Trudeau cabinet member lied about origins, may be subject to DEPORTATION

Victor LaszloRebel Commentator

One of Trudeau's MP's appears to have fabricated her origins story. If she lied on her documents she may be subject to deportation.

From the Winnipeg Sun:

The political community in Peterborough, Ont. wasn’t surprised to learn their local MP, Democratic Reform Minister Maryam Monsef, was in fact born in Iran. Many had heard it before. [...]

“Basically they were saying that she’d changed where she was born, during her school years, because Afghanistan had more recognition,” Skinner said. [...]

“Treat it like any other case, where I’m sure if a Canadian was discovered to have had a different birthplace than the one submitted for processing we’d have an investigation to confirm all the rest of the information was correct.”

Media reports say Monsef has Herat, Afghanistan, listed as her place of birth on her passport but steps are now being taken to correct that.

According to the Citizenship Act, a person can potentially lose citizenship for false representation.

Canada now gets an opportunity to see if under a Trudeau Liberal government, the elites are equal before the law as those they rule over.

Here is a May 17th Rebel video on Cabinet member Monsef:

According to this document, misrepresenting country of origin may lead to removal from Canada.

Ezra also covered this story on his show last night.

Agreed Leviticus, the referendum should ask, “should Canada enter into electoral reform at all” yes or no.
I believe the Liberals would lose. Most Canadians don’t want our electoral system messed with at all. That is why the liberals are refusing to allow a referendum, they know it would be an end to the idea. It will not be good for Canada if the liberals get their way in this.

As it stands it will happen and Monsef’s town halls are only a distraction a farce. It is full blown taqiyya style subterfuge to make Canadians think they are being included in the process. In the end they will do what they want. We will end up with a skewed voting system not a better one. I don’t want Trudeau liberals messing with my country that way, and Canadians should have an opportunity to veto the entire thing. I don’t want a pretend ‘say ’ in the changes because I don’t believe there should be any. Certainly not with trudeau at the helm. Also he has insulted us with the appointment of Monsef in these proceedings, a woman from an Islamic country plopped into his cabinet to dictate to us how our democracy should be run. I say no way.

Our electoral system is broken but I don’t trust this bunch of carpet baggers to fix it.

“I want that referendum for electoral reform and I want Monsef gone.”

It’s too bad we have to hold a referendum at all because most of the low information voters might be mislead to go the wrong direction… I don’t see why we have to fix what ain’t broken..

I want to see Justin’s little army get what is coming to them, starting with Monsef. I don’t know who’s mug is more distressing to look at. Monsef and Justin are running pretty well neck in neck in the ‘who has the most smug mug’ contest. However just about all of Justin’s cabinet have that ‘fk you, we are going to do it anyway’ look in their eyes, sick twisted bunch that they all are.
I want that referendum for electoral reform and I want Monsef gone.

Al peterson & Andy said..
“Hey, Andy, you’re on to something.
Remember the Via Baltica? The human chain of protesters from Tallin to Riga to Vilnius? How about a human chain from Edmonton to Red Deer to Calgary? That would get Notley’s attention. It would go viral all over the world just as it did in the Baltics. The upside wold be to humiliate these left wing scum. People could come from other provinces to show support. I would come. If you build it they will come.”

I am so in..!!!!!!!

When she arrived she was 11. Her mother filled out the documents and stated she was born in Afghanistan. That was a lie, People lose citizenship for stuff like that. Her mother lied on legal documents and should also lose her citizenship,

Will the Minister of Immigration do something about this? Bring it forward to an immigration judge to decide? In the meantime, Maryam Monsef should recuse herself from cabinet.

The “conversation” is a survey which is damn hard to find.

Monsef was quoted in a CBC article, “We were Afghan citizens, as we were born to Afghan parents, and under Iranian law, we would not be considered Iranian citizens despite being born in that country.”
Oh, really? That’s not what it says on page 6 of this document:

http://www.unicef.org/iran/IRN_resources_BR_eng-word.pdf

“Article 976 of the Civil Code provides that the following persons are regarded as
Iranian nationals: … 5. A person born in Iran whose father is a non-Iranian national but who has
resided in Iran for at least one year before reaching the age of 18.”

It might be a good idea for Ms. Monsef to just shut up until she knows what she’s talking about.

Here’s a song I paraphrased for the occasion with apologies to no one. Stan Rogers original for the sake of the tune follows in the link:

I thought I heard the cabinet say: "Heave her, Justin, heave her.
It’s along hard pull to election day,
And it time for us to heave her.

Heave her, Justin, heave her.
Oh, heave her, Justin, heave her.
For the citizenship is done and her lies are low
and it’s time for us to heave her.

Everybody sing!

During the election, Tater Tot said he would not deport “Canadian Citizens” for supporting terrorist organizations. After all, in his profound insight, “a Canadian is a Canadian, is a Canadian” (whatever that means). He said only people who lied on their immigration like the nazi’s did should lose their citizenship. So then "a not a Canadian, is not a Canadian is not a Canadian. " She lied on her immigration form so it is up to the Tater Tot to make good on his own words. By lying she is not a Canadian and should be given the old heave ho.

Notice she said 12 million “impressions”. Not “likes”. Not the same!! How many of those were “against” change? She lied, in parliament, just like she did about her background.

Her pile of baloney on not having a referendum was – well, a pile of nonsensical baloney!! So because, allegedly, a few ppl won’t make it to vote, her sham town halls of 100 ppl each, somehow does a much better job?

Ezra. How bouts a petition to have her citizenship revoked? Talk about poetic justice!!

Immigration form (such as) IMM5444;
“I solemnly declare that the information I have provided is true, that is of the same force and effect as if made under oath……”
Her immigration case must be reopened, reprocessed and her mother prosecuted for breach of oath.

She sure is arrogant and confident. She seems quite comfortable and blatantly in your face about what is going to happen. Not if there is electoral reform but when. I am so insulted that she is in our government, as Minister of Democratic Institutions and President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada no less. It angers and concerns me that someone with ties and first allegiances to an Islamic country, (she told us Afghanistan and was on her way back there before justin nabbed her for his cabinet, now we find out Iran) is heading electoral reform with no referendum in our democratic country. It is a slap in the face. She infuriates me, and the fact that she will not be deported back to her birthplace of Iran for lying, infuriates me. Liberals seem to be above the law.

Yoshi… You seriously need to leave my country and you don’t leave a good feeling about all the imported votes that our administration is visiting upon the country..
It is people like you that promote bigotry racism and hatred.
Because that’s what happens when our guests to this country receive preferential treatment over the settlers and descendants of the pioneers that built it..
commented 2016-09-23 21:44:42 -0400
Shebel…!!!
I would sooner not even toy with the idea that everybody rolls over and now says it’s OK..
Not even in humor..
If She is guilty after a hearing then she is stripped of parliamentary office, a cab ride to the airport and deported to a country of her choosing that will have her.
Nothing less should content the people of this great land.
She willingly and knowingly broke the law and then sought to have influence over the country as an MP.
This should reflect badly on our present administration for their inability to properly vett and clear potential citizens of Canada.

Would you not rather have a known liar in the Liberal party—- than to go search for a new one ?
Wait for the election and store your ammo.
No?
