More Facebook censorship is coming as Mark Zuckerberg advocates for global government and open borders

Mike GwilliamRebel Columnist

I warned you back in December that Facebook was becoming Sharia Book. Criticism of Islam would be censored and anti-refugee ideas would be silenced. Lo and behold, Facebook started doing exactly that.

Now, we have more reason for concern. While Zuckerberg's support for censorship was revealed in a pathetic post about a fake anti-Muslim backlash in the wake of the California and Paris terror attack, his newest post is calling for mass migration.

He posted to Facebook, “I’m traveling to Europe again next month!

I’ll start my trip in Barcelona for Mobile World Congress, where I’ll be talking with Jessi Hempel about Internet.org and our plans to use solar-powered planes, satellites and lasers to connect the world.

After that I’ll travel to Berlin for a Townhall Q&A in one of my favorite cities in the world. More than 27 million people use Facebook in Germany, and it’s inspiring to serve a country that in my lifetime showed the power of community to tear down walls.”

There's nothing really of note yet with the exception of the last paragraph. The power to tear down walls? He's not talking about Ronald Reagan's famous 'Tear Down This Wall' quote from a speech in West Berlin. He's talking about borders.

Zuckerberg has been cozy with Angela Merkel before. Who can forget the hot microphone incident where he was caught vocally telling Merkel of his plans to censor anti-refugee dialogue on the social media giant.

His praise of Germany should be concerning to anyone. But that's not all.

It's this paragraph from his post that should be a warning. The biggest, most glaring one of all.

“In the last year we’ve seen how connectivity can be a tool for addressing important challenges -- like organizing support around the refugee crisis. Europe is the cultural leader in determining whether the world will become more open and connected, or more closed and isolated. Its culture shapes the whole world.”

Calling Europe the world leader in openness is true – after all, look at how Sweden has transformed with mass migration. Look at Germany. Look at England. Look at all these countries who have felt the slow burn of multiculturalism through their hearts.

Determining whether 'the world will become more open and connected' isn't about Facebook. It's not about the internet. It's about society as a whole.

A global culture of openness – a world without borders and passports. That's what Zuckerberg is showing his support for. And with the power of Facebook at his disposal and the ideals of censorship firmly implanted within his mind and the company, look for other ideas to be muted.

Zuckerberg has previously stated his support for amnesty and illegal immigrants. It's not some secret that's he's a left-wing globalist.

But what's worrying is that he has the power to influence change and manipulate how we receive information. As Facebook grows, so too does his reach over the uninformed.

And there's no alternative. Facebook has become something people rely on to communicate online. It's become the only app elderly people use to keep in touch with their children. We're past the age of getting someone's phone number to reach out to them. It has been, for some time, an 'add me on Facebook' age.

Be prepared for more censorship. I don't know when it will come, but probably in slow doses until finally, all that's left is one ideology. His.

The question is, what are we going to do about it?

Dan Mancuso – we boomers grew up when Canada was a great place to live, and most immigrants wanted to fit in. Now due to the father of lies ramping up his evil attacks, our world has changed completely. If I let myself dwell to long on this, I wouldn’t be able to get out of bed in the morning. I feel that all we can do now, is to try to reach as many people as possible, so that they may have a chance at living in eternity, with the one true God of Israel. You aren’t alone in your struggle, in fact we are never alone, because of our faith! Take care!

DEBORAH GRAUPNER ;
Of course you’re absolutely right, especially about the perspective thing…I guess I just want to see it coming…

I deleted my facebook account ages ago. Never regretted my decision once.

Dan Mancuso – don’t forget that we know who wins in the end! And because we know who wins, we aren’t supposed to waste our time and what’s left of our lives worrying about it. I know it’s easier said than done, but everyday I get up and remind myself that this really could be my last day on earth. And that puts things into perspective for me!

I have tried to post a comment on two different FB pages in the last two days – I can’t because this comes up:
“Wall post could not be submitted
Sorry, your wall post could not be added at this time. Please try again later.”
One was to the Bundy Ranch and one to Ashton Carter…
I went into Google to get an explanation…I couldn’t get one – just a lot of nonsense and BS.
Lately I get lots of garbage when I Google information about conservative type things, and all sorts of things like text disappearing while I’m writing it and other strange stuff. I’m one of those extreme right wing haters apparently so I have to assume this is why…
I originally got FB so I would have a record of all my comments, I expanded to posting ‘interesting’ news I found on conservative, Christian and libertarian sites, on my FB page – kind of like rubbing the noses of the fascists into the information – and then started accepting friend requests to spread the word…I always have figured everything on the internet is open for capture by those fascists interested…I hadn’t counted on being harassed by sneak thief cowardly scum who get into your computer and mess you up. I also hadn’t counted on so many dumb-f**k sheep going along with this fascism let alone celebrating it.
Zuckerberg, Schmidt and their ilk are beyond scary…the future we were all terrified of has arrived…

The CBC censors comments all the time. I’ve had it done to me numerous times – by software!
I don’t bother leaving comments on the CBC website because I’ve hurt someone’s feeling and my comments never get published anyway.
Now there’s this twit from facebook doing the same thing. This doesn’t surprise me at all.
I’m glad I don’t use facebook, twitter or any other website like it.

im sure he got orders from merkel and the elite bankers whom are destroying the west facebook buddy is another jummybear trudeau still wet behind the ears and still fitted in there beanies with propellers

Becomes more apparent that Zuckerberg is little more than an heir to the business he stole from his buddy.
commented 2016-01-26 17:13:18 -0500
There are always alternatives – just as Zuckerberg was a pioneer, we just need the next one to come along – let the sheep and brain dead followers stay on Facebook and talk to themselves – we can go elsewhere. Just as mainstream media is feeling the after-effects of their straying away from the hands that feed them and losing their journalistic integrity.

There’s a startup called Minds.com, it’s an encrypted social media site with no info gathering for the purpose of selling it. The site’s a bit hard to navigate but might be an alternative to FB.
commented 2016-01-26 16:40:38 -0500
I stopped using the site as I became disgusted after seeing a friend make veiled threats at one of his own friends. This guy’s an NDP type of leftie who is a B lister in the entertainment industry, you know, the type that change their name in order to be more ‘marketable’. The threats involved a warning of losing a job for nothing other than voicing an opinion on the refugee situation, telling him that if it were up to him he wouldn’t have a job because of his hate, that says everything about him and that industry in my eyes. I guess the whole ‘snitch line’ thing is something to cause outrage only if its a Conservative doing it.
Facebook has no shortage of foot soldiers who will take up the cause for their idols like Mark Zukerburg, et all, mostly of the low info variety who couldn’t tell you what a surah is, or what takfir means but feel safe enough upon their moral high ground to preach at you.
Who needs to see pics of what someone ate for dinner anyway.

Zuckerburg and Merkel are two of a kind. They are both part of that gang of Marxist who slithered into the western world when the Berlin Wall came down and are now in bed with the UN. The UN is controlled by??? If we new that, we would know how to stop the destruction of civilization.

Sensible people will cancel their Facebook acc’t

MAURICE, I sure would jump on those as well.
commented 2016-01-26 14:35:09 -0500
Are there not tech-savvy people of common sense who could develop free speech alternatives to facebook and google? I’d jump on those in a heart beat, and I’m sure many others would also.

MZ thinks that he speaks for others when he talks. He doesn’t speak for anyone but himself. His arrogance, that he is relevant and important enough to make decisions about the freedoms that are God given to us, is beyond the pale. MZ we do not want a one world government, and you are not God, so give it up MZ. You are a nothing, and you certainly are not in charge of me, and what I think as an individual, or anyone else for that matter. This is why I would never have FB, because my life is none of your damned business.
commented 2016-01-26 13:53:56 -0500
“solar-powered planes, satellites” For a technology guru he sure doesn’t know all that much about it…!
Planes…!? not in our lifetime…satellites…been doing it for half a century
commented 2016-01-26 12:44:48 -0500
I terminated my Facebook account and in the reasons why section I wrote : I do not want to be associated with an organization that is against free speech in any way, shape or form.
I did not use Face book that much anyway, However I did use it to promote most if not all of the Rebel articles and petitions.
We will survive without it.

MZ loves the money and the power that FB has provided him with. If he had any integrity at all, he would shut FB down before ever bending over for the Marxists.
commented 2016-01-26 12:27:02 -0500
I don’t have a Facebook account. I never have. I know people that believe they are enlightening the masses with their Facebook posts about their bowel movements and such. Most of them are dumbed down leftys that don’t have a life.
commented 2016-01-26 12:02:06 -0500
@ Deborah Graupner don’t be mad at him, he is just doing what he is told or he is toast too. we’re all toast.
commented 2016-01-26 11:49:53 -0500
Who the hell does MZ think he is? I’ve asked my adult kids to terminate their Facebook accounts, due to censorship by those who have no right, and no business censoring anyone. And the fact that they mine this pages for data that they have no business selling, is another huge reason to cut the ties. I don’t have a Facebook page because I value my privacy, and I don’t intend having some snot nosed liberal telling me what I can and can’t say, and changing what I’ve written. This is why I don’t like modern media, because everything is changeable, based on what the Marxists think is right, not what normal healthy people think.
commented 2016-01-26 11:45:42 -0500
Bring it on, I see a rapid growth in other social sites without censorship.
commented 2016-01-26 11:43:28 -0500
I don’t know if he is married or not, but if he is, while giving his speeches, let his wife wander through the refugee camps (without bodyguards, of course). And on that subject, be sure he doesn’t use bodyguards either. Then let’s see how his ‘multiculturalism without borders’ promotional trip goes…
commented 2016-01-26 11:36:10 -0500
Zucks, you’re talking pure crap!!!

When Gates owned the desktop, at least he stayed on subject.

Don’t go retarded on us Zucks!!!
commented 2016-01-26 11:36:09 -0500
when you say it can’t happen here… realize that these people do not think in terms of borders. they think in terms of economic regions.
