PROOF the Rebel was right: Liberals lied, brought in 20,000 FAKE "Syrian refugees"

Rebel Staff

All those "Syrian refugees" coming to Canada? They’re coming from apartment buildings in cities, where they’ve been living peacefully for years.

The Liberals made a campaign promise to take 50,000 Syrian refugees by the end of 2015.

Of course, the idea that Canada could properly select and vet refugees from "terrorist central" was never going to work.

Instead of admitting that after they were elected, the Liberals doubled down.

But certain things just didn’t fit. Like when we asked for a copy of the questionnaire refugees were filling out. We were told no such questionnaire existed.

Then yesterday, Martin Bolduc, the Vice-President of the Programs Branch at the Canadian Border Services Agency CBSA, answered questions that no Liberal has answered so far.

It was a bombshell:

All but a tiny fraction of these "refugees" were already living in cities in neighbouring countries. For years.

The whole thing was a trick. A lie.

So now we're creating refugee camps in Canada, warehousing these people in hotels and even Canadian Forces bases. They don’t speak English or French. They don’t have Western job skills. They don’t have Canadian cultural skills. They'll be unemployed; they’re bringing their health care costs here. And then there's the security risk.

They're certainly not real victims, like Christian Arabs or Yezidis or Kurds.

It’s madness. It’s got to stop.

Visit RefugeePause.ca to sign our petition to fight back.

NEXT: Brian Lilley reported on this bombshell story here yesterday. He joins me to talk about all the details.

THEN: Daniel Pipes joins us from Abu Dhabi, to tell us about the people and culture in the heart of the Middle East.

FINALLY: Your letters to me, good and bad!

Remember: I give out my contact information at the end of every show, and you can also leave your feedback in the comments below.

As always, thanks for watching!

The left wing machine will go to any lengths to achieve their agenda, except when it comes to honesty. Conservatives want you to live your life, Liberals want you to live their life.

They have been living in neighboring cities for years because the war has been ongoing for years and there is not one single refugee living on a Canadian Forces base. All other western countries give medical treatment free to refugees except for the United States. This column used to be more creative in creating false hate propaganda.

Perhaps Canada doesn’t publicly release a standard ‘questionnaire’ because the wrong people could learn and rehearse the kinds of answers that will pass to grant them refugee status. Isn’t it better for applicants to be asked random questions, instead of standardized ones that they haven’t had time to prepare for?

“In an effort to mitigate concerns about security, 500 officials were sent to Jordan and Lebanon to set up what McCallum described as a ”one-stop shop”, where every potential newcomer undergoes security interviews, fingerprinting and iris scans. Those selected enter Canada as full-fledged permanent residents.

From Huffington stats:
In Jordan, there are 629,152 registered Syrians, the majority of whom do not live in refugee camps. In Lebanon, there are around 1.1 million registered Syrians.

Numbers people, something really doesn’t add up. 500 officials to “properly screen" this staggering number of people??? Who sent these 500 people, what were their qualifications? And just what is ”one-stop shop”? Is it preferential selection? I.e. those with some cash to bribe their way up the list created by the UN? Does religious discrimination deter selection? What is the criteria for selection of those in a considered “safe zone"?

http://www.cnsnews.com/news/article/patrick-goodenough/syrian-christians-are-greatest-peril-least-likely-be-admitted
“Critics say this is because the federal government relies on the United Nations in the refugee application process – and since Syrian Christians are often afraid to register with the U.N., they and other non-Muslims are left out.” “Syria’s population breakdown in early 2011, before the civil war’s death toll and refugee exodus roiled the demographics, was 90 percent Muslim (including Sunnis, Shia, Alawites and Druze) and 10 percent Christian, according to the CIA World Factbook.” “Sookhdeo says Western governments “must understand that vulnerable Christians are being overlooked in rescue program that take only those in the camps to safety. Fully aware of the victimization that is likely to await them in refugee camps, Iraqi and Syrian believers are mainly taking shelter in schools, churches, and apartments, or with relatives where possible.””

Well this article point towards religious discrimination as a major factor in the selection process, what are the other factors? Who in the UN is the overseer of these decisions/lists?

Simply does not “fit” the scenario that Trudeau and his Liberals have painted.

ET seriously, re read your comment and tell me what a vile comment is,
“Fake Refugees”. What a disgusting vile narrative against a completely sound policy of accepting moderately wealthy Syrian people who stand much more of a chance to integrate and contribute to Canadian society than that of a completely poor destitute most likely unskilled refugee camper. "

Bloody champagne do gooders, ignoring those in dire need. Do you know how many children are orphaned over there. Are you telling me Sunni’s are more likely to integrate than Christians? In Northern Syria at least, most of the Sunni sympathize with the Islamic state. What part of Syria do our Syrian ‘refugees’ come from? Don’t know cause JT ain’t sayin.

I am so disappointed. I saw Canadian people as smart and considerate. Now you just remind me of your ignorant “brothers” Americans. [not all Americans, only the ignorant ones :-)]

What is this panic for? Do you you want to turn Canada into a HATE state?

How one person saying something is a proof? I can fly. I can find at least a hundred people, probably more, who will confirm that I can fly. So here is a proof: I can fly.

This website is the single source for this statement about “fake refugees”.

So disappointed in you ppl….

I agree Annon. It’ s pathetic actually that they feel the need to lie like this—and those who believe it are WAY out there. The Rebel is garbage.

http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/2015/11/11/liberals-syrian-refugees-location_n_8538312.html

OTTAWA — Somewhere right now, in a refugee camp in Amman or a rental apartment in Beirut or on a street in Istanbul, sits a Syrian hoping to be among the 25,000 people resettled to Canada, possibly by the end of the year.

“United Nations staff working with the Canadian government to figure out who will be on the planes or ships dispatched to the region in the coming weeks say they are trying to keep expectations realistic. …

In Jordan, there are 629,152 registered Syrians, the majority of whom do not live in refugee camps. The population is roughly split 50-50 between male and female and more than half are under the age of 18. About 30 per cent of the population is identified as having a specific need that would make them eligible for resettlement.

In Lebanon, there are around 1.1 million registered Syrians and though the government has no official camps for them, some have crowded into camps originally set up for Palestinians. There are at least 1,500 children, nearly three-quarters of them Syrian, begging or working as street vendors, according to the UN.

In Turkey, there are 2.1 million registered Syrians, again split roughly 50-50 between male and female and about a third are children. Two-thirds of the youngsters aren’t in school, according to one recent study by Human Rights Watch. Alan Kurdi, the child whose family had considered trying to reach Canada as they fled from Syria, died instead trying to reach Turkey.

Altogether, there are 4.2 million people registered as refugees from the Syrian conflict, and the United Nations wants to resettle about a third.

Isn’t Huffington considered a left leaning paper?

FYI, Canada has accepted just under 140.000 refugees from Vietnam, but that was over a 20 year period.

Now, instead of a plan which we were led to believe reflected Harper’s, at least in premise (if not in numbers, and time lines) we get ‘people’ who are not in jeopardy or under imminent threat. We find out they were not selected from camps, but were living comfortably in apartments, many employed and with jobs.
So whats the big rush? How many are Sunni Muslims? How many in the minority groups?

In 2012 Harper was talking 10,000 by Sept. 2015, over a 3 year period, carefully vetted and going to community based sponsor groups for proper assimilation into Canada. He made a second commitment to resettle a further 10,000 IF elected. As of January 2016, more than 11,800 Syrian refugees have landed in Canada. Under half of those were sponsored, so not many of them were Harper’s vetted. 13,200 are expected by the end of February, as well as another 25,000 by the end of the year, which by McCallum’s own admission, will be government assisted.

Nobody knows the exact numbers, I have read lots of different ones. Again by McCallums own admission this year will be between 35,000 and 50,000 at least. Nobody said they weren’t coming from camps until the other day when the immigration official said very few were. No one has yet told us what the demographic of this latest group consists of.

The Liberals have mislead us. Many Canadians feel mislead.

I won’t post the seven sources I made note of for my info, but can if anyone wants.

I agree Atokenconservative. We have been hoodwinked by the Liberal’s. Nothing but evasive statements, and convenient omissions.

Your point about it starting when Trudeau was campaigning is a good one. The liberals rode in on the coat tails of Harpers premise which was to bring in the most vulnerable, persecuted, minority groups first.
In the Syrian context of a majority pop. of (72%) Sunni, that would mean Christan, Jew, Drew and Shia Muslim (12%) and Alawi Muslim (14%) .

Trudeau and Mulcair both made campaign promises seeing Harpers plan and raising it, by multiple numbers, with no initial mention of any deviance from Harpers plan until Trudeau indignantly announced we weren’t allowed to know how many from each religion were to be accepted. At that time there was still no mention of the selection not being from camps.

ET, you say “these shit stick Rebel Media trash can reporters” haven’t spent time in the camps in Syria, maybe they would if they had access to a BILLION dollars annually (courtesy of you and me) to send someone over there. I see this story as on par with Ezra’s exposé of the phoney tent city during the occupy summer. You’ve got this image put out there by the left in an attempt to sway public opinion, but all it takes is a reporter who isn’t completely owned by the MSM to actually question the official narrative and dig a little bit to find the truth. If you bothered to actually check out some of the things he’s saying here you’d find he’s actually telling the truth. And if that’s the case, doesn’t it follow that there’s got to be some kind of lie to uncover? If this is the truth, doesn’t it automatically mean that what it debunked has to be some kind of a lie? You can’t have it both ways, these two “truths” cancel eachother out, one of them has to be a lie. Ezra’s got evidence that the people we are welcoming here now aren’t coming from the camps. The Liberals say we are bringing in refugess from camps. One of these things has to be a lie. The Liberal government’s own spokesperson, and other documentation pretty clearly show who’se telling the truth. So, ET, who do you believe, and why? Those shit stick reporters are smelling a lot better than JT’s crew on this.

Hyacinth, please stop feeding the trolls. When it’s devolved into name calling it’s time to shut up and let them show the readers here how stupid they are, not how childish we can get in response. I know it’s hard to resist throwing shit back in their faces, but try, okay? We need to show the world that this site isn’t what the left insists it is; a joke. Prove that it is indeed the left who are comical. And Gavin. And Justin’s Diary. And the Menzoid. One thing you’re unlikely to find on those intentionally funny posts is name calling in response to low information socialists and the feces they throw. Follow their example.

ET: you weren’t paying attention, were you? You talk about the refugees from war-torn Syria, but you obviously didn’t listen to Ezra’s video. He says these “refugees”, while Syrian, have been living in relative comfort in apartments in other countries. Not in the camps. That’s the whole point being made here. You just didn’t bother to pay attention and just assumed he was attacking refugees in general, so you attack him without enough knowledge to have an opinion, nevermind act on it. You say the Liberal government never said this, and technically you’re right. It wasn’t the Liberal government that alluded to this, it was the Liberal PARTY, campaigning to become the government that said this. The imagery and words were carefully scripted to make the average Canadian voter think it was the poorest refugees, swimming for their lives in the Med, that the evil Conservatives were preventing (somehow) from coming here and enjoying “freedom”, somehow. To the Canadian voter (obviously including yourself) this became the prototypical “refugee”. The truth has turned out to be something quite different, and if you took the time and effort to learn stuff you’d realize that the Liberal party lied to you, and still is. Where’s this straw man? Where’s Ezra’s lie? As usual, all you have to do to find the truth is actually listen to the video instead of just seeing Ezra’s face on it and automatically assuming it’s got to be a lie. But that would take two things you don’t seem to have; the ability to question what you’ve been fed by ideologically exclusive bigots, and a work ethic to support that basic form of intelligence. Good thing people like me are around to show you the error of your judgemental ways.

Never in our history have we been called up by the U.S. Senators Committee on Homeland and Border Security until now. Trudeau was to send the Canadian Ambassador to the U.S. but again he snubbed his nose at the States and sent only an Immigration Lawyer, a Security Expert in the public sector and a do-good woman. Except for the woman the other experts expressed their concerns on Canada bringing in 2500 unvetted Syrians. The Senators remarked that they have never had concern with our border until now. All it is going to take is one jihadist entering the U.S. and killing Americans for that border to be closed where millions of dollars in trade passes through every day, If the manufacturers in Ontario and Quebec cannot sell their products, they will immediately leave Canada and there goes more jobs, not to mention other industries that sell to the States. Our unemployment will skyrocket to 50% or more and there goes all the social programs. The government does not earn any money on their own – they need the taxpayers and businesses taxes. Then there is the added problem of Russia who is building military bases in the Arctic. Without the protection of the U.S. military we are hooped and one military man remarked ‘we will remember our friends’. You idiots WAKE UP or be prepared to starve. Our country is in trouble as Trudeau has caused such bad blood with the States.
