Supreme Leader Snoke is Gozer The Destroyer from Ghostbusters

There's been a lot of whacky fan theories surrounding the identity of Supreme Leader Snoke from Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens. Time to put them all to rest, because his identity is finally revealed.

He's not some flame-resistant version of Anakin/Darth Vader, or Darth Plagueis the wise. He's actually Gozer The Destroyer from Ghost Busters 1.

Now, bear with me. According to the Ghost Busters wiki, Gozer, “is an ancient, ultra-powerful, malignant entity.”

As we learn in Force Awakens, Snoke is ancient and ultra-powerful. He's also quite malignant, so that's three for three.

It goes on to say, “Gozer is genderless.” I've seen the movie four times, and I don't recall Snoke ever being referred to as 'he' or 'she'. It doesn't matter anyway, as Snoke clearly isn't into SJW nonsense and doesn't need a trigger-warning if you use the wrong gender pronoun for him. Or her. Or whatever.

Here's where things get interesting.

“[Gozer] worshiped by the powerful Cult of Gozer.” What if the Cult of Gozer is another name for Knights of Ren?

"Knights of Ren" or a front for Cult of Gozer? Cult of Gozer would be an awesome band name

“Gozer also became known as The Traveler; visiting multiple worlds and conquering them. During each of its manifestations in the material plane throughout history, Gozer would first gain access to a world through the coupling of two demi-god minions.”

The First Order visits worlds and conquers them. So, why if Kylo Ren is actually the reincarnation of Vinz Clortho the Keymaster and Rey is the reincarnation of Zuul the Gatekeeper? That would explain why Snoke would want Kylo Ren to bring Rey to him.

The question now is – where is Snoke/Gozer?

It's obvious that Gozer is in a weaker, non-fighting form – probably located on the Sith planet of Moraband.

Now, what are some other similarities between Snoke and Gozer?

If Snoke is really an ancient Sith/Dark Side user then he probably knows Force Lightning. We can see Gozer using Force Lightning in Ghost Busters after asking asking Ray if he was a God. “Then dieeeeeee,” Gozer says before using the force on the Ghost Busters.

"I AM THE SENATE!" Gozer can clearly use Force/Sith Lightning better than Darth Sidious

Gozer is very similar to the Emperor who told Luke he was going to die before using Force Lightning on him.

How did Snoke get all his scars? It's simple: Snoke is all that was left of the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man after it was destroyed.

Can you think of a better theory? You can try, but you won't be able to!

However, if you wish to tell me that Snoke is actually Darth Plagueis because his theme in Force Awakens is so similar to the music from the opera scene in Revenge of the Sith, guess what?

The Snoke/Plagueis theme is insanely similar to Koyaanisqatsi by Philip Glass. How do you explain that?

Snoke is Gozer and Disney is working with Sony just as they're working together with Spider-Man. Or, we can just stop these crazy theories and wait for Episode VIII to come out on December 15, 2017.

It's going to be a long couple of years.

No way, this is obviously a Harry Potter/Star Wars mash-up! Snoke is Lord Voldemort, Kylo Ren is a young Professor Snape, and Rey is Harry Potter gone transsexual. ;-p
