Will Justin Trudeau stand up to Putin or be "his new best friend"?

Rebel Staff

Vladimir Putin's power is increasing, but are any of the Western powers prepared to step up to stop him before he does more damage?

Don't look to Justin Trudeau. He didn't even know what the Baltic States were in a recent Maclean's interview. Meanwhile, Putin wants to devour them.

Lorne Gunter, the Edmonton Sun's Senior Columnist, comes on to talk about the Mike Duffy trial coverage. Now that the election is over and Harper is out, the Media Party is bored with the whole thing -- even when Duffy himself is finally on the stand.

Then Dr. Patrick Moore, the co-founder of Greenpeace, talks about his experiences at the Paris COP21 Climate Conference, and explains how "stupid" -- his words! -- the treaty really is, especially regarding the agreement to lower the Earth's temperature!

Finally, my favourite part of the show: Viewer feedback. I get some constructive criticism -- Keep it coming! Leave your comments below.

Why, is a “Global Warming” ad opening this program?

Greg Putin had no business in Ukraine, and his puppet was legally kicked out, your tinfoil media lied about that part, it is in their constitution, and Putin has balls , but he is still a commie dictator , Russia does not have a free press.

Junior Trudeau will do what ever Ban Ki Moon tells him to do.

That is not to say Trudeau is any better. Just an iron fist of globalism in a velvet glove of progressivism, whereas Harper hid under this Conservative kid’s show host guise… Both are goofs whos’ douchy personas make me sick to my stomach and bitterly enraged when I remember who they really work for.

Is Putin trying to rebuild the old Soviet empire that bad of a thing? It’s not like it affects any of us. If Putin wants to blow all of the Russian’s money on expansion, just like the Soviets did, then I say let him.

Let me play the devil’s advocate here. The world needs Russia to be a menace. Russia’s presence helps keep the rest of the world in check. Things were less problematic in the cold war. There wasn’t all this middle east meddling back then that resulted in all these terrorist attacks. I would rather have more proxy wars, than the countless invasion of middle east countries that have backfired on the Americans.

Harper should’ve treated that lawless RCMP behavior as a foreign insurrection and had the military round up Bob Paulson and anyone else who gave orders there. The military refused to assist in the confiscation, so we know they’re on the side of Liberty.

Because Harper sat around and didn’t get aggressive, we’re left with the incomplete story today, no one knows who gave such an order, they all shrug their shoulders and think we should just forget about it… Just like how they think we should just forget that they funded “moderate rebels” in Syria. Seems that Harper can’t give a shit about anything unless it involves pressuring Russia.

Upon the death of King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia, Harper had glowing accolades for the towelhead piece of shit, even sold him weapons. No way will you ever convince me Harper was anything more than a TRAITOR who deserves the fate of a TRAITOR.

Greg Ficek, if the Prime Minister had the power to direct and tell the RCMP what to do, whether the right thing or not, then we would have a dictatorship. The whole idea of keeping that direct control out of politicians hands is to prevent a dictatorship. He told the RCMP that taking the guns was wrong and they should be returned (a suggestion, not an order, because he can not give that order.) He could direct the Canadian armed forces branches, but not the RCMP.

Trudeau is just like Obama, smart as a whip until his earpiece or teleprompter fails. The MSM can enjoy a four year holiday since the natural governing party is back in power.

Agreed Ezra, Vladimir Putin is quite territorial, aggressively so . H e is already romping around in our front yard , the Arctic , looking to challenge our sovereignty .
Just wait till he decides to kick snow in Justin’s face, and laugh about it .

Ezra thanks ever so much for your liberal { the true sense of the word } & principled conservative advocacy , it is refreshing and invigorating

While I appreciate Dr. Patrick Moore, the co-founder of Greenpeace, standing up to the man-made global-warning scam (“fantasy world” of “unreality” as Ezra says), I wish he didn’t have to embellish it by weaving in his evolutionary story telling (for example, “They [the global warming alarmists] look back about a 100 years when, in fact there are 4.6 billion of them to consider. And how the climate has changed, especially over the last half million years since modern life emerged in the Cambrian explosion of life”). That isn’t necessary. He could simply go with what we know from recorded history of climate change, looking back beyond the limited “100 years” he talks about, as described in the excellent British documentary, “The Great Global Warming Swindle”, which reveals that “Climate variation in the past is clearly natural”:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=52Mx0_8YEtg&channel=Kazza0423
For example, see segment from 8:58 minutes to 12:08 minutes
See chart at 10:28 minutes showing temperature variations going back for 1000 years.

This is a reply to D Mary… If the ultimate authority in this country cannot dictate to the RCMP the right thing to do and they dont follow his instructions to the letter then we live in a dictatorship..
commented 2015-12-18 13:28:09 -0500
Richard… I can see that you are not brainwashed by the western media and not afraid to tell it like it is… you have my support in this arena. Putin is better to his people than our leadership is to ours… the facts are out there but they are not delivered with any measure of truth by our so-called media. I see that you have the facts and you understand them… Carry-on with my blessing. and God save us from the War hawks like Obama and his puppet masters.

Richard Vanderlubbe, explain what Mr. Harper could do about the RCMP stealing guns in High River. He has no control over the RCMP and he told them they should give them back. What more, legally, could he do?

Trudeau neither has the stones or the intelligence to stand up to anyone. Trudeau is only in for his entitlements as is every Liberal Mafia member.

PAUL BELANGER: Your man Harper was a financier of Islamic extremism in Syria, promised to bring 11300 Sunni “refugees” to Canada… He followed the lead of Obama on nearly every front shy of Keystone XL. The sweater-vest douche was all talk, no action… Put us in a position of subservience to the lunatics in Washington DC instead of working with our Christian neighbor to the North.

Putin has allowed concealed carry in Russia, kicked George Soros out of the country, among other things. Meanwhile, your spineless faggot Harper dithered as the RCMP stole thousands of guns in High River… Did his usual, made a statement that he wasn’t very happy about it, then sat on his hands. The guy was a total loser, as is Trudeau, as is Mulcair.

Putin will dictate the relationship, not Tinkerbell.

DR. GENIUS

Putin is also a autocratic kleptocratic thug who denies his people free speech and keeps them in poverty. Taking radical Islam seriously is the only thing he’s done right. But on the whole, the world would be a better place without him, and I’m not sure how long he can survive $35 oil.

Calling Putin a kleptocratic thug – and how is he different from leadership like Obama and JT?

Oh, yeah. Guys like Obama and JT are generally believed to be honest from the citizens, while they steal from them blind.

Russians already know what Putin is, and they don’t mind. He gives them what they want.

Taking on an incinerating Islamist rag heads, he done that better than anyone else in the West. How? By actually doing it instead of talking about it. Putin calls them terrorists and a real threat that must be defeat via war. Obama and JT – too pansified to even use the word terrorist let alone war.

$35/ bbl of oil. I’ll say this much: at least Russia still has an oil industry and remains in operation. JT and Obama are prepared to sacrifice their own for the sake of their carbon-emissions vanity project. Or, in the case of Obama, willing to sacrifice his whole O&G industry in favour of the Saudis, while turning a blind eye to their enabling of Islamic terrorists.

Putin is a warrior. Obama and JT are limp-wristed, mincing cowards.

Hey Rae.. I understand your frustration but I think it may be your anger is a bit misdirected when speaking about the farmers..
Farming isn’t easy and they do what they do to get crops off to put food on everybody’s table..
I think that the only parasitic force that exist in any country but especially in the western hemisphere is our political elite… Self-appointed POS who have never done a days work in their life other then to enrich themselves at our expense (and they consider that work) who produced nothing and consume large percentages of anything that they touch. Our politicians are so good at getting us to fight amongst ourselves so that they can operate with impunity behind a smokescreen they’ve created while we tear at each other’s throats. It is an old strategy my friend… Divide and conquer

Putin doesn’t need Justin… and if you haven’t been brainwashed by mainstream north American media you would know that Putin is not only a patient man what a man with great integrity.. The information is all out there but you have to go look for it and unless you want to be spoonfed the propaganda by our Zionist controlled media. To look for the information is harder to do then to break the cycle of self programming by turning on the television set and believing with the script readers are feeding you.
Putin does not want war but he will protect his interests.
321 gold is a great site to get unbiased world news, educated opinions of billion dollar investment men and hedge managers and economist who are not paid to cook the books for the government that deliver you the truth as well as gives you by the minute US dollar index, gold and silver prices in American dollars and sheds a lot a light on Americas never ending wars brought to you by Barack Obama in less you prefer him as Berry Santos.

Trudeau will be too busy staying under the table with Putin, that he won’t have time to stay above the table.

Knee Pads Trudeau – Canada’s embarrassment will need kleenex and a toothbrush after he is done with Putin.

Well, maybe not “American kids”, but Russian kids are still caught in a mafia government system that just as in Soviet times breeds alcoholism, broken marriages, bribery, and moral decay in their parents… That’s why Russians living in Eastern Europe want nothing to do with Putin…
commented 2015-12-18 01:21:49 -0500
Ezra, you forgot to mention that Putin has little American kids for dinner everyday
