The Liberals never tire of telling Canadians that their policy decisions are driven by facts and evidence and yet, time and again, they provide examples that disprove the claim. The most recent example is the decision to lift Mexican visa requirements.
Watch as I explain why this decision is unpopular even with bureaucrats in the immigration department yet it is popular among the Liberals’ ideological faithful.
Yet one of their Liberal buddies tweeted his approval for this “timely signal of faith” of lifting the visa requirements.
Faith or evidence?
I think we know what’s really driving Liberal policy decisions regardless of what they tell us. The evidence is overwhelming.
