Here's a theory that my friend Ross McLean, the security specialist, shared with me about the Muslim terrorists in San Bernardino, California.
The terrorist husband Syed Farook was born in Chicago to Pakistani parents. Had a pretty good life, and a cushy government job.
But then he met Tashfeen Malik on an online dating service.
She was Pakistani too, living in Saudi Arabia. They met on an online dating service.
He went to Saudi Arabia, he was there for just a week, they got married right away, and then he brought her into America.
Police say that she swore loyalty to the Islamic State online.
So here’s Ross’s theory — that she recruited him. She married him to get into America.
How many other Muslim extremist women are getting into the U.S. this way?
