We're #48! Media Party, Liberals crow as Fortune Magazine names Trudeau among top world “leaders”

Brian LilleyRebel Co-Founder

It’s nauseating listening to Liberals crow about how Canada is back and respected again, especially when they point to the love Trudeau gets from lefty publications as happened this weekend when he made Fortune Magazine’s list of top world leaders. He’s number 48!

Not that this is a list of the top fifty politicians mind you. Number one spot is occupied by Jeff Bezos, the CEO of Amazon and owner of the Washington Post.

There are politicians on the list like Angela Merkel at number two. And the globalist set is represented by the likes of Christina Figueres, the head of the UN climate change convention who comes in at number 7.

Sheikh Hasina, the prime minister of Bangladesh is number ten, and Argentina’s president is 26th. Okay, there are lots of folks ahead of him but don't worry, Canada is back baby!

Justin looks young and handsome in his photo, gazing dreamily towards Vancouver from the window of an office tower.

He’s behind Bono, singer John Legend and House Speaker Paul Ryan, but surely he’s only in 48th spot because everyone else is super awesome and powerful and cool. Like Nick Saban, head football coach at the University of Alabama.

Also beating Trudeau is Ramón Mendéz, the Head of Climate Change Policy, Uruguay. Yep, Trudeau didn't place behind Uruguay's president, he placed behind the head of climate change policy who’s just ahead of Trudeau at number 46.

Even John Oliver, Host and Executive Producer of ”Last Week Tonight”, a weekly comedy show that gives a satirical take on the news, is ranked higher than Justin Trudeau.

The Media Party won’t mention this because like the Liberals, they’re just so happy to think that the world really, really likes us! So relieved that Stephen Harper and the Conservatives are gone!

The fact is, under Harper, Canada was liked and respected by world leaders for what we did, what we accomplished. Now we’re liked by a new wave of foreign, mostly American media who like PM selfie and his flowing locks because his views match their own.

I'd rather Canada be a respected country for what we accomplish rather than one that feeds off the glow of a left wing media echo chamber.

HYACINTH : do you actually think you are doing research? All of you whackos predict the future and that is insanity. I’m sure glad our government isn’t made up of people like you and the other religious fundamentalists who come in here.

This is similar to John Scott being voted by internet trolls as the captain of the NHL western all star team. Totally unreliable and not fact based.

" (I mean wacko nutters wing of the conservatives) who fear things that haven’t happened? What a sad life tolive. Hahaha You people are a joke."

Yet again I see that the resident troll cannot contribute an articulate intelligent refute or debate, he can only attack and name call. It must be a terrible burden for him to have such a low IQ, I almost feel sorry for the little tosser being so mentally challenged.

Faggot Ron: You’d probably get cold cocked if you ever picked a fight with someone in the real world. You see, Ron, yours is a world of fantasy and in your sick mind you sit at the very tip top looking down at everyone else. Take your drugs now like a good little boy and go back down in the basement…

Remember when Trudeau won the boxing match and Dizzy Levant had egg all over his ugly face? That is exactly what will happen you butch dyke bitch.

Wait until mortgages rates hit the 20+% mark again, should prove interesting to hear the socialists howl with anger in the GTA (Ontario).

It won’t happen. You can howl all you want about things that won’t happen…wait……this is the conservative (I mean wacko nutters wing of the conservatives) who fear things that haven’t happened? What a sad life tolive. Hahaha You people are a joke.

Just came across this article in the National Post, too bad Junior doesn’t take the hint when it comes to debt. (The article is really an advert in the form of an article for Mogo but does offer some interesting stats.)
http://news.nationalpost.com/life/canadian-credit-card-holders-looking-to-cool-down-overheated-debt#!/

“The average Canadian who doesn’t pay off their credit card balance each month carries a whopping $7,522 in credit card debt. That’s good news for credit card companies. But it’s not so good for cardholders, who often make minimum monthly payments on high-interest loans that at that rate might be paid off some time beyond the middle of the 21st century.”

“Well that’s profound Jay Kelly!… And what will the economists say when the bubble bursts, interest rates rise, and the debt is no longer manageable, as in the 80s?… "

Ok, Hyacinth. I think the Liberals are being given a free ride on the deficit because they seem to be enjoying so much good will. Economists are giving them benefit of the doubt and saying that the increased deficit is manageable while low interest rates are still in effect.

Fine Jay whatever. I get news from many sources not just one to ascertain it is not biased or false, but sounds like you are denying what they wrote, FYI it is in part similar info to that of The Rebel’s article –
http://www.therebel.media/handsoffmymoney

INTRODUCING A BANK RECAPITALIZATION “BAIL-IN” REGIME: To protect Canadian taxpayers in the unlikely event of a large bank failure, the Government is proposing to implement a bail-in regime that would reinforce that bank shareholders and creditors are responsible for the bank’s risks—not taxpayers. This would allow authorities to convert eligible long-term debt of a failing systemically important bank into common shares to recapitalize the bank and allow it to remain open and operating.

Compare:

http://www.zerohedge.com/news/2016-03-22/its-official-canadian-bank-depositors-are-now-risk-bail-ins
It’s Official: Canadian Bank Depositors Are Now At Risk Of Bail-Ins
… we have official confirmation that Canada has just become the latest country to treat depositors as the bank creditors they are, and as such, they too will be impaired, or “bailed-in” the next time a Canadian bank needs to be rescued

Again FYI – What I previously posted – “The government projected a C$29.4 billion ($22.5 billion) deficit for fiscal 2016-17 and gave no target date for returning to a balanced budget. This budget broke virtually all pledges the Liberals made before the election, including running just three years of deficits of up to C$10 billion before balancing the books by fiscal 2019-20.” was in the same article but I did not feel the need to repeat what was reported already by The Rebel about the bank Bail-In.

Hyacinth, the reason I do not read anything from zerohedge is the extreme anti-Zionism. Where does that website originate anyway Some say it is a Russian propaganda tool. Better to get your information elsewhere.

“Canada did not get a glimpse into the real Trudeau until his close friends were given his personal memoirs and made it into a book. Had Canadians known the would have never voted him into power. In Justin we have the most radical leader we Canada has known but thanks to the mainstream media we will only get little snippets into how extreme he really is. Maybe if our economy falters and the banks seize our money will they begin to see what a sell out he is.”

It will take more than the economy faltering and the banks seizing personal assets (Junior is about to set in place the ability for banks to do just that and there is but the sound of crickets). It will take events such as witnessed in Germany, Sweden, the UK – mass rapes, mass murders, muslim gangs roaming the streets on their Sharia Patrols, buildings blowing up, etc.. Then and only then will the sheeple start to wake from their self-induced sleep. People in general, even after what Pierre set in motion, even after those memoirs hit the public, were uncaring or unconvinced, and apparently the Liberal diehards are determined to remain hardcore loyalists to the bitter end. So no, I do not believe something as mild as you have described will be sufficient to make the sheeple look up from the spot they are currently grazing at and take notice.

This info doesn’t phase the majority of Canadians let alone the Liberal faithful:

I do not share Brian Lilley’s habit of reading Fortune Magazine, so I’ll take his word for it.

What I do not get is why the Rebel uses expressions like “Justin looks young and handsome” and during last fall’s election kept posting sharp images of Trudeau while at the same time posting fuzzy images of a tired and worn-out looking Harper. The Rebel fed into this notion that Harper was well past his best before date and that Trudeau was exciting and fresh.

My one hope is that Justin, will become a real Leader for Canada .

I doubt it- he is so involved with himself .
He is the HERO that will save the Planet.
Canada is just a mere speck on the Planet.
Israel does not even exist.
Good Luck and God Speed to us all.
