New Watch_Dogs game will be shown at E3 2016, next Far Cry already in development: source

Rebel Staff

A sequel to Watch_Dogs is indeed coming and expect footage to be shown at E3 2016.

The Rebel has learned through a source at Ubisoft Montreal that the new Watch_Dogs game will be exclusive to current generation systems unlike the first which also made its way onto the PS3 and Xbox 360.

According to the source, there will be gameplay footage shown. We were not told which quarter the game was scheduled for release.

Previous reports have stated the game will take place in San Francisco and would have a holiday release.

Watch_Dogs was received well by critics and fans with the PS4 version having 80% on Metacritic. It is also the most successful new IP launch in history.

Our source has also confirmed that a new Far Cry game is in its early stages of development. The next game in the series, Far Cry Primal, is scheduled for release on February 23, 2016.

Thought this was an ad. Also, as far as games go it’s old “news”. Bizarre
