Why it's important for Wildrose candidate Prasad Panda to win the prize

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

You may remember that Jim Prentice abandoned his riding of Calgary-Foothills on election night, when he realized he wouldn't be reelected premier.

Premier Notley called a by-election for September 3rd, in the summer and in the middle of the federal election.

The timing is unusual, but I explain why I think it's an incredible opportunity for real conservatives and for Calgarians to tell the NDP how they feel about their attack on the oil patch.

If the turnout at the nomination meetings is anything to go by - only 83 people showed up to nominate a career politician for the NDP and yesterday over 700 people showed up to nominate a Suncor engineer to run for the Wildrose - there's good reason to believe at least some Calgarians don't want to miss the opportunity to send a strong message to the anti-oilsands NDP and cast their vote for jobs and a strong economy.

If people don’t vote to protect their own jobs, then they will have no sympathy or respect.

I’ve heard of the Candy man but the Panda man, Not till now! Yes he has my vote.

Let me get this straight… Ezra Levant was fired from a law firm, fired as a candidate in Calgary-Southwest by Stephen Harper… runs the Western Standard into bankruptcy… taken off the air by Sun News… and he tells Ken Bossenkool to “get a real job”?

Take your own advice Ezra, you’re irrelevant!

Richard Brinkman — “The new Government of Alberta has a wealth of integrity and true grit that will be beneficial for all Albertans including those in the Oil Patch from the CEOs down to the roughnecks – This Government will be a big improvement for Alberta.”

You’ve GOT to be kidding, right?

SYLVIA ANAKA , Thanks Sylvia – As a matter of fact I do know Rod Loyola personally and have a lot of respect and admiration for the new Alberta MLA . Rod works tirelessly helping others and is well loved in his community so not surprising he has earned his place in the Alberta Legislature.

Ezra Levant on the other hand causes me to think about the points he raises in his YouTubes and I appreciate that too.
Ezra Levant like Rod Loyola is polite and approachable too as I learned from a recent emergency town-hall meeting in Edmonton. I appreciate his Rebel Media’s strong stance for equality, free speech and freedom of the press.

The new Government of Alberta has a wealth of integrity and true grit that will be beneficial for all Albertans including those in the Oil Patch from the CEOs down to the roughnecks – This Government will be a big improvement for Alberta.

I made this YouTube account of Ezra’s recent visit to Edmonton and what he said about Rod Loyola… Enjoy Rebel Media! https://youtu.be/ZmRTS3XFMdU

Charles Moulton – we need to boot the unions out of the schools first, because this is where the children are being indoctrinated into socialism.

All I know is, when I get back to Calgary I am going into the district and starting to push the Wildrose cart… We can’t have any more screwed up kids and welfare bums deciding for the rest of us…

I truly have difficulty understanding how anybody would want a communist society. Do they have some utopian view of communism, because it certainly does not bear out so well in society, at least not for those in the communist society that are not in the elite class.

Sylvia, good Internet sleuthing! Thanks for doing that.

Sylvia, good link, very scary. It’s time that petitions start circulating our disdain for this kind of governing, that we the people will not stand for it. If nothing else it will show this regime that they will only be in power for one term and one term only and that there is a hard hat rebellion right around the corner. So straighten up and fly right or else.
commented 2015-08-13 16:05:19 -0400
We need to do more than send a strong message. We must get the NDP out ASAP.

Sylvia, great link, very scary, petitions must be started by Albertans to show our disdain for this kind of government it might send a message that this regime has but one term and one term only. So straighten up and fly right or else , the hard hat rebellion could be just around the corner.

RICHARD BRINKMAN to PETER NETTERVILLE – “Maybe someone like our Edmonton MLA Rod Loyola who is a great guy!” You appears to be a NDP supporter based on your comments in the Rebel; however, it also appears that you have some respect for Ezra so I suggest you watch the following video:
http://www.therebel.media/meet_the_ndps_who_admire (This great guy is a communist and supported Hugo Chavez)
Also, during the Alberta Town Hall meeting held by Ezra – at that time Ezra also confirmed that Rod Loyola was a self defined “communist poet”. I tried to go online to check this out and found everything edited as follows:
1. Rod Loyola – Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

So as you can see, shortly after Ezra town hall meetings in Alberta – Rod Loyola went in and edited Wikipedia, Wordpress and Facebook to remove anything related to the “communist poet”. I didn’t type that in – it was what I found when searching Rod Loyola (right after the town halls). So “great guy or not” – his values are what his values are and that is “he is a communist”. I don’t want to be governed by a bunch of communists. Rachel Notley herself, wears a Chavez Guevera watch.

Time to send some messages:
1.) to the provincial PC’s – you’re toast
2.) to the provincial NDP – we reject your anti-Alberta values
3.) to the country as a whole – the NDP fluke was just that

So, does Mr. Suncor Engineer sing from the same Cuddly Green song-sheet as his Suncor bosses? I hope someone points out the contradiction and questions him on it.

If the NDP win in that riding now, then Notley will take that as sign from communist “heaven” that she is given a mandate to do whatever she wants to Alberta. But since it is a typically PC riding they might win and even though I would rather have the Wildrose one more seat, I would be happy with ABN (Anything But NDP).
commented 2015-08-13 01:57:56 -0400
If Wildrose doesn’t win this by-election after what the New Depression Party has done in its first few months in power, then not only Alberta, but Canada is lost. Actually, when you think about it, it is anyway. Ontario and Alberta proved that.
commented 2015-08-12 22:09:44 -0400
Listening to the radio from cow town, people from Calgary- foothills are sure sick and tired of parachute candidates coming into their riding, so it should be interesting.
commented 2015-08-12 21:52:59 -0400
If people don’t just get over it, and start standing behind the Wildrose candidates it will be an even worse catastrophe. I hope people will support Prasad Panda. Its a little late to be gun shy.

Hopefully, the Albertans in this riding can help to start rectifying the damage done by those who voted NDP & vote for this Wildrose candidate. You need a strong party to keep those NDippers in tow.
commented 2015-08-12 21:26:37 -0400
I only hope that the PC’s don’t run a candidate, and then I think WR will win. I’m still gun shy after the NDP won here, and paralyzed the economy.

PETER NETTERVILLE – I would be just as thrilled seeing another NDP win in this provincial election – Just don’t want to see the only federal MP NDP Linda Duncan of Edmonton / Strathcona re-elected for 900 plus reasons… Maybe someone like our Edmonton MLA Rod Loyola who is a great guy!
commented 2015-08-12 20:29:55 -0400
Well, I am not quite so “every candidate is just fine” and Richard. All the candidates themselves may be hard working individuals, but I do not want to see another NDP MPP.

Go Wildrose!
commented 2015-08-12 20:21:23 -0400
Calgary-Foothills deserves to be represented just like the rest of the Province and I’m glad Rachel Notley called this election – I would rather have seen Jim Prentice stick it out but he had his reasons. Jim would have been a great MLA… I’m fine with an NDP government in Calgary/ Foothills chooses one and would be equally thrilled if either a Conservative or Wild Rose would win a rep for Cowtown – All political parties in Alberta have good, honest hard working people from each party – so may the best person win for the benefit of Calgary-Foothills.
