This “politically incorrect” welcome sign may be the most beautiful thing you see all day

Rebel Staff

Harris County Sheriff Mike Jolley put a new sign outside his office on Tuesday that is bound to upset Liberals and most university students.

The sign, paid for out of his own pocket, says the following “WARNING: Harris County is politically incorrect. We say: Merry Christmas, God Bless America and In God We Trust. We salute our troops and our flag. If this offends you… LEAVE!”

Jolley's sign has received international attention. He told The Ledger-Enquirer, “It's time for the silent majority to stand up for our beliefs and not be ashamed.”

He purchased the sign for $553 from D&S Sign Company. Now, several citizens have have wanted to buy one to place on their property.

Jolley says he's humbled by all the support he's received. He says he hopes the “silent majority isn't going to be silent anymore.”

We do too, Mike. We do too.

My mom who is 83 was bothered yesterday when trying to find Christmas cards at a store that said “Merry Christmas”. She found two or three out of five rows of them that said it. Her words are; “Like hell I will say Happy Holidays! I will always say Merry Christmas everywhere I go!” Go mom! You’re an inspiration to me your daughter who will never be politically correct. Serving Christ in true patriot love as a Canadian, supporting our troops and veterans proudly in respect and greeting all with Merry Christmas this Merry Christmas season. Thanks mom, you taught me well!

Harris County Sheriff Mike Jolley;
Some of us in Canada still Trust in God, salute our flag and troops, are not politically correct or willing to be silent.
I salute you sir, and your sign, and even though it’s a little early, Merry Christmas
God Bless America…

Andrew go right ahead, which one of us is stopping you? And no one is being forced to support us, why should we support you? If you lived in the real world you would understand who is being silenced.

Timothy Peterson… So, one missing period and perhaps one optional comma… That’s it? That’s why the man should not be sharing his beliefs with the world?…

Remember it’s what killed Canada into becoming a Liberal paradise. Now we’ll be poor along with the refugees we bring in. when will you people increase your tax payments!? Political Correctness is a disease. Liberals all suffer from this disease. Please be humane and put one out of it’s misery.

Stephenson RM, Manitoba celebrates Festivus and tell proselytizers what we REALLY think about Jesus (it involves four letter words).

If you’re not a hypocrite, you’ll support our fine establishment as we celebrate religious freedom.

Well done sir, too many wimps in our countries who sell themselves out for acceptance by people they do not even know.
A good friend of mine who is a total atheist is now saying Merry Christmas to people to spite all the PC garbage.

Charleton G – you get much the same look, or even a look of startlement, if you smile back to them and ask “which holidays?” The answer I get back is almost always “Christmas” to which I reply “and a Merry Christmas to you, too.” The look I get is either a smile, or a look of puzzlement as they try to figure out what just happened.

I. Always say Merry Xmas and always will. I love the look on people’s face when they say happy holiday and I reply merry Xmas.

There are a good many towns in Georgia, Virginia and West Virginia, North and South Carolina with signs, “Mr. President, you didn’t built this. WE built this”, or “I built this”.

Are those who stand with him ready to punish those who will be determined to punish him?……This is where the support falters and fails….and the politically correct prevail.

political correctness is the politics of me.
I am offended…I think you should…I am so you must…I want change…I have needs…I, I, I. everybody’s opinion doesn’t matter anymore, just mine.
no man is an island.
time to get out of the ‘safe space’ and join the team for the big win and stop thinking about yourself so much.

These signs are really common on twitter. They’re usually ms paint hack jobs with spelling mistakes.

If this is real, (and given that this is an image on the internet I’m gonna say it’s shooped) someone should send him a letter outlining the missing punctuation. The internet is a fine place to leave out punctuation, but signs need to be correct. It’s a sign. People are going to look at it.

Well, I decided I would check this out.

I called the Sheriff directly at 706 – 628 – 4211 in Harris County Georgia – and yes Tim – I hate to disappoint you – but it is true.

Seems there are still a few people out there who are unafraid to stand up and be counted.

I am sure some of our creative folks here, even our “useful idiot” trolls, could come up with the alternative sign: “WARM WELCOME: Harris County is politically correct…………”
commented 2015-11-27 12:05:59 -0500
I love someone like this who has the fortitude to stand up against the insanity of political correctness (aka, cultural Marxism).

Attacking political correctness is the thrust of Donald Trumps campaign to become president. He knows Americans are increasingly disgusted with of not being able to say shit even when they have a mouth full of it. Attacking political correctness will bring votes. Canadians, too, want to spit it out rather than keeping their mouths shut and swallowing just because someone is offended when a spade is called a spade.
