Manitoba’s new premier: “Brian Pallister is a fiscal conservative”

Rebel Staff

As Manitobans headed to the polls, Winnipeg Sun columnist Tom Brodbeck told me about the man slated to become the new PC leader of that province -- explaining that, in Manitoba, "you can only go so far with conservatism."

I will predict that Alberta will be going back to PC’s. ALSO I predict Ontario will go back to PC’s when Wynn is thrown out! Then the part-time drama teacher will be thrown out on his BIG DEBT BUTT!

Rick Plesnik .. You wouldn’t want to submit the New Western Country with the likes of The Winnipeg City Council ? No, they belong in Ontario with Wynne; they stand for high taxes and big Government.

Clear blue skies today in Manitoba. :) Took too long to get Selinger out, but the victory was made even sweeter with the huge landslide that swept the NDP far away. I think Selinger got the message loud and clear! Hopefully the blue wave will continue and wash over the rest of Canada, and by the next federal election Justin will be feeling the same way Selinger is today.

The Manitoba NDP got really desperate this election. They dropped a shit load of money on advertising alone. It felt like every second commercial I saw on you tube was from the NDP. They called my home a number of times, asking me if they could count on my support on election night. They even blabbed about how the conservatives would make all sorts of cuts, and that the liberals could not be counted on to defeat the conservatives.

Ovide Mercredi, the president of the NDP, gave an interview last night. He said that the NDP were great, and that the only reason why they lost was because they were in power for too long. Talk about a load of shit.

Good riddance.

Heed well this message, Trudeau Notley and Wynne. Your turns will come and your falls will be hard. Only then will the populace be happy.

This is so good to see, Manitoba has finally waked up from there nightmare. The commies are gone and I hope the PC’s don’t screw it up.

I can’t believe that it’s taken so long, but I’m glad they finally booted the commies to the curb.

Congrats Manitoba on throwing out the trash! Let the healing and rebuilding begin!
