Trudeau’s middle class tax cuts wiped out by THIS other Liberal policy change

Rebel Staff

Justin Trudeau campaigned on a promise to cut middle class taxes. He did, marginally, but the Fraser Institute's Ben Eisen explains that even this modest cut was wiped out by another Liberal decision.

Charles Moulton commented – “As a middle class person myself. I find it harder and harder to even save up to go on a holiday (without running up the credit cards). I remember when we could take two or three weeks off and just unwind.”]

If you middle class tax slaves have trouble budgeting a vacation now, can you imagine what retirement will be like ?

What middle class tax cut? What, the $2 I will save every pay cheque? LOL

Bill, I couldn’t agree more.

To think we can expect more for “less” is completely off balance.

As a middle class person myself. I find it harder and harder to even save up to go on a holiday (without running up the credit cards). I remember when we could take two or three weeks off and just unwind. Not May people can do that now a days. Most of them are feeling bad about taking time to themselves, then they start thinking about the money they spent on their trip.

Once all these other little taxes and money grabs take affect, we are all going to see the stress on people’s faces.

Simple economics (and math for that matter) dictate, you cannot run the debt and deficits that Trudeau wants and offer less taxation – these actions dictate more revenue to service higher debt servicing costs.

To those of you who bought into this lie, your reward will be increased taxes, inflated consumer costs on everything and energy poverty as carbon taxing of production and supply chains is directed toward debt servicing costs and budget balancing during post-deficit “recovery”.

I remind you the media is playing into the lie by omitting the obvious economic fall out of this policy.
