Today in History: Hitler bans all political parties except his own (1933)

John RobsonResident Historian

On July 14 1933 Adolph Hitler banned all political parties in Nazi Germany except his own. Which was obviously in retrospect part of a plan to impose totalitarianism.

But people missed the warning signs at the time, a habit we still have today.

I just realized that JT was giving us the double Nazi salute at the pride parade. The tongue? It just shows that JT is supportive of supreme court’s decision regarding sex with animals, he wants the lick off the peanut butter!

Ain’t this the history Trudeau is looking at repeating with the intent of keeping the libernazis in power?

Which is what educational system has been doing for years except apply it to ideology.

How can such institutions promoting “diversity” be doing this? Because they want "all colours of the rainbow, but only if they think and act like themselves that once radical, now maistream left-wing Toronto Star, Metro columnists like Rosemary Westwood

It’s not just the MSM. They echo what the schools are teaching. The totalitarianism isn’t top down this time. It’s being demanded from the bottom. Brexit was really revealing as to what a homogenized education system can do, and how malevolent it can be. I used to think that people who home schooled their kids were mostly religious fanatics, now I’m thinking that people who home school their kids are just not political fanatics.

What’s enabling this drive to fascism in Canada, is the msm. This is why I maintain it is imperative to start leveling criminal charges against them. By misrepresenting truth, they’re in Breach of Trust, a chargeable offense. If our courts have become so activist that this strategy fails, the only option left is civil war. Sorry, but that’s the cold hard truth.

Baby Doc Trudeau most admires the government of China. Baby Doc Trudeau wants to change our electoral system. Put these two together and we should worry. Very much worry.

Jr’s. trying to do this and Nutley most likely not far behind.

The key component to whatever happens in Canada in the coming months and years is the news media… That is why they were labelled the Fourth Estate in France, i.e. a “check” on the other estates of the country… If the public are deliberately misinformed, as was growingly evident going into the last federal election, then the results are predictable… And if that misinformation continues then it takes great determination for an individual to winnow the truth from spin and propaganda… Right now we are on the path to that spin being the norm in news coverage from Victoria to Halifax… Thank God for The Rebel…
commented 2016-07-14 15:46:38 -0400
“The jig is up, they’re figuring out our agenda” says the voice in the PMO.
“We need to silence the Rebel with as little negative press as possible” (JT)
“We can do it. I have a plan” (Butts)
“I have the MSM in my pocket, if that helps” (JT)
“Of course it will, Justin, of course it will” (Butts)

The hosts, contributors and public responses to news and issues brought forward by theRebel are extremely dangerous to the narrative and agenda the LPC have in store for us. It’s stories like this and the public responses such as in this story (aside from the rather uncouth replies) that will do in JT and the Libs, but we have to maintain our composure and keep the debate civil…oh, never mind, they’ll just eradicate all things Rebel anyways.
Here’s hoping theRebel will survive and continue to flourish.

Isn’t election reform just a back door into a totalitarian state? Maybe Justin is more fascist than communist. After all, he did learn at daddy’s knee.

exactly what Justin Trudeau has in mind but the only way to do it is to push through his vote reform. History repeating itself in so many ways right now. Apparently we didn’t learn a thing!

We have a similar thing going on in online comment sections. In fact, papers are banning all discussion eliminating comment sections. Other threads have moderators that just ban you if you disagree. The New China/Nazism of Canada happening all over the internet.

“But people missed the warning signs at the time, a habit we still have today.”

Sadly, we have missed the warning signs of totalitarianism; the narrative is controlled. The best example is the control of people through taxing carbon, which means a tax on necessities like energy and food. We were sleeping as the regressive left stole the narrative of science for the purpose of socialism, and now carbon taxes are an accepted norm. Second example is Ontario where the people have become inured to multi-billion dollar boondoggles for socialist purposes. Third example, firearms are now considered bad and owners like me having to apologize. It has been a slow, insidious creep such that society today is quite socialist even compared to the Papa Doc era.

Speaking of Papa Doc, I disagree about Baby Doc turning Canada into a totalitarian state because he does not have the intelligence of Hitler, Stalin, Putin, or even Papa Doc. Butt on the other hand…

The most important tidbit of this video (IMHO) … “being too dismissive of the achievements of the past …”

your absolutely right ,but I think we are much further along the path to being an Autocratic state than we care to admit
commented 2016-07-14 12:46:18 -0400
Fitting – just as Truedough and the LPC junta is planning on doing the same thing with ballot rigging (AKA election reform)

As you can see Justin “election reform” is not a new idea, neither is the single party state.

Very insightful. But due to the current narrative where comparisons of those historical facts to anything currently going on in Canada is verboten, I’ll simply reserve comment.
