Niqab-wearing Muslim woman takes offense at being called 'Batman' and confronts shopper in front of his children

Rebel Staff

A Muslim woman was dressed in a niqab while shopping on April 2 when she was allegedly called 'Batman' by another shopper.

Ahlam Saed decided to confront the man and film the incident after getting in his face.

She posted on Facebook, along with the video that, “I was minding my own business so I had to pop into the shop down in shepherds bush to grab something. As I entered, this guy who I've seen around the area decided to call me ' batman' he even sang the theme tune to his little girls and told them to guess if I'm a man or a women. He told his girls that people like me dont speak english etc.”

Judging by the amount of spelling mistakes she made in her post, it's easy to see why he'd think that.

“I tried to hold it all in but I couldn't after everything he was saying. I told him he is ignorant and that his kids will be ignorant also if he doesn't change his way and attitude . He kept going on so i decided to record him and he was aware of this,” she added.

As you can see in the video, the man claims he never said anything to her directly and the confrontation between the two began only after she decided to yell at him and record his reaction.

Even after the man apologizes for making the single remark, the woman keeps on pressing him into continuing the argument. At this point he begins yelling.

After a few moments, two other men intervene and try to separate the two while the niqab-wearer mocks that the video “is going all over Facebook.”

In a separate Facebook post, Saed claims that “when recording I intended to post the video but never intended for it to go this viral. I've posted things like this before but ive never had this reaction so I ask people to stop blaming me.”

And in another post she writes, “I will be removing the video of the one I originally posted with the kids faces in it. I will re post one with its blurred . Can we get that one viral. Yes we certainly can.”

Saed has also taken an issue with bombing ISIS in Syria.

“David Cameron insists there is not enough money to provide benefits to low income families and is trying to cut benefits and tax credits putting people further into poverty, yet somehow there's hundreds of thousands of taxpayer pounds spare to spend on bombing Syria,” she wrote.

While the man's outburst is certainly uncalled for, he has been branded a 'racist' by media such as The Telegraph and Daily Mail, despite the fact Muslims are not a race.

Wearing a niqab is extreme and fanatical, as well as a visual message of the degradation of women, but calling someone who wears one ‘batman’ is out of line.
If he is a Christian, as he said, he’s not giving his children a very good lesson on Christianity. Ask the woman why she wears one, talk to the children outside and explain to them what a niqab is, but don’t show them how to be a bully.

I’m offended by her cultural imperialism. Leave your ideals back home or get the hell out of Canada.

Hyacinth: It is the left’s business to be offended. Try to identify with as many groups as possible and hope it pays off in the elections.

mohammedans; a perpetually offended class.
We must include the leftwing, as they are also members of the perpetually offended!”

Both are indoctrinated into a cult, one worships a pagan moon god and the other worships the dictates of their dogmatism, ergo both are incredibly thin-skinned when it comes to reality.

What an incredibly messed up world that the Socialists have created – every walk of life can be publically and vehemently racist yet it is ONLY the Caucasian that gets penalized for it. Interesting that the Socialists are so blind to the racism and hatred that they have created and nurtured in all Western countries, wonder if this was intentional?

Gordon Tupper: As much as I have reservations about the Niqab I don’t think teaching children to make comments about people’s cultural dress is a wise coarse of action. At the same time you cannot but help get the impression some people live and love to nurse their wounds. I only wish someone would call me Batman or better Daryl Dixon. Life is so unfair.

Oh those exotic Islamic habits, like wearing a mask in public, certainly is going over well with the indigenous population. LL, I think the same thing… Batman is appropriate.

Out of the mouths of babes, they have been called letter-box ladies too by small British children.

Great entertainment – 2 members of competing oppressed minority groups duke it out over who has the most “brown privilege” – quick get me my multicult victim group decoder to see who’s collective inherent disadvantages trumps whose.

Take a minute, some math involved adding up the oppression points

I thought Batman was appropriate given the costume!

Or trick or treat – fkg halloween costumes these muslim terrorists wear like it has something to do with religion.

This batman outfit is Saudi cultural export – to all you feministas, you like the way Saudis treat their women?? And by “their women” it means that the Saudi women own their women.

Think about it feministas -

Well, that was interesting. I hate Niqabs but I think they were both wrong. I will say that I would find it funny to be called Batman.
