Erdoğan invokes document that claims Mosul as TURKISH SOIL

Victor LaszloRebel Commentator

Today, President Erdogan of Turkey brought forth a document that makes the claim that the Iraqi city of Mosul is actually Turkish soil.

According to this Kurdish news site:

ISTANBUL, Turkey (Kurdistan24) – Turkey’s President Recep Tayyip Erdogan invoked on Monday an early 20th-century irredentist document that claimed the Iraqi city of Mosul as Turkish soil.

Erdogan’s remarks came amid the commencement of a long-anticipated operation by the Iraqi Army, Kurdistan’s Peshmerga Forces and the US-led Coalition to liberate Mosul from the Islamic State (IS).

In Mosul “a history lies for us. If the gentlemen desire so, let them read the Misak-i Milli (National Oath) and understand what the place means to us,” Erdogan declared.

The Turkish president referred to an Ottoman Parliament-sealed, 1920 pact that designates Kirkuk and Mosul as parts of Turkey.

This may help to explain why the Iraqi government has been making repeated requests for the Turks to leave the area.

Is it Halloween over there in Turkey? Erdogan must be throwing a Halloween party because everybody’s dressed up in ancient looking soldier costumes. Even at a Halloween party those guys don’t look too happy.

And why is Turkey part of NATO?

And why is the EU considering its membership?

Right, Bravo Zulu. As a member of NATO that means we also are required to fight alongside them should they manage to get into a war, does it not? Time to cut these trouble makers loose. Can’t come soon enough.

Great, so as soon as ISIS is out, a new war with the Turks will start. And so it goes, round n round . . .

Let the muzzies destroy each other until only one is left. Then destroy them. Offer safe passage for Christians and Yezidis.

Within 5yrs free minded thinkers, natural born leaders, Patriots and the like will be demonized and discredited
with the possibility of a round up and a one-way ticket to gulag city.
In the past they would add university professors and other academics to their round up list but they found it easier to indoctrinate rather than arrest them.
And they also could be used to indoctrinate future generations at all levels of education.

Keith Barnes, I beg to differ on your point.
Kurdish (mixed with arab blood) are ethnically Yezidis who converted to sunni islam centuries ago. At present kurdish people (spanning parts of Turkey, Iran, Iraq & Syria) may appear to be moderate & liberal but that’s just a pretense to gain sympathy & support from the west till they create their own Kurdish nation, which by all means will be ruled according to sharia.
They still persecute Yezidis & Christians in their areas for being kaffir. They don’t do any business or keep any social relations with Yezidis & Christians, which are considered sub-humans by kurdish mussulmans.
There are hundred of thousands of kurdish mussulmans living in Canada, America & Europe, none has ever came out & demonstrate against sharia or oppression of islam you’ll never see them speaking in support of Yezidis or Christians.
Remember, alan kurdi who was thrown & drowned into the water by his human smuggler father, abdullah kurdi, remember all the lies their family told, his aunt who lives in Coquitlam, BC, how she blamed Canadian immigration for the death of this boy for refusing the refugee application of his family? That’s just one fresh example of kurdish mentality & character.
A well armed mohammedan army (regardless of any ethnicity & region), equipped by western nations, will always pose serious threat to rest of the kaffir world. Iran & Afghanistan, till 1960’s these 2 countries were as modern, liberal & open minded as any other western country of the era but once the call of islam was given everything changed overnight.
You can’t trust a mohammedan in any garb. In islam there’s no moderation, only pretense to reach the goal. Western govt. & media made the same blunder. They assumed of ‘a moderate version of islam’, which in reality does not exist.
The fight against ISIS/islam is one which we’ve to fight ourselves, we can’t won this war by supporting one islamic group against other. We can’t won fighting a proxy war against islam.

“The Turkish president referred to an Ottoman Parliament-sealed, 1920 pact that designates Kirkuk and Mosul as parts of Turkey.”

This was the same Turkish Ottoman state responsible for the Armenian and Greek genocides – Ergodan seeks territory of a Turk regime responsible for the genocide of 10 million Armenian, Greeks Christians Kurds and Assyrians in the 2oth century. He makes claim on territory seized under genocide.

He’s walking filth

@sean Penson…that’s right Sean…it WAS Turkish soil until the end of the First World War…and then it ceased to be Turkish soil.

In the words of Mark Twain….“there is not one acre of this planet that has not been stolen from it’s rightfull owner”

Now to an anti-imperialist such as yourself…what would make the boundries of the failed and collapsed and replaced with a democracy(when the army can get it’s coup d’etate timing right )Ottoman Empire in any way sacrosanct…

Even by UN standards the musical chairs were supposed to stop when the UN was founded…..long after the fall of the Ottoman Empire……:-)

Arm the Kurdish Forces with the latest weaponry and let them look after the Turks. The Kurdish forces will do a fine job,if they are, given the right equipment, they are among the finest fighters in the World. Their Women fight alongside the men and with their hair blowing free in the wind, they terrify the Muslims, who do not go to heaven if killed by a woman. No 72 Virgins.
