In move reminiscent of Nazi Germany, EU approves labeling of products from Israel's Jewish settlements

Igal HechtIsrael Correspondent

The European Parliament approved a decision calling for the labelling of settlement products on Thursday with a vote of 525 in favour and 70, against.

Prime Minister Netanyahu noted, "we remember what happened when Europeans marked Jewish goods. The EU decision is a distortion of justice and logic".

Watch my full report to see why Netanyahu is correct when he says that this move will hurt Palestinian workers the most.

Terry Rogers…the Uzi is prohibited in Canada because of it’s size and full auto capability…..I am saving my sheckels for an IWI TAVOR…..NATO 5.56 bull pup…..non restricted….classed as a long rifle requiring only a PAL.

I tried out a friend’s at the range…I was amazed….acurate at 600 yards……. ergonomic. I will consider it my contribution of support…I’ll buy it on the first day of Hanuka.

So … Out of 200 longstanding international “disputes”, the EU in its infinite unelected “wisdom” has decided – virtually on the heels of the 40th anniversary** of the output of its “sister” ever-expanding and equally unelected bureaucracy (i.e. the UN)’s utterly disgraceful descent into sheer disrepute and dishonesty – via (inter alia) its “Zionism is racism” canard.

As we have repeatedly seen in the intervening years, the UN demonstrates that it has absolutely no intention of recovering.

Furthermore, from the UN’s perspective, there are only a few “issues” on which the world needs to focus (perhaps as a distraction from its ever-expanding and self-serving bonfires of inanity and mediocrity): Israel and/or “climate change”/“global warming” – or, if you prefer, the latest incarnation and home for the UN’s word-salads of choice: “sustainable development”.

Meanwhile, here in Canada, our current PM – and his “cabinet” – repeatedly demonstrates that he is so completely lacking in anything that might approximate maturity and knowledge of history (well, I suppose it’s not so surprising, considering his background, his 3rd rate education and/or work experiences) that he will continue to lead with his dimples.

While Junior’s CBC acolytes (e.g. Mansbridge) reverentially bestow upon him – and his equally ill-informed and inarticulate Minister of the Environment and Climate Change, for example – their mindless softball questions, cheers and reverential accolades.

The EU Parliament is controlled by three or four unelected persons. Even if the vote had gone the other way, these same unelected people would have vetoed the vote and pushed it through. Check out Nigal Farage, on Youtube, he represents the UK in the EU Parliament and has some very enlightening thoughts about them.
The real problem, that has caused this negative result, is Islam, All the EU Countries are scared of the Muslims and will do nothing that may upset them. They are all cowards.
All of you Jewish people, please remember, there are millions of people who do support you, I am one of them.

The EU will pay heavily for appeasement of evil. They are going down the toilet and should be ashamed of this disgusting action. I would rather be a Jew or Christian, than an appeaser of evil.

I hope this backfires in such a way where people deliberately buy products with the label on it.

Boycott the EU, they are lost and are on the road to hell. I stand with Israel no matter what the new Liberal regime says. They do not speak for this Canadian. And I will go out of my way to support Israel, in whatever way that I can. Go Israel, your star is shining brighter, all the time!

Amazing to see how the term “illegal” is used regarding Israeli towns in Judea and Samaria, while the original unquestioningly illegal occupier, Jordan, was given a complete free pass.

Anyone who has a clue of the history of this area should understand that the areas are disputed, not illegally-occupies, and considering the history and intentions of the PLO from 1964 on (1964!!!), Israel has a far stronger moral right to them.

I like to ask Israel-haters, “Exactly what was the Palestinian Liberation Organization intending to liberate three years before the war of ’67?” I never get a response, since it completely collapses the straw man excuse of “settlements” being an issue.

One thing I would like to know is who r what were the desenting countries or nations , I need to know this so I will be able to boycot those antisemitic contries . Lets say ihey were Germany or France they could stuff thier wine up their ass.

Of course the EU denies any antisemitism. It makes them feel better to say that it is a mislabeling. The EU and the UN have convinced themselves they are not antisemitic, but they are. Antisemitism around the world is driven by something greater.

For what it means, I am in full support of Israel and all Jews around the world.
