Africa’s, the world’s richest in natural resources continent, where the biggest negatives to achieving any lasting prosperity are tribalism, communal land ownership, and politico-economic cronyism or to be blunt, massive unfettered corruption.
Perhaps Bono could enlighten us how he intends to highlight and fight these particular “problems”.

Oh great now Bono is going to advise Harper on aiding African countries. I have an idea. Why doesn’t Bono take the income tax savings he got from the difference between the Irish and the Dutch rates and donate that? What a wonderful person he is for donating his savings in income tax.
