National Parks deemed racist, park rangers 'offensive' to Latinos because they look like border guards

Rebel Staff

According to a new report by a left-wing group, national parks are racist.

The report, which you can read here, demands that the parks be more inclusive because trees are supposedly racist.

“African-Americans have felt unwelcome and even fearful in federal parklands during our nation’s history because of the horrors of lynching” the report states.

The report even tries to connect interment camps from World War II as being the reason why Japanese-Americans don't go to natonal parks.

“Americans of Asian descent have been disenfranchised. Japanese Americans were incarcerated in concentration camps, many of which were on public lands managed by the Bureau of Reclamation,” the report shamelessly states.

But the most hilarious of all is that park rangers apparently look too much like border guards.

Maite Arce of the Hispanic Access Foundation said at a press conference Thursday, “What we’re calling for is drastic, very scary change.”

She added, “One example I can give you is with the Latino community, especially among the border states, but even nationwide, just the simple color of the uniforms that rangers wear.”

Why should LEGAL Latinos be worried about border guards let alone park rangers who wear similar uniforms?

Front Page Mag has even more info about these ridiculous claims.

Elton, I have met many Americans who have visited our National Parks and Provincial Parks. By and large they enjoyed themselves although I have the sense that people from the U.S. are more tied to their cars; they do not like to hike to campsites, for example.

Well if it’s supposedly happening in the US then it would supposedly be happening here. What a crock. I doubt any of them were even asked. Anyway, how is it that the Japenese virtually own Banff? They and their cameras are everywhere and they don’t look very paranoid to me.

Robert, the article makes no mention of where the parks are. The Rebel is supposed to be a Canadian site, so if the story takes place in another country that should at least be mentioned. Perhaps you are so used to getting stories from U.S. sources that you assume the U.S. by default.

By the way, do you think there are too many Americans in Canadian national parks?

This proves it.
Jay has no freakin clue as to what he is talking about.
The article is about US state and national parks.
Before you comment, wake up and smell the roses or at least read the article.

Maybe all African-American, Japanese-American, and Latino-American should be sent back to where them came from: America. What are so many Americans doing in Canada’s National Parks in the first place!

Why should we allow people from the United States into our parks, when we have real Canadians who have trouble accessing them.

And what of the uniforms that the Rangers wear? I take it that the article is talking about the Northern Ranger units of the Canadian Armed Forces? They are unlikely to be found in our National Parks except in Nunavut.

People from the United States should stay in the United States!

If they do not like it, they can always go back to wherever they came from. Nobody asked them to come, in the first place.

I have always enjoyed my nearest National Park, Jasper. Now I can enjoy it even more knowing it will be my safe space away from regressive left twiggly-puffs who are boycotting Jasper for being racist, and I am not having to listen to their idiocy.

This story goes to show how shallow twiggly-puffs are with respect to their environmentalism that they don’t know the purpose of the park system. Shallow or stupid or both, take your pick.

Bring out the violins! I’m sick of hearing these babies complain about every little thing they don’t like, and calling it racist. Look up the definition, you babies, and you will see your sniveling faces there. Grow up kids!
