Media goes “into full defence mode” after Trudeau fires nanny

Rebel Staff

Can you imagine if Laureen Harper had fired a nanny, and the Governor General had been involved? The nanny would be on the front page of every newspaper.

But that just happened with Justin, and the media has circled the wagons around the Trudeaus.

Do we really care that much if the Trudeaus have one or two nannies?

Bill Smith Please they are called Mannies!

@peter N….Privy Council Orders are Gazetted and are publicly accessable information…..if he hires another nanny through this funding he cannot hide the fact.

@lawrence….Lauren is doing a superb job of covering this very controversial event….it is unfortunate that some of the worst conspiracy theory nutbars have made hay with what they think is going on there. I have also become as skeptical about what some media report as I am about mattress girl….some people will say or do anything for attention. What I observe with Lauren is that she is being impeccably professional and HER interactions with the police have not been unreasonable or over the top.

If government officials are invited then I fully agree that journalists should have greater access…but let’s face it…any journalists that managed to get vetted, accredited, and invited , would simply be dismissed as schills and frontmen….who would have credibility? And I can understand the safety concerns of the attendees. If it were open to everyone who calls themself a journalist there would be murder just for the motive of getting your name in the history books.

Glenn said, " … the fact that Zoolander took a nanny off the Privy Council discretionary payroll means we….our side…are winning….a skirmish at a time…but we’re winning. …"

We will not know if that will be the case until the second nanny is hired. Will it be from Trudeau’s pocket or ours? Only time will tell.

The Globe and Mail thinks Trudeau will pay for the new nanny, but I do not trust them nor any other main stream media, especially the pathological lying CBC.

@ Craig ,you confuse me , your last post represent the opinion of most of us here about turdo and his tax payer paid nannies and then you disagree with ezra’s stance on the bildenberg group and their Nazi treatment of reporters who are trying to report on a group who are very secretive, you can disagree with him all you want that is fair but in my interpretation of your posts you seem to imply it was for security reasons and possible terrorists attacks, the reporters are being harassed by police security services and hotel staff, that is not right and Ezra was right in reporting it, you appeared to be sanctioning these actions against the rebel and other reporters, i stand to be corrected .

Hummmm… since it’s 2016, maybe they want gender equality and are going to hire a male nanny… or, maybe a nanny that cannot talk, that would lessen their carbon footprint.

@lawrence, Deborah, Egil,….the fact that Zoolander took a nanny off the Privy Council discretionary payroll means we….our side…are winning….a skirmish at a time…but we’re winning. We are curbing his arrogance.

I was being critical of Ezra’s presentation of the story and I will refrain from doing that in the future.

Lawrence O’Byrne – Jesus said “that a house divided cannot stand!” This is exactly how the liars and deceivers have managed to fool many Canadians, and divide our democratic country. I’m so glad that I’m not fooled, and all thanks to my German grandmother, who insisted that we learn about God. I’m definitely in that age group, but in the Bible, those who are still alive when all hell breaks lose, will see God! All I intend to do now, is to continue to tell those unbelievers what is going to happen, and hopefully they too can be saved. I pray for peace, but prepare for war, the war that is coming! The war between good and evil.

@deborah, i am 70 and i have never felt so disillusioned about Canada even under turdo # 1, and he was the start of this disaster Canada now finds itself in, i feel for the people in the age group that are old enough to know what turdo is doing to Canada as a nation but they are unable to stop it with the millenniums and the muslims and civil service and public unions and the minorities like the transgenders and gays etc etc , now able to hold sway on who gets elected , the people in that age group although they are powerless to stop it they are young enough they will have to live with the destruction of canada for many many years, Deborah i would say you are in that age group and feel for you. regards larry obyrne

Medals made of tin, for a heart made of stone!

@ Craig ,i just read your post on the other story in which you defend the storm trooper actions by the bildenberg group to make it difficult for any reporting about this group of which i know very little but you defended the harassment actions by this group , and for a person who claims to hate turdo you seem to make a lot of posts that seem supportive of the douche bag and frankly i don’t give a shit how many medals you received from the governor general

lawrence o’byrne – I know how you feel, though I’m just a regular citizen, born and raised. I’m in my late 50’s now, but I was blessed to have grown up in Canada, at a time when there weren’t so many moochers. We were able to explore and have fun learning about ourselves, and our great country. We had real freedom, not the kind the liars, and traitors want. This is not my Canada anymore. I’m mourning our loss, and I feel sorry for those who aren’t aware of what that loser Trudeau and our enemies are up to. And how their lives will be forever changed under this dictator, and traitor to Canada. Unless the sheeple wake-up soon, we will see our country set on fire by those who hate us, and do not value human life at all.

Glenn Craig, good for you.

@egil Lomeland….I despise Trudeau…I wouldn’t piss on him if he were on fire…The governor general’s signature was on the order in council that hired the nanny…but that was not news. His only “involvement” in the termination (she was not fired….public funding of her position was ended…happens to hundres of “term” employees of the government every 90 days) was his signature on the paperwork.

I happen to have in my possession two medallions the governor general sent me in the mail just a few days ago to be awarded at a long range shooting tournament I will be helping to organize and participating in in August…is that news?

Deborah, i stopped reading all the lefty propaganda media in Canada, i closed my face book account and stopped making comments on msn and national post , i was making comments every day trying to get turdo’s sheep to explain what he has done and why does the CBC keep cramming the pig sofie down our throats, every time i try to get them to debate they refuse, they call us Neanderthals,or bigots or racists or crying for harper to come back ,and i see some of turdo’s brain dead lefties are crawling out of the wood work on this site now also, i will continue to comment here but it seems we are doomed because the media in this country is so far on the dark side of leftism they will never hold turdo’s feet to the fire, i have blocked the CBC from my TV channels and any station associated with the CBC.we are in the darkest night in Canada since i started to vote ,as a canadian i loved Canada but this Canada we have now i want no part of, this isn’t the Canada i spent 7 years in the army for ready to defend her if necessary

I quit contributing to the conservatives, until they have a real conservative leader, with the balls to stand up for the people. I’m sorry I claimed my contributions to the conservative party on my taxes now, because I think it will be used to form a list of those they want to persecute. They don’t want any signs of intelligent life, they want those who are easily mislead, and believe anything the state says.

ezra ,every day is another story of that useless slime turdo , he makes me barf just hearing his name ,and at what point will his sheep wake up and ask themselves what the hell did we vote for because i never seen so many lefties foaming at the mouth to defend this what ever he is,he is not a pm and he is not a man,and there is too many sheep in the conservative party [ like Ambrose ] who are not evening trying to put up a strong resistance to this fruit cake, Ambrose is a disgrace as the opposition leader

The state propaganda machines are pumping out lies 24/7. I can’t even stand listening to the BS anymore. One good thing, is that as people fall below the poverty line, they won’t be paying for cable anymore. And they won’t be subject to the constant brainwashing lies that these traitors to Canada are spreading.

Ezra, you don’t have to go far to see the rush to defense of the King and Queen of the New Canada. Glenn Craig, is very busy here on the Rebel with his blogging.
