Mickey Kaus: Trump “gives no indication of having learned the lesson of the first debate”

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Last night, journalist (and Democrat!) Mickey Kaus joined me from Los Angeles to talk about the vice presidential and presidential debates. I think Donald Trump is a quick study who will be better prepared for his next battle with Hillary Clinton, but Kaus isn't so sure...

Easy Clayton. Most of us here don’t want to see Chairman Mao win. In fact it is only my opinion, not Rebel’s, that Trump blew it. We heard the same delusion last election. We were told to ignore the polls and that Romney would do OK. I think we are doing that again. Polls consistently show Hillary winning. Trump needs to blow this out of the park this coming debate. I won’t bother watching as I am sure it will be too depressing.

I see this election as one between Chairman Mao and Romney Part Two. We should have had Ted Cruz up there. There are 2 ways this will go. Trump will lose a very close election, or he will lose badly. Republicans have this tendency to self delusion. The LA Times poll is an out lier. All the other ones, including the betting odds, show Hillary winning. Trump is just another failure like Romney. So many expected so much but got so little.

I hope Trump brings up Bill’s affairs – it will only backfire on him. Many Republican politicians have said the same thing. It’s not the way to go, which means he probably will go there and he will be so done by all the attacks he will get.

Trump did good considering Hillary lied and had the answers prepared for her ahead of time.

One good thing about Info wars, Drudge, Reddit, Frontpage, Breitbart, etc
The truth is proven, like the lie Trump was for the Iraq war, that was debunked, Hitlery’s beauty Queen fat shaming, who turned out to be a getaway driver for someone (drug lord i think ) who was going to kill a judge, she made a porn film, proven,

Stole billions from the Haiti earthquake fund,
The recent revelation that Kaddaffi was ready to hold elections and move to democracy, Hitlary would have no part of that because Kaddaffi did not back her during the election and she had him killed due to a vendetta against him

Clinton Foundation quietly refiled 3 years of tax related forms.
" Clinton Foundation officials quietly refiled three years of tax-related forms this week after the New York attorney general acknowledged the charity had failed to disclose all of its donors in accordance with state law.’
http://www.washingtonexaminer.com/clinton-foundation-refiles-three-years-of-tax-forms/article/2603667/
( i wonder if that had to do with the Gucifer hack into the foundation, he listed all the donors online, with email addresses and amounts donated)

Of course one could go on and on, but when you tell some people they call them conspiracy theories, the MSM called all the stories about her health a conspiracy theories.
The MSM are nothing but puppets for the rich elite who own them.
Personally i never watch the MSM especially the Hitlery network CNN,
I do what most do now, go to websites like info wars, drudge etc. there we find the truth, PROVEN TRUTH not conspiracy theories , oh and let me not forget Pam Geller and Robert Spencer, and many more .
Now we have US generals thumping his chest a bout war with russia , Russia putting the nation through war drill in preparation .

Anyway, i expect trump to do much better on Sunday, that vile B***ch will try to bait him, and i hope he starts bring up her criminal past

I think Trump will do well.It was his first debate, she is an old hag at it so is very polished lying,
He tried to be nice and she sank right down into the cess pool, trying to bait him.
He learned from that, he has Pence to guide him who is very good and i am sure Trump learned much from watching him last night.
Trump also has Nigel Farage coaching him, so i think we will see a different Trump this time.
Hopefully Trump will just ignore her baiting and he will keep try and make her look like the vile criminal she is.
The corruption swirling around the government from Comey , the attorney general, and all the criminal acts Hitlery is guilty of she walks free completely protected
I cannot fathom how anyone can support her, either her supporters are completely ignorant to her hundreds of criminal acts, or they know and don’t care, but that is the way the left seems to be.
But i hope these lefties like Kaine because with her health problems he could become President,,,,, if by some rigging of elections she gets elected
She pure vile evil, most have done some research and it boggles the mind what she gets away with and i include her sexual predator husband

Name every last one of Bill’s women and the Benghazi dead followed by a moment of silence and watch Killary go red.
commented 2016-10-05 18:59:02 -0400
Agreed Bill. Trump just needs to stay calm, ignore the personal arrows to try to throw him off his game (and calmly identify them as the distractions that they are), and repeatedly and calmly ask Hillary yes or no questions about Benghazi, classified documents, how much money she made from Saudi Arabia, and her support for the war in Iraq. Killary will explode. A moment of silence, during his first two minutes, for the named dead individuals of Benghazi and the named victims of Bill’s sex drive might rattle her up even more.

Maybe we picked the wrong candidate. He didn’t seem to take the debate seriously. And if he thinks they are rigged why does he participate?
commented 2016-10-05 17:44:53 -0400
I’ve always said the election was Trump’s to lose – yes, he’s boneheaded if he thinks he’s right – personally all he has to do in the next debate is make it about auditing the Clinton Foundation, and Clinton’s ripoff of Haiti’s relief funding, and Benghazi and Clinton arming ISIS. – election won.

If he drops this one he deserves to lose.

It was if we were teleported in time to Genesis. Able (Pence), the good man, and Kaine (Cain), the evil one. Kaine, you certainly proved, vicariously through Clinton, that you are not your brother’s keeper. I was humbled by Pence’s strong faith, particularly when he spoke of the dignity of all life. If a man, such as Pence, can stand behind Trump, Americans should stand tall and vote Republican.

The Democrats knock Trump re his Tax for 20 years ago. All stupid BS. Go online and check out the Clinton Foundation’s Tax payments, over the years they have done exactly the same thing but on a larger scale. Clinton = BS.

There is no better evidence of Trump’s judgment and ability to pick good people than his selection of Pence as his running mate. Pence was measured and steady in the debate and shrugged off Kaine’s constant interuptions, which were aimed at deflecting attention away from Hillary’s miserable record as Secretary of State. Pence stayed on message while Kaine acted like a caffeinated school-boy much in need of a time out.
