Patrick Brown, Ontario’s Progressive Conservative leader, says PCs are “all in”

Brian LilleyRebel Co-Founder

Patrick Brown, leader of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario, tells me that the party has emerged from their convention with a new theme - “All in”.

What does that mean? Tune in to our interview as we discuss the new theme, the growth of the party, Kathleen Wynne’s destructive policies, putting a price on carbon and more.

Why would anyone waste a dime supporting such an ineffectual bunch of losers like the PC Party of Ontario.
commented 2016-03-09 04:15:11 -0500
What exactly did that Mr. Brown just say? Let me replay that.

It sounds like Mr. Brown has given into Wynnology, a very dangerous and costly cult. An exorcist may
be required.
commented 2016-03-09 00:23:21 -0500
I just realized, it’s a secret strategy. It worked for Justin to get elected by saying and promoting stupid things, so why not for the Conservatives…might just work….wow

Patrick Brown, another one as smart as a stump. The only way he’ll garner votes in the next election is if he doesn’t speak until after the election. It seems both the Federal PC’s and the Provincial really never want to govern again. Oh well, so long Conservatives.

Wow! I have no party I can vote for because of this carbon BS. Where can I go? All parties have been subverted by psychopaths. Really sad shit!
commented 2016-03-08 21:32:27 -0500
The whole party is a disasterous sell out!
commented 2016-03-08 21:24:07 -0500
Patrick Brown says it’s not a tax. What an idiot,, it is a tax to the ones who pay it. It also will lead to incredible price increases in everything we pay for.
He is a liar just like Wynne! Dumb really dumb!
Anything to get votes from the idiots in Canada.
commented 2016-03-08 20:56:31 -0500
Sorry Mr. Brown, as a conservative, a carbon tax is BS. I will not vote for a conservative that supports a carbon tax.
commented 2016-03-08 17:57:11 -0500
I like lots of what I hear, but giving in to the carbon tax is a serious no-no!! Why doesn’t he try telling ppl on all the door-to-door work he’s been doing that it’s a hoax, armed with pertinent information??
commented 2016-03-08 17:56:08 -0500
Interesting Brian should interview Patrick Brown.
I was just going to write to him today and ask: ‘But will we still pay high hydro if you’re elected?’
Does anyone know the answer to this? Did I miss something?

Mary Auld commented -“He is NOT the man for this job <> Kevin O’Leary would be the man for this job”

Have to agree 100% with that analogy Mary, but until that unlikely event materializes , I think the best option for Ontarians is to move.
commented 2016-03-08 16:54:08 -0500
Mary Auld – we need a real leader, not another appeaser. I don’t think he really cares, as long as he receives his pension for life.
commented 2016-03-08 16:26:54 -0500
The party needs a leader with vision and energy to motivate voters to change a failed system. What I hear is more of the establishment speak. It will not work.
commented 2016-03-08 15:54:59 -0500
Patrick Brown, I wish you luck. You have now branded the PC party just a little teeny bit to the right of Wynne. This province is being killed softly. 350,000 manufacturing jobs have been killed by the policies of the current government, while at the same time 300,000 jobs have been added to the public sector. All you can come up with is a carbon tax which is “revenue neutral”? I quit! The sooner I can get out of this province, the better.
commented 2016-03-08 15:07:17 -0500
Andrew AUlt……you think Brown is a ‘breath of fresh air’……have never heard him speak, have not heard his views on anything except that he is another enviromaniac. He is a wimp…..we need someone with the back bone to fight Wynne…..not to bore her to death, altho, having said that….any form of death for Wynne would be a relief for Ontario.
commented 2016-03-08 15:02:08 -0500
I’m sorry…Patrick Brown may be a very nice man….wouldn’t know because he NEVER opens his mouth or puts himself out there for us to judge…..but will NEVER beat Wynne, he is like the ‘invisible man’…just in the background, never challenges Wynne on anything. He is NOT the man for this job, just like Hudak was NOT the man for the job. We cannot suffer another four years of Wynne and her corrupt government and if the conservatives have ANY sense at all, they need to ask Brown to step down. Kevin O’Leary would be the man for this job…..he would get down to Wynne’s level and fight her without mercy. There is NO chance for Patrick Brown to do this.

“I get the message. no matter who we vote for, they will tax the shit out of us some more.”

That’s pretty much it, ACUUNA…and they’ll run the country right into the ******g ground. But, when you combine the votes that already go to the statist/socialist parties, and then factor in that most PCs will go along with Brown’s bullshit, it’s pretty evident that this what most people want.

Today’s Sesame Street has been brought to you by the letter B: bullion, bunkers, bullets, bottled water, bully-beef, and beans.

government is the perpetual junkie laying in a back alley jamming a needle of my hard-earned cash into a thirsty vein. and when the fix is done, they always want more.

government needs me. I do not need government.
commented 2016-03-08 10:32:24 -0500
Patrick Who? = that response tells me that the PCs really haven’t the energy or intellectual assets to even put them on the public radar That should be a pretty easy task given the decrepit management of the province.

All I hear from this guy id a capitulation to welfare state economics and public sector union extortion -same crap in a different pile.

Moving rather than voting is a better strategy for Ontarians looking to avoid the inevitable crash of bad government and klepto-crony economics

Sean Pension, Hudack wasn’t far right idiot!

Remember, the minimum wage paid bloggers that show up here pitch “ideology” because their “lefty base” is financially finished – bankrupt.

Ontario will likely default this year or next year. Remember when Notley crushed Alberta oil???? She also crushed Canada transfer payments to Quebec and tax revenues to Ottawa.

Aren’t these socialists smart?? After socialists wipe out their opponents, they wipe each other out and then they commit suicide. Hitler Mussolini?? Suicide/pseudo suicide.

Ontario has to financially default first before change comes – any “leader in waiting” knows this and will stay quiet until after the “earthquake”.

When Martin went to NY to pitch bond holders in the 1990s, he was told by the Americans to fuck off and fix his books first – so Martin and the libranos cut transfers.

Wynne is facing the same issue with no transfers at her disposal to cut.

Hudak tried going far right last, and he lost seats. The only way Conservatives can legitimately win any election is by running as centrist as possible; Harper failed on this count.

Hudak promoted 100,000 job cuts – this ended it for Hudak. Did Hudak do this on purpose???

If elected, Hudak walks into big union, big fat fkg goobermint, a maze of liberal kickback schemes like windmills, and a $0.28 TRILLION dollar debt.
Once again, the Conservatives would have to clean up after a liberano mess.

Why bother??? Hudak gets his pension as an MPP and moves on. And Orville Wynne has to fix the mess she made, or financially default.

Get ready for the default – no amount of your stupid blog comments is going to save you from the financial misery that is coming to Ontario when the bond holders step in.

Every year the PC party calls and I will let them know I won’t vote for them with a Global Warming idiot as their leader and in their ranks.
My brother, a Lawyer and staunch supporter won’t either. I have 8 siblings and they are all not voting. This will be the 1st time ever that I didn’t vote.
Yes we need a Wild Rose party here and a Brad Wall.

Actually on further thought, we could shoot a new movie out west called “Snakes on the Plains”.

Kinda got a ring to it don’t cha think?
commented 2016-03-08 06:28:00 -0500
With respect to carbon pricing I was over on the “Red Star” site.

There is an article there that states that climate models suggest that southern species of poisonous snakes may be slithering North to Canada.

These would be the same climate models the UN just admitted were incorrect?

Quick Mr. Brown help impose carbon pricing or Canada will be just like the movie “Snakes on A Plane”!
