In a letter released Thursday morning, Prime Minister Justin Trudeau declared poverty "sexist." Yes, poverty - the thing where you lack money, also the thing that any gender can experience.
Apparently if something impacts one gender more than the other, it's sexist.
Using these standards, that would mean Trudeau has a lot of "poverty sexism" to deal with in his own backyard. The majority of homeless people in Canada are males, men experience more health issues and are currently less likely to get an education than women.
That's some serious anti-male sexism.
In reality though, none of these things are sexist, they are simply a fact that need to be dealt with. Poverty itself does not have a gender bias.
Trudeau needs to stop with the virtue signalling and begin to care about his own country.
Instead of handing out our money to other nations and saying it's to "fight sexist poverty," he should be fighting all forms of poverty in his own backyard.
