Wildrose Party's "incredible" fundraising results foreshadow the demise of Alberta's PCs

Ezra LevantRebel Commander

The first quarterly fundraising reports are in for all the parties in Alberta, showing how much money they've raised since the election of the NDP.

The NDP raised $82,745, while the Wildrose opposition party has raised $263,675.

Normally, when a new party takes power, donors come out of the woodwork to give money, hoping for favours.

But in Alberta, the opposite has just happened.

Donors are clearly trying to build up a conservative opposition party for the future.

The most shocking result?

Wait until I tell you how much the once-powerful Alberta Progressive Conservatives raised.

I explain what this means for the future of Alberta's conservative movement.

It appears the same as in the federal system has to happen for the provincial ones to get it. To split the conservative vote will continue to make for “close” elections. It is the same obtuseness that lead to their demise in the first place.

Wayne Allen – I just spoke with Shaw, and they said we can’t make these changes until March 1st, and I told him that if I am not able to remove the CBC & CTV at that time, that I will be discontinuing my services with them.

Save yourself some money and tell your television provider to drop CBC and CTV from your account. I saved $40 per month when I asked Bell TV to do that for me. I also got umlimited internet as an inducement to stay with Bell.

I think that the remaining PC’s should resign, and then we can force by-elections and hopefully WR will gain these seats. I don’t want to see them cross the floor, but if these MLA’s were to fall on their swords, it would be much appreciated!

Gotta say, I am impressed with Alberta’s bold election choices, they destroyed the “PC” infiltration… Not a friendly place for the two-faced Tories.

Wildrose all the way, excellent report by Ezra.

Vlad Johnson – you asked how it can happen. If they demonize you and undermine everything you say, and do, and always spin it negatively, plus the constant bleating 24/7 news, that has the effect of brainwashing people. There, that’s how it can happen!

This is sad. The idiots ruined the PC brand in Alberta.

Demise of the AB PCs can’t happen fast enough for me, and the red rats leaving the sinking hulk can rebrand themselves under the klepto liberal banner as they were when they went into the PCs in disguise – AB Libs will get like zero seats maybe? Albertans know rats when they see them.

Outstanding. Now how the fuck does a camp counselor even come close to a 10 year incumbent and economist?

Canadian voters……sigh

Yes, as a donor I already knew this. The Wildrose sent me an email. I am happy to see this, but we are still stuck with Nutley.

Blame the MSM. They are controlling this Country. It will be the MSM that puts Idiot Trudeau on the Throne.
