The leader of Germany's Alternative für Deutschland Party gave an English interview with England's Channel 4 and cleared up a few misconceptions about her party.
AfD's Frauke Petry told Matt Frein that there are a number of ways that Islam doesn't work in Western and European culture and references how women are treated under Sharia Law.
She goes into detail about how some Muslims do not integrate into German culture and how the Europe needs a new vision with countries working together but being sovereign in national questions.
“You sound just like Nigel Farage of UKIP,” Matt Frein told her.
“Hah,” Petry chuckled. “What's the question?”
Personally, I'd take that as a compliment.
