Latino families housing illegal immigrants SUE landlord because he asked for documentation for housing

Rebel Staff

Latino families in Virginia are suing their landlord because he requested documentation and threatened eviction due to illegal immigrants living on the premises.

According to The Daily Caller, the civil rights lawsuit claims it is illegal to ask for a social security number for residency.

The landlords are asking residents to provide either a social security card, passport or valid visa with documentation to renew their leases.

The lawyers representing the families say that asking for documentation is discriminatory and targets Latinos, but the landlords say they need documents to do proper criminal background checks.

“Even if the court ultimately decides the landlord has a right to do this, it’s equally clear the landlord doesn’t have to do this,” Simon Sandoval-Moshenberg, director of the LAJC, told The Washington Post.

Is it any wonder how much grief ‘the establishment’ is giving the legal citizen who demands to have voters show ID in order to vote – so there is no voter fraud!?
This is why the Three Amigos – Wynne, Notley and Trudeau – are in office in Canada – fixed elections!
Electronics use of any kind imposed by the state, used in exercising one’s franchise is also a more than obvious obvious crock of shyte.
This is why come November Killary Klinton will have had the White House stolen for her – which will then be definitive proof that ‘elections’ today are all fixed…somehow.
And then…The End

Its for a background check. If they refuse to provide information the landlord does not have to provide them access to his property.

Go to a bank and try to open an account without providing your SIN. Won’t happen.

If someone is illegal (and yes, if you are in the country without authorisation you are there illegally) the landlord has the right to protect himself.

In Hamilton it is customary to fill out a request or application for rental names, previous addresses bank info place of work, references pets and so on. It is against the law to ask for citizen papers but most new Canadians are proud to show you them.
