On Saturday afternoon Sylville Smith, a 23-year-old black man from Milwaukee, allegedly pulled a stolen gun on an African American police officer, who then shot Smith for fear of his life.
A protest in Sherman Park against Smith’s death turned into a riot, thanks to agitators like the Nation of Islam, Black Lives Matter and Antifa. Looting was rampant. White people were dragged out of their cars and beaten. Arsonists burned down six businesses and a home.
On Sunday night, while buildings were still burning, a Rebel cameraman and I flew to Milwaukee to find out what was really going on. I can’t trust the mainstream media to tell the real story.
The Uber driver taking us to our hotel warned us not to go to the area of Sherman Park unarmed.
Luckily we had some friends down there who love their Second Amendment, and they escorted us.
We spoke to many ordinary people, especially mothers. They agreed that young people need guidance, fathers, role models.
Instead, there are parents out rioting with their kids, because they are kids raising kids.
I met many kind people who were just hurting. They don’t blame white people for all their problems, and know when the cops are justified and when they aren’t.
One man told me his community had been indoctrinated to blame everyone else for their problems rather than look inward, and how all promises the Democrats make about helping them are just politics as usual.
These people are frustrated with Black Lives Matter, with the lies and the race baiting. WATCH as they speak for themselves, about what they think can and should be done.
