Video: EXCELLENT panel discussion from 2015 on Islam as a threat doctrine

Victor LaszloRebel Commentator

This panel, which includes Robert Spencer, Raymond Ibrahim and many other superb experts on Islam and the threat it represents to the Western world, speaks to nearly all the usual canards that the left and Muslims raise when trying to have a discussion about the problem.

This was from David Horowitz's West Coast Retreat Terranea Resort, Palos Verdes, CA. March 7, 2015.

Great discussion by these three. Many points and angles were brought up that I really hadn’t looked at that way before.
There is no point in coming up with a tactic to sway the opinions of Islamists. The only thing we need to understand is that they want to subjugate us and kill us and that we need to counter with appropriate strength and force. Thanks to Obama they think we are weak. They are going to find out that really isn’t true.

Pointless of the moderator continually telling them to cut their answers short. There are no short answers to these questions.

Jay says," Drew Wakariuk is a suspicious person of Jewish background. I am an overly optimistic Catholic who sees this great opening between Christianity and Islam."

First of all Jay, we are suspicious of you. We know you are not Christian, Catholic or otherwise. Fess up, did you even watch the video? You seem unable to make any intelligent comment on it.
Tell us why you really hate Jews.
How do you feel about the fact that the majority of Muslims do not speak Arabic, and haven’t understand the words they’ve recited from the Koran? Is the fact that the Koran is now translated into many different languages a threat to the lie that Islam is a religion of peace?

Shebal, what else is there to say about how violent and sickening islam is? Islam and it’s followers do need to be put in their place. The panel is right and there is no other way to approach it other than what they say, the truth.

@sheble raj…
Unfortunately you do not see the intrinsic value of this man trying to save many western lives throughout Europe and North America… He is an incredibly talented man with the gift of speaking and unlike yourself knows what he’s talking about… Maybe the article is old but it has been suppressed for a while as a result of our politically correct media will have nothing bad to say about the Liberals over running our country with violent and unschooled untrained socially incompatible migrants who have not been invited here but anybody except the assholes who fooled enough people to get elected..
Anybody who’s willing to swing it out there to show people how it is has a great deal of courage as we can all be keyboard warriors hiding behind our computers.

Straight talk. Love it! Especially enjoy the spectacle of the trolls twisting themselves into pretzels trying to defend the (NON) Religion of Peace….Islam!

Hahahahahaha…that poor stupid Jay Kelly believes that a 17 month old debate discussing a 1400 barbaric, poisonous ideology cannot be valid today. He is clearly the dumbest asshole to post on this site.

Excellent discussion including many of the most knowledgeable, did I mention courageous, Islamic experts in the struggle against implacable evil.

Viewing time well spent. If only we could get the MSM junkies to actually watch and listen, but they generally make every effort to avoid distorting “their truth.”

Jay lets get one thing straight , i am not some pathetic left wing wimp who snaps to order when you play the race card and i think for myself, your lies and attempts at deflection do not work on me. The race card means nothing to me.

Jay i am not Jewish , nor are you Catholic.

Summary of the video:

— There are moderate Muslims, but there is no moderate Islam. The Islamic scriptures command its followers to convert or kill all unbelievers and the Jihadists are obeying that literal word. The moderates realize they have no leg to stand on to say that the literal word of Islam is un-Islamic, so they mostly just shut up and hope not to be killed as apostates. The moderates aren’t being ‘good’ Muslims; they’re being bad ones — bad at obeying Islam.

— Muslims don’t care what non-Muslims think about Islam.

— Most nominal Muslims don’t really know that much about literal Islam. Most Muslims don’t speak Arabic, the language of the Koran.

— Most Muslim organizations in the US are fronts for the Muslim Brotherhood. They denounce the Islamic State because they are rivals, not because they believe the Islamic State’s savage methods are wrong.

— The psychology of Islam to challengers: “If you don’t stop saying Islam is not peaceful, I will kill you!”

— Muslims are attracted to power. From 1850–1950, Islam was on the retreat and almost died because the west was beating it on the battlefield and the west had confidence in itself. Now, it’s the opposite. Islam is growing exponentially because of the weakness and appeasement that is the core of Leftism.

— No war in history was ever won by people engaged in wishful thinking, fantasy, and self-deception about the motives and goals of the enemy. The US has not been standing up for its own principles in this conflict: free speech, democracy, freedom of religion, freedom period, etc. for Middle Easterners.

— Black men kill more black men in one year than were killed in the whole history of lynching.

— “Slander” in Islam is not telling lies; it’s defined as telling truths that people do not want known.

— What’s it going to take for the west to finally wake up? An attack that makes 9/11 look like a Boy Scout Jamboree.

— The Crusades were a late, small-scale defensive response to 450 years of Islamic jihad, conquest, and Islamization of what had previously been over one-half of the Christian world. The notion that the tension between the Islamic world and the west started with the Crusades is complete historical fiction.

Drew and Maurice

Now guys, please don’t pick on Jay. You know he has issues with his, you know, his, how should I describe it? Oh yeah, Jay has issues with his fucking melon. I read his comments and as usual he makes a bland observation, another sentence that leads to nowhere, repeats a line of text from the author with no comment, and finishes with a nonsensical statement. Does that accurately describe what you see?

Why do you do it, Jay? You obviously disagree with the predominant values expressed on this site. You’re smart enough to know that you’re not going to change anybody’s mind. You also know everyone except Sean is going to disagree with you. And I’m sure you know that no one cares what you think. Why don’t you just stop coming to this website? I don’t visit the CBC News website. That’s because I’ve watched them enough to know I’m not interested in what they have to say. Therefore, I just don’t care what they have to say. I believe they have a right to express their views (though I wish it wasn’t at tax payer’s expense) so I just embrace a live-and-let-live policy and leave them alone. I don’t question your right to post your comments here, I just wonder why you do when nobody cares what you have to say. So why don’t you just stop and go somewhere else?

Shebel, we are stuck in the same old mold. Drew Wakariuk is a suspicious person of Jewish background. I am an overly optimistic Catholic who sees this great opening between Christianity and Islam.

You can probably help our impasse.

Shebel i mixed Jay with the word taqiyya since he practices it so much.
commented 2016-08-15 00:39:27 -0400
I see Jayqiyya is still being practiced.

I don’t think that you are superb experts . You go on and and on and say the same things over and and over again. You have already Converted your Target audience so stop preaching to the same people. Sorry.. You really do need a New approach .

Big problem. The video is presented today but it from a conference held in March of 2015 — 17 months ago.

Some serious issues are discussed.

But what about this description?: The video “speaks to nearly all the usual canards that the left and Muslims raise when trying to have a discussion about the problem.”

In Canada Muslims make up about four per cent of the population. If we divided Canada politically into “left” and “right” I suppose “the left” is about half the population.

The video seems to promote views from a minority group — and it could be argued — from an extremist group, who need to dig out old videos to make their point.
