Sharia Police? Here’s why burqa clad RCMP officers may not be so far fetched

David MenziesMission Specialist

Many have expressed shock and outrage over Ezra Levant’s recent report that the RCMP’s new dress code will allegedly allow for Muslim Mounties to wear the hijab.

I wasn’t surprised to hear it and was in fact, kind of expecting it.

You’ll know why once you hear how the Toronto Police Services responded to my inquiry on the issue of accommodation, and who they look to for guidance in these matters (hint: Ontario Human Rights Commission and various special interest groups).

Remember what I was told in case someone unearths a story about the possibility of burqa clad Mounties in the near future because it won’t seem so far-fetched.

Maybe I’ll work up the courage to ask the RCMP where they stand on this issue but I’m almost afraid to find out.

If I do, and you don’t like the answer either, don’t blame the messenger.

The RCMP is bringing out a new women's uniform -- with a Muslim hijab!

It shouldn’t be too hard to imagine what will happen if an obviously Muslim woman tries to take a Muslim man into custody. I wonder if these women will receive additional unarmed combat training.

A suggestion regarding this possible insanity of hijabs for female RCMP officers. A poster should be made up with the title in large letters : MS HIJAB 2015 TASHFEEN MALIK. Then the photo of Tashfeen Malik should appear. Since libtards seem to have very short memories these days, especially when it comes to terrorists, the following could be added in small letters on the bottom :
This devout hijab wearing Muslim lady murdered 14 innocent people in San Bernardino California in 2015.
Hundreds or thousands of the poster should be made up and posted on all RCMP headquarters, other places that would be nice to post this would be all mosques, government buildings, and universities.
Alternate suggestion : Title should be VOTE FOR MS HIJAB 2015. Then two large photos side by side, one of Malik and
next to it one of Ontario’s Wynne in her hijab. Their names and a box to leave an X could appear at the bottom.

Hyacinth said: “Wonder how long it will take before the sheeple that voted Liberal start clueing into what Justin actually meant by “Real Change”.” Judging by the lefty trolls that infest this site, it may take a long, long, long time!

I wonder how a muslim women would react if ,after calling the police because of threats from her family for not wearing a hijab, a hijab wearing policewomen shows up at her door. Would she really believe that she would get protection from the police? The hijab and the burqa are not a religious requirement and are a cultural symbol of oppression towards muslim women started by muslim men. The police are there to enforce the laws of this country, not sharia law, and citizens should expect protection no matter what their religion is or what they believe in. Therefore symbols of any religion, especially symbols of oppression towards women, should not be part of a police uniform.

The RCMP dress code specifically forbids the open display of any religious symbol. How they are going to justify this will be entertaining to see. Are they still going to deny Christians the ability to wear the cross?

This sickens me. As a white woman, I do not want my life to end up being dictated by potential ISIS trash. If they have their way, I will be reduced to nothing more than a breed of subservient, unintelligent livestock.

All Muslims should be forced to integrate, to wear the clothes of the people here, to follow Canadian laws, and to speak a language the rest of us can speak when they are in public. If they refuse, they should be permanently deported for the potential to commit acts of rape and/or terrorism.

Muslims should also be disallowed to work as law enforcement. Period. How many people are going to be allowed to walk free because the so called “police officer” is an ISIS terrorist in disguise? How many more must be raped, shot up, or killed by these monsters before we learn to tighten our security? Most importantly… how can be sure an individual is NOT affiliated with ISIS?

If they start up “innocent” suggestions that everyone wear a head scarf to make these people feel “more at home…” I will stock up on canned disaster food and never come out of my apartment again. I do not want to lose my dignity or be killed just because a religious group takes over.

I don’t think that this is right for the RCMP to flaunt their Religion. I should not have to worry about this when a cop pulls me over. When I go for a case of beer, in my minivan—-we have a routine . My dog sits in the passenger seat. My pot bellied pig lays between the seats . I have a old 8 track that continually play Gospel music ( I can’t shut it of ) and I have a Bible on the dash. Will a devout Muslim respect my Rights? I am Not an animal.

The people that serve and protect us, shouldn’t be allowed to wear anything other than their uniform (the way the uniform is to be worn).

When they arrive on site, to defuse an incident, the people they are walking up to could be on drugs, they could be drunk or just a piece of human garbage. Some people will take it to heart when being apprehended or detained by someone that is wearing this. I am not saying it could happen. I am saying it will happen.

That is why the governments and the courts have always kept this type of thing in order.
But now we are being lead by the blind and they don’t see the damage they are about to create.
This has nothing to do with the left or the right on the political scale, this has to do with the right and the wrong on that same scale.
People who voted for this should go up on charges if any women dies or becomes to harmed, because of their crazy law to make peace with everyone.

“Can you imagine passing the physical wearing one of those things?”
And what about the shooting range? “But Fatima, can’t you get a good sight picture?”

A woman should not be deprived of her right to wear the hijab, burqa or head scarf
commented 2016-01-17 18:15:55 -0500
I don’t see the Burqa coming to the police force any time soon. Can you imagine passing the physical wearing one of those things?

It’s as silly as a female hockey player demanding to wear a burqa on the ice.

Since when do our police services take direction from muslim groups and Imams? The Ontario Human Rights Commission is a left wing political correct institution so I am not surprised they agreed with it. Once they start allowing changes to be made to certain individual uniforms because of religious beliefs they no longer become uniforms. I worked for a police service and wore a uniform for over 35 years and when they made changes to the uniform they were made for the safety of all the uniform members and not certain individuals or groups. An individual was not allowed to change his or her uniform because they didn’t like a certain part of it or believed they didn’t need it to do their job. It was a requirement of the job for everyone to wear the same uniform . The rule of law in this country was founded with the principal of keeping the separation between church and state. Police services should adhere to those principles and individual religious beliefs shouldn’t effect any decisions on how they are run and what kind of uniforms their members wear.

Won’t that be the day, when a masked women with a gun pulls you over on the highway, gets out of a cop car and walks up to your car window??

Time to get rid of the RCMP and have a provincial police force. I have no respect for these clowns!
commented 2016-01-17 15:24:30 -0500
This is purely political, it has nothing to do with human rights, health and safety or religious freedom. It is strictly limp wristed politicians destroying our country. One day a female officer will be strangled by her hijab and our politicians will just ignore the risk associated with wearing it. Now, if a man wants to wear a full neck tie instead of a clip on, well that’s just too dangerous, but a woman wearing a head scarf around her throat is A O K!
commented 2016-01-17 14:43:48 -0500
These Muslim Imams and councils must be laughing at how stupid we are and how easy it is to get their way. Our country is like taking candy from a baby. Good word: baby, not the people but all the institutions. I’m just waiting for our baby PM’s wife to start wearing a hijab daily.

Don’t complain to the RCMP if gang raping muslims appear in Canadian cities due to Trudope’s importation of miscreants. You will be accused of “cultural misunderstanding” and likely charged as an islamophobe under the new sharia laws coming…..!
commented 2016-01-17 14:26:43 -0500
Another step in the RCMP becoming a national enforcer of Sharia and Trudope’s islamification of Canada!

The geniuses in the RCMP realize that, to Muslim men, a woman is forbidden from holding an office of authority? And it is forbidden for a Muslim man to be touched by a woman?

I have a suspicion that this Muslim police woman will be nothing more than a desk jockey for her entire career.
commented 2016-01-17 12:59:05 -0500
I’m dead against shariah creep as Islam continues to trump one Canadian value and tradition after another but strictly considering safety issues here, to the hijab (kerchief) is one thing but how could they possibly justify niqabs and burqas? How could anyone drive a car with one on let alone chase down criminals?
commented 2016-01-17 12:49:09 -0500
Seems they are after confrontation , well doing this they will get it for sure. Politically correct bullshit, Wonder when the first attack from within will happen. Giving the death cult guns OMG nothing good will come of it.
commented 2016-01-17 12:45:47 -0500
Just like mohammedan hijab the sikh ‘turban’ is not a religious requirement, it’s a tradition/cultural thing. The 5 K’s (tenets) of sikh religion does not mandates turban anywhere. These articles of faith are: Loose boxer type underwear, a steel bangle, a dagger, a comb & unshorn hairs.
All over India you’ll see people, non-sikh, wear turban. Even in the Indian Army several regiments which have no sikhs in their battalions have turban as dress code as are many Central & State Police forces in India.
To allow any amendment in uniform code based on ‘religion’ is already undermining the core ethic of the establishment and if you change it to accommodate certain cultures based on their traditions someday you’ll lose your identity altogether.

In the same way that moslems and native indians have the right to refuse police service action unless it is through a moslem or native indian member of the service, I wonder if other cultures, notably Western, will have the right to refuse police service action unless performed by member who is sensitive to Western cultural needs? Or if Christians will have the right to only receive action from a member wearing the Cross on his uniform?

We need to realize that the police service is no longer a blind justice enforcement of the laws type of organization, but a purely political activist organization when enforcing the laws. That is why you did not see anything happen to the organized crime gang, Mohawk Warriors, in New Caledonia; and why you don’t see action against the various organized crime WNGO’s
