PHOTO: Calgary NDP shares office with labour union

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

Thanks to an intrepid citizen journalist in Calgary, I've got a photo that tells quite a story.

Have a look. That's the NDP office, all right.

But look closer at the sign:

It's also the office of the Calgary & District Labour Council. A union!

Can you imagine the reaction if the Conservatives shared an office with an oil company lobbyist?

I guess we have no right to be surprised.

Remember when Premier Notley's labour union husband lobbied her to raise the minimum wage?

It is amazing to me how blatant she is. Shameless.
Eileen, and I don’t think she can wash that out of her hair with a special shampoo.

Tommie the commie in bed with the unions, please say it isn’t so! Can you just imagine if angry Tom were to win? I’m having nightmares just thinking about waiting in line for basic necessities!

Well, it is a known fact that the “Noxious Despicable Pathomaniacs” make good bedfellows with unions. They need to take care that they don’t become pediculous and develop pediculophobia!

Courtesy vote cause she read your letter. What else did she have to do? I saw Notley for what she was. A self absorbed lying conspirator. I voted for Brian Jean. He has Brad Wall potential. A blue jean guy. If Danielle hadn’t destroyed the party, they’d have won. Push the wild rose. I know it sounds funny, but they are the closest to the people.

Yet again I don’t see Jimmy anywhere when it’s the truth… People stop worrying about the loser sorry JIMMY

- dam! Sorry Rebels – Seems I posted the wrong Youtube on this forum.
It’s nothing important just like this NDP/Union photo sharing the same office story.
Just ignore it and it will go away…

Its the ‘courtesy’ vote comment that Brinkman made that I can’t wrap my head around, I have never heard of such an ineffective way to have your vote count. Keep up the good work.

I am just going to keep being a broken record on this. Albertans need to donate to the Wildrose campaign in Calgary Foothills to counteract the big union lobbying, not much but just what is affordable. Unions may not be allowed to donate, but the June legislation does still allow their workers to campaign during office hours. And if you are a proud Calgarian, put foot-leather to pavement for Panda. If you are blue-collar, definitely do so: those are the jobs most immediately at risk and the NDP “intellectuals” of the regressive left do not care about the blue collar worker as the progressive left once did.

It’s a nightmare! The Marxist_fascists have taken over the government.

Richard, The only Green Party supporters that I know of, only smoke pot, eat mushrooms, collect welfare, love that criminal Khadr, never pay taxes, never work, only attend environmental protests(with 0 knowledge), suck our benefit systems dry, and love that pedophile Suzuki. Are you saying you are one of them? Did you not see Elizabeth May in her truest form? A drunk!

The NDP could be forced through public pressure to call an election. The leaders could resign. If they knew how angry enough Albertans were, they simply wouldn’t stay in office…through protest, referendums etc. This is truly a mistake many Albertans wish they hadn’t made.

Richard, Here is a message for you, one you can understand. ‘F**k Off’. The little things that look like stars, stand for UC. That is not to hard for you, is it?

The worst thing about the liberal left (socialists or communists) isn’t the fact they never question their own beliefs and authority figures, the worst thing about the NDPLiberals is that it never occurs to them to question…because they’re right, why would you even question that!
These people don’t see anything wrong with this bunking together business.

Yes, naiveté is an apt description.
commented 2015-08-18 19:10:28 -0400
Rod Tydeman, yes, I agree, but how can it be done … legally?

Richard Brinkman has to be the comedy addition to this forum…it’s the only explanation. No rational adult would spew such nonsense otherwise. A teenager with no life experience except what he’s gleaned from socialist leaning conspiracy sites maybe…at least then I could cut him some slack only because of his adolescent naiveté.

Albertan’s need to get together and get rid of this “government” before the next election. If you wait much longer it will be too late.

I’m hoping for a minority Liberal or NDP federal Government or coalition for the benefit of Canadian workers although I’m voting Green this time – But again we have a great Government and Opposition in Alberta that will not leave any Alberta behind… And we have an awesome citizen news media movement in Alberta that will pick the slack from the faltering Corporate news media to make sure all parties in the Alberta Legislature will be held accountable.

Dale Warren said to Richard Brinkman, " CBC played “Dumb” on that one too ! ! ! "

Sorry Dale, but you are wrong. They don’t “play” at being dumb, it’s an inbred characteristic.

@brinkman – the torstar called – they have a free t-shirt for you for doing such a find job of smattering socialist snippets here. We really like your soshulizm spew.

If we don’t kick out the NDP Richard. All union, nonunion, blue collar , white collar, CEO’s, and migrant workers will all be unemployed. NDP ideology does not work!!!!! Have you forgotten Greece so quickly?
commented 2015-08-18 18:21:44 -0400
Thanks for the address and phone number Alex!
I do think the NDP Government will do a good job representing all workers of Alberta including Union & Non Union – Blue Collars and White Collars – big oil CEOs and even Migrant Workers can expect good representation in the Alberta Legislature from the NDP and opposition governments – Democracy is GREAT!
commented 2015-08-18 17:58:30 -0400
CBC really Richard? No thanks, the Communist Broadcasting Corporation should not be taxpayer funded!! Let it float or sink on its own accord without taxpayer monies. If CBC reported the actual news instead of their version of reality I might take an interest, but as it stands it is usually nothing but left wing tripe.

3132 26 St NE, Calgary, AB T1Y 6Z1
(403) 262-2390.

That is the address and number to The Calgary and District Labour Council. I called them. They admitted to sharing the place with the NDP. And they don’t think that the NDP will have a favorable bias towards unions. Awe, the ignorance of the person who voted for Notley

We’re all so happy that you’ve come back Richard. “nothing interesting at CBC” – no complete story reporting at the CBC. Only what the boffins at the public trough want you to know.
commented 2015-08-18 17:26:03 -0400
Right now I’m voting Green as a courtesy vote Dale because Elizabeth May read my petition in the house of commons last December. A petition I collected in Edmonton/ Strathcona in 2011 home to MP NDP Linda Duncan. Linda refused to read my petition while Conservative Laurie Hawn refused to answer my requests. Normally I do vote NDP but when an MP refuses to read a petition collected in her riding then it becomes a sad day for democracy in Canada…

Here’s the complete story that will explain morel Rebel Readers: YouTube

Nothing Interesting at CBC – I’m back! it is a complete oxymoron for a pro-union person to be anti-business in the ideological sense… Well said Gordon!
commented 2015-08-18 17:11:11 -0400
Go Richard. The CBC needs dupes like you. The truth? You can’t handle the truth! It is better to be dead, dumb and blind led to the slaughter than to fight for what is right and true. You’ll only have yourself to blame when your income shrinks (unless of course you’re a member of a public sector union) to subsistence living as you stand there cold and hungry wondering how this could have happened to a once great and prosperous country. I can hear your footsteps now as you make your way to the ballot box on October 19 to vote for your saviors Justin and Tom.
