and both said Turkey. That’s what the NATO treaty says.

Turkey made sense in NATO sixty years ago, when we needed all the allies we could get against Russia. Now it’s Turkey that’s picking fights, and Turkey that’s aiding our enemies. Time to kick them out.

I have seen some bias news before, but I think you can surpass cnn and fox news.Ever been to Russia before talking about in such a negative way?By the way check your stories before saying something stupid.

I never thought that I would see the day when the West would be looking to Russia (Putin) for leadership. What a poor excuse for leaders we in NA have….

To Mrs. “Rural Rebel” VERY good idea !

Turkey chose to “poke the bear”. What happens next is on their heads.

We should allow Putin to destroy ISIS and give the Russians whatever is left of Syria, Iraq and Turkey in exchange of leaving Ukraine alone. Win Win.
commented 2015-11-26 10:06:35 -0500
@sam Young: yes they would. I’m even surprised you ask the question.

If the russian pilot had his head cut off, would Trudeau and Obama still talk about Turkey having rights?
commented 2015-11-26 00:54:04 -0500
Where does the isis fighters go for a holiday………. Turkey. They have been filmed with Turkish border guards sharing cigarettes as the loaded trucks full oil pass through I think I saw it on an episode of vice( not that they’re the most reliable) but hey they filmed it.

Turkey should not only kicked out, they should be bombed into the stoneage. Where do you think IS oil is going…to Turkey. Theyare as guilty of supporting terrorists as obama….I hope Putin shuts down IS oil and hear Obama whine and cry about it, but do nothing…he is smart enough to know that US/NATO are no challenge to Russia/China. Especially knnowing they have cowards like the French as partners. .and Spain and Canada… hahaha..not to mention what a coward obams is..

Great show Ezra. It sounds like there is some sound improvement in your studio – keep working on it.
Turkey joined NATO in 1952 when they were a secular state. However, this is no longer the case. In 1969, they were one of the founders (along with Iran) to form the OIC (Organization of Islamic Cooperation). NATO should have rescinded Turkeys’ membership at this time. If an “errant” missile from Russia should land in Turkish territory in the near future will Turkey call upon the OIC, including Iran, for assistance. Wouldn’t you like be at the next OIC conference with Turkish and Iranian delegates in the room should this occur? There might be shoe throwing – keep your head down.

The root of the problem is NATO it’s self. Nations should become Allies by mutual consent, not because a bunch of Gnomes tell them to.
commented 2015-11-25 21:51:40 -0500
If you poke a bear, you deserve to mauled.
Turkey picked the fight, they are not being attacked, Russia would be rightly defending itself. NATO should have never let them in, since they committed genocide and still have not apologized.
Go get’em Putin. Annihilate the Air Force First, then the Navy and Army then go after the politicians and Mosques. Don’t leave one Mosque standing (Muslims like to hide weapons in them). If you go to ground, shoot anything carrying a weapon are chanting Alahu Ahkbar.

And of course, Assad wants to fight and destroy “ISIS”, so naturally, he funds their operation by buying stolen oil from them, right??

Assad says it’s bullshit, but don’t worry, the BBC who still calls this a “civil war” is definitely correct.

INNA PLATONOVA says “Russia supports Assad in Syria and most bombings are directed at opposition…”

Oh, there’s an Obama/Kerry term I haven’t heard in a while, “the opposition”. Yeah, “ISIS” really wants to take out Assad, so they sell him oil to fuel Syrian military vehicles. What a complete load of horseshit.
commented 2015-11-25 21:00:13 -0500
INNA PLATONOVA : Please tell me.

How much is the World Bank paying you…

PS Ezra already pointed out Turkey’s purchasing of ISIS oil yesterday AND in the video. Maybe you should watch them before commenting next time…

Ezra, this was as good as watching Russia Today. It makes me very sad as I am your subscriber. I really don’t know what compels you to cite a chronic liar Lavrov and show sympathy with the international terrorist and bully Putin. How is that they were bad with Georgia, Ukraine and suddenly they are someone to look up? Why do you fail to report that Russia supports Assad in Syria and most bombings are directed at opposition including Trukmen fighters against ISIS and Assad. Why do you fail to report that Turkey’s air space was violated by Russia several times before yesterday. Who provokes, Ezra? Why do you fail to report that ISIS is trading oil with Assad?
I am really having hard time trying to understand the purpose of this report. It will alienate a lot of your supporters.

Ezra, don’t feign ignorance on NATO’s goals regarding ISIL, and ask why it hasn’t done this, or that. The goal is to “contain” (maintain) ISIL inside Syria so it can fight the Syrian government as Obama’s proxy army. You know all the implications of this BS agenda. Russia is on the right side of history here. As far as Turkey goes, it should suffer the consequences of it’s war crimes and accessory to murder and terrorism, and be punted from NATO, an anachronistic body that should have been abolished in 1993.

Just found out on Press For Truth that Trudeau says he’ll continue to have Canadian Forces train “moderate rebels” in Syria. The new boss looks even more like the old boss now doesn’t he?? Using our taxdollars to give military training to Islamic terrorists, just like Harper. What a fucking surprise.
commented 2015-11-25 20:19:52 -0500
What’s really scary is that Harper, despite kissing Turkey’s ass, at least faked trying to get “ISIS”, sent Canadian Forces to drop bombs on imaginary targets so it would look like he was doing something… Whereas Trudeau also kisses Turkey’s ass, yet openly refuses to even fake bombing “ISIS”. I am incredibly frustrated with the parliamentary “choices” available to us in this wussed-out terrorist-funding country.

The only people who’ve lost their rights in Russia are the George Soros-paid protesters… The “LGBTQ” groups being used to infect Russia with the same kind of left-wing policy as we have here. Those groups have had their “free speech” taken away because it was never free speech at all, it was PAID speech. Putin knows that allowing these groups to operate is the first step toward the globalists installing a Western puppet in rigged elections. Then they don’t fight “ISIS”, then they don’t have concealed carry, then they don’t call “climate change” a fraud… They go along with all the crap our spineless leaders do. That means there’s NO ONE left to oppose these people.

Trudeau and Harper allowing Soros’ influence to meddle with affairs and operate with impunity doesn’t mean they’re “democratic”, it means they’re PUPPETS. Harper could’ve done something about Soros and didn’t. Trudeau obviously doesn’t see Soros as a threat either.

I know that Ezra Levant has apologized to George Soros before, I wonder if Putin has???
commented 2015-11-25 20:03:01 -0500
Well, I think its just a bad decision coming home to roost – the Turks should never have been granted membership in the first place. But I think it’s kind of funny that this is putting Obammy in a spot where he really doesn’t want to be: having to stand up to Putin.
commented 2015-11-25 19:43:55 -0500
Ezra is correct:Turkey is a rogue NATO ally that chosen radical Islam over western democracy and has no place in NATO. Real classy act to shoot pilots parachuting from their downed aircraft Turkey! Cowards.

Richard, I just don’t think every one is awake yet, be patient
commented 2015-11-25 19:39:16 -0500
Ezra says Russia is taking away rights… What you mean giving Russians concealed carry permits???? If Ezra can’t admit that Ukraine was a CIA/Soros staged “revolution”, just like Syria, just like Egypt, just like Libya, then I think I’m done with this website. If you’re gonna stare me in the eyes and either not know the truth, or just plain lie then I’ve got to find a new Canadian news source, perhaps Press For Truth.

Here’s a question, would Stephen Harper support Russia in this, or would he bow down, just like Trudeau and Obama and say Turkey was right to do this??? I think you know pretty damn well that he would’ve done the same, as would Tom Mulcair. They are all full of shit, and I’m really starting to tire of it.
commented 2015-11-25 19:14:26 -0500
Time to take off your 3 cornered pants and put on your big boy britches Justin, are you going to do the right thing and suggest NATO turfs out the Turkish thugs or are you going to put us in the middle of ww3. Liberals love to get us into conflicts but can’t fight their way out of a wet paper bag, what a bunch of bottom feeding bed wetters.
commented 2015-11-25 18:45:36 -0500
the type of backbone which would be required to get any of the existing NATO leaders to even attempt something like this with all its implications of non politically correct action that would be required. It’s like I can imagine half of them, led by Trudeau desperately searching for a safe place.
